It was good. At lot of missing items, it’s ok
Excellent service complements the quality menu offerings for those truly interested in authentic Brazilian churrasco. What a pleasure! I will return!
I has a wonderful born day lunch thanks to the Dallas, TX Fogo de Chao team.
Overall not great. They didn’t have the selection they used to and service wasn’t great.
We went for our wedding anniversary and like usual everything was amazing. The food, service, everything.
I remember in years past the gauchos were very attentive and we never had to wait for the meats to arrive. So we were a bit disappointed that the premium meats took a long time to arrive— after we had our fill of the regular cuts (which also took a long time). We kept our card flipped to green the entire time. Maybe it’s just the Addison location that is slow serving.
Some of the cuts are way overcooked - but you can tell them what temp you want and they are super accommodating
La comida no fue tan buena como otras veces que hemos ido no se si era por ser thanksgiving, estuvo regular igual que el servicio
We’re grateful they’re available on holidays as time constraints precluded a home dinner. The food, service, variety and ambiance are outstanding
Very good 🙌🏼
Anna took very good care of us!
It was our 3rd visit to this restaurant and last one for a long time. Our waiter was nice but rest of the stuff not really (especially ladies that ‘welcomed’ our guests). Food was good, but I expected more Thanksgiving options. Sweet potatoes were ok, cranberry not so good.. overall we paid almost 200$ for 2 adults, beer, drink, coke and 1 dessert. At first we liked the restaurant, but to be honest it’s not that great.
Food was great. Service on bringing meat was very slow and took forever to get filet and ribeye.
Always a great place with great food, great presentation, great service. Top notch.
We have been coming here for major celebrations for the last decade, but the last few times the food has deteriorated. Seems like they are cutting costs and letting the quality go. A lot of competition now we will shop around.
Less meat service come to tables compared few years ago. Buffet table food quality is still good. Waiters and other service staff should come to table more often. This restaurant became old and I do not feel "high end " atmosphere anymore. Legacy West restaurant is now absolutely better.
So here’s the thing.... there is a coupon for a $40 dinner thru December. We were under the impression that applied to our meal. However, when we received the check it showed a $52 meal. We eventually were able to flag an employee who told us we should have informed them that we wanted the $40 meal before sitting down in order to receive the deal. So we ended up eating a meal under the false pretenses of receiving a deal. We were quite displeased by this but did not argue. I believe the website should tell you that you have to mention the deal beforehand. It is currently misleading.
Great Food and Great Service Luis is always exceptional!!!
Server spill meat juice in our nice table and in my clothes👎☹️NOT GOOD!
Super friendly and efficient staff. Excellent wine list and the food was delicious!
Came for my birthday and it was an awesome experience for my family. Food was great!
Fogo de Chao is always very pleasant place to go to. The salad bar seemed a little empty and needed to be refilled with multiple things. Everyone was friendly and they brought a birthday cake for my brother. It was a overall nice experience and somewhere I will surely go again! The manager was fantastic! Super friendly and he laughed and it was nice.
Food and service is always great! One of our favorite restaurants for special occasions.
Great time with family.
Outstanding as always. The entire staff works as a team to ensure all customers are taken care of. Doesn’t matter whether it’s “their” table: everyone steps up so that the diner has an exquisite experience. And the food: cooked to perfection! The servers will cook to order and they pay attention.
This dinner was amazing as usual.
Our waiters were attentive and thorough!!!!
First time at Fogo, quieter ambience with great service and very good food.
It was ok. Seems like the staff was super busy.
Our table felt like it was in the doorway and our server wasn't attentive at all. I waited at least 20 minutes just to order a glass of wine after my boyfriend had gotten his drink immediately. She was definitely overwhelmed.
Good as usual but this location is a bit loud compared to the uptown location.
Not worth the price. Meat was average. For the sides we asked for mashed potatoes, fried plantains, and fried yuca. The mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box, the plantains were actually fried bananas that were just mush, and the yuca were just thick cut potato fries.
Usually it is very good, this time the meats didn't come around as often and when I asked the server to send over some meats, they did not show up. Server ask later if the meats showed up I said no. Meats never showed up after either.
The service, food, and ambiance were all great as usual. Another wonderful experience.
Food was good.
Alexander , our waiter and his assistant displayed great customer service during our Anniversary dinner on Saturday. We will keep coming back here for the service and the food. Thank you!
I will not go back . its not what it used to be . meat was tough and service was questionable . Other people love it . Not me or my wife
Best Brazilian dinner anywhere. I hope they bring the pork chop back and pineapple
The meat was not up to their old standards. It was the first time for most of the group and they left a little frustrated. We felt like we were at a value chain restaurant.
This is always the best place to eat. Very friendly staff and great service, where every guest is treated first.
