Great service and food!
This was our 1st time at Fogo De Chao. My fiance and I were celebrating my birthday. The restaurant was very crowded and loud. Our server was as attentive, but eventhough I mentioned it was my birthday we weren't offered or given dessert. Which was a bit disappointing considering we were out to celebrate.
This was the worst experience ever at a restaurant. We went there for our anniversary and made a 5:30 reservation. Walked inside to find a TON of people waiting and were not seated over an hour!!! Insane. We were placed at a table, the hostess apologized and said we would be comped something for our trouble. The manager came over and didn’t give a care in the world. IN FACT he TOOK two of our chairs?! No comp, no nothing. We order a $135 steak and they told us we couldn’t take the little bit we had home. Until we informed them otherwise. We were there for our anniversary so we basically had to beg for a dessert, was not asked if we wanted coffee, cocktails, etc. instead the bill was placed at our table with no warning and basically get the f*** out. Will never ever ever ever ever go there again. Appalling at best.
Delicious food! Wonderful service! Everyone in my group always goes home happy.
It was my first time going for Father’s Day weekend and I was in awe of the place food and staff! Thank You for such an amazing experience!
Disgusting!… Too much people in the restaurant, the capacity was clearly overpass and the place was very dirty
Everybody loved it, thank you for the experience
Amazing! The service, the food, the ambiance, everything was great!
Fun place to eat. Service is amazing. The only downside might be the cost but...worth every penny.
The food is absolutely outstanding. But the service you have to experience to understand. They are next level on taking care of customers and providing a dining experience that is unlike any other restaurant.
Food as always very good. The service was adequate but not as attentive as on prior visits. A good experience and we will return.
Excellent everything was perfect! It place is very recommended! Clean, nice staff. Really good food
Cassidy was awesome. Food and salad bar very good. Better then other BSH's
Sadly we had a bad experience. We have been going to this location for a while, and this time we had a very annoying server by the name Luis.
I don’t eat meat, so I ordered Salmon. My family loves meat and they get the all you can eat.
Luis went on to tell me 3 times that I could not share anything from my family’s plate. I told him the salmon was for me, as I don’t eat meat.
But he felt the need to tell me over and over again.
The salmon was over cooked -
We will not be coming back ! There are many other places to try
Your salmon should have been cooked to your liking, and we apologize for falling short. We will be sharing your comments with our team and reaching out to you via direct message in hopes of inviting you back for a better time. Thank you.
Great food but pricey
It was excellent food was fresh and delicious tables and restroom and overall restaurant was clean. Friendly service 10/10
Best steakhouse in Dallas love it I been coming here for the past 13 years and always my favorite place to celebrate.
Waited an exceptionally long time to be greeted for beverage order, than another long wait just to receive water/cocktails. Also, a long wait to receive check after dining. We have dined here numerous times over the years and always enjoyed our experience. This visit, the quality of the food was not up to the standard we had come to know from this establishment. Example: the rice/beans both seemed significantly undercooked, mashed potatoes were dry and very thick, and salad bar seemed sparse. Though, most of the meats we received were very good. Overall, it seemed to be very chaotic and more like cafeteria dining rather than fine dining. That all being said, we understand it was a holiday which typically brings mass crowds that are not the norm. We will come back on a regular evening to see if this was just an issue with the holiday crowd. Hopefully, we will find the wonderful dining experience we previously knew of this restaurant.
This is concerning to hear, as we always want to deliver wonderful experiences that leave you wanting more. We hope to deliver you a better experience down the line.
I understand that Mother’s Day is a busy day for most restaurants. But Fogo is a chain restaurant that should be able to anticipate these things especially based on the fact that people are getting vaccinated and feel safe inside restaurants again and that a lot of folks weren’t able to celebrate last year. We had to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time (no “sorry for the long wait on Mother’s Day” to our Mom or anything from the hostess) and then when were seated, we told the waiter that we wanted to start with meats right away. We sat for another 5-6 minutes before someone came with sides, another 5 minutes before we got a single piece of meat, and a few minutes after that, we had to ask a hostess for glasses of water when we had said all of this to the initial waiter that came by our table. Ok, fine, stuff like this happens but yay, time for a Brazilian steakhouse right? The food was awful. Cold, poorly seasoned, or contained just crazy amounts of gristle (how the heck do you cook ribs to be grey and dry, and then think it’s ok to serve this to people?). So disappointing. This was my first time at Fogo in several years (we switched to Texas De Brazil because the prices were better and you got like 85-90% of the way there as far quality is concerned). Absolute terrible experience all around and I have no incentive to ever try and go back when the DFW area has so many solid options for Brazilian steakhouses.
Our team always wants to deliver you the exceptional experience you deserve, so we're disappointed to hear we fell short with our service and cuisine. We'll be sure to deliver you a much better time in the future.
Overall I was just very disappointed. Took my mother and my wife for Mother’s Day brunch.I looked up the menu and really the only reason we went was because they were going to have omelettes and once we get there they are not making omelettes. Then one of the guys serving meat put his plate on our table to cut a piece of meat and in the process drops his plate and the pieces of meat on the floor. No big deal to me BUT this guy puts the plate back on the table and proceeds to cut another piece of meat onto the plate that was just on the floor and serve it to us. Oh and the left the meat he had dropped on the floor. Just seemed like they were missing a bunch of stuff and still charged a full holiday dinner price for half of what your supposed to get for a normal brunch.
We apologize for delivering such an experience, as you should always leave us completely satisfied. We hope you visit us in the future, as we will be sure to deliver a 5-star experience.
AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!! My family and friends enjoyed the food and experience. A couple of complaints. Some of the meats were a bit bland and needed salt but I enjoyed everything.
Food was good. Salad Bar was great. Staff was great. Ambiance was fun, and a little loud which was great for our large group.
Always an amazing meal with top quality meats and impressive salad bar.
Las ensaladas muy frescas y los cortes estaban en su punto, buen ambiente y bebidas variadas
Always great to come here for dinner. Wonderful as always.
Person was sick in the table next to me, we had to leave because of COVID concerns, we were 6 minutes in the restaurant, and the manager didn’t care and charge me the full buffet, over 100 dlls for 6 minutes of enjoying a sick person next to me.... not returning, not good actions against Covid.

Perfect as always! Love this place
You have to be very hungry to enjoy this wonderful restaurant. Such a great place to take my guys for celebrations. (Don't skip the grilled cheese!)
Too crowded, they didn’t respect the time of my reservation and I had to wait 45mi. To be seated, there is no social distancing
We should always be respecting your reservation time and observing local government recommendations, so we're concerned to hear this. We hope to welcome you again in the future.
Great fresh food and fast service... space was a bit tight but overall great experience!
I love it here ❤️ every one is always so nice
Server didn’t know The difference between vodka and gin. Very slow to respond. Very slow to bring drinks. This was for a very important sales/business meeting for me engaged and it was very challenging due to the noise level.
I would likely not schedule a meeting there again unless it was in a private room.
Additionally, our conversation was constantly interrupted with the servers bringing out the meats. It was so much easier when you had the red and green button flip flip over.
I truly love Fogo. Generally speaking as your great job and I go to your location often.
Thanks for listening.
Thank you for sharing your words, Scott. Our team apologizes for the interruptions during your meeting, as we never want to inconvenience you. We will be sure to reach out via direct message, in hopes of making this right. Thank you.
Great! Enjoyed everything!
Food was great they no longer use green and red cards but experience is the same
It was our 4 year wedding anniversary
Se tardan en traer la carne, te quieren llenar de pan...
Nuestros cortes nunca deberían tardar mucho en llegar a su mesa, así que lamentamos haberlo hecho esperar. Esperamos que nos conceda una segunda oportunidad en el futuro.
Food and service was excellent and did not disappoint for my first experience.
Giona was fantastic and if we had the option to sit with him next time we would.
10 out of 10 would recommend!
