   My friends and I had a bachelor party dinner here at Fogo de Chão and it was an absolute excellent experience… Service and food was fantastic. Highly recommend.

   It was my families first time coming. They really enjoyed themselves. The ambience and staff were welcoming for my first timers as well as our special occasion.

   We had an incredible experience at Fogo de Chão last night celebrating my son’s graduation. From start to finish, everything was on point—the meats were juicy and perfectly seasoned, the Market Table was fresh and full of options, and the atmosphere was festive but relaxed. What really stood out was the service. Our server at the end of the night brought so much energy and joy to the table. It really added to the celebration and made my son feel special. Thank you, Fogo de Chão, for helping us create such a memorable night for our family.

   Was sat by noisy kids … first time since it opened the food was just off … lots of meats charred on the outside - I asked for my meat a certain way and the waiter pushed back. When I told him the manager knows how we like it he backed down. A couple of the guys had body odor issues that hung around after they were gone. We will absolutely be back, it’s a family favorite … and last night was not the high standard we have come to expect from fogo.

   When making the reservation I clarified that it was my husband's birthday and they didn't have a single detail. In the same restaurant in Plano, the experience is much better and they are very detail-on

   Went on Friday May 16, 2025. Everything was great with service, salad bar, pão de queijo, queijo coalho grelhado, but the meats were terrible. No salt, getting well done every we asked for medium or even medium rare. I talked to our waiter who suggested me to use the salt shaker at the table for more salt, which was a ludicrous thing to say for anyone who understands that most flavoring for churrasco comes under high temp with salt and fat combined. He then said they were going to make a skewer with more salt and the right temperature for the fraldinha for example. But that was after telling him his suggestion to use the salt shaker to add salt was lubricous. Later we got the skewer and it has the right about of salt but the meat was over done. And the gaucho didn’t even know what fraldinha was or bottom round, they had to get waiter who spoke Spanish to translate. The gauchos were tilting the skewer the wrong way leading forward instead of backwards, so my wife got several splashes of meat juice all over her light colored shirt. I was wearing black. I also had to instruct the gaucho to give me a piece of picanha from the seared side not the inside one. The same for the fraldinha. Essentially, every piece of pork, lamb, or beef was over done or tough. The file mignon was soft by nature but over done dissolved like chalk in your mouth and with no salt! The bananas were the worst we ever had, dry and tough. The polenta was stale. The papaya cream had an aftertaste so we didn’t even finish it. This location is our go to place. We’ve been coming here for 20 years. It’s very sad to watch this place go downhill. We tried other locations such Plano and OKC, only to be disappointed as well. As of this writing, we’ve given up on the chain. Texas de Brazil has consistently been a great experience, I guess that’s our only churrasco place from now on.

   Much better than the last visit there several months ago. Service is excellent. Servers were excellent. Meats were a bit salty but cooked just right (the previous issue was the meat was either too rare or medium well) at medium rare.

   We visit the Addison location for Mother's Day dinner. The food for the most part was good and plentiful as expected. We had the Churrasco experience. Most of the selections were good and tasty. However, the lamb chops was a little disappointing which normally is good. Not much flavor and meat was dry. The same thing with the top and bottom sirloin. One of my favorites that evening was the bacon. We had reservations, but it did not help. We waited for about 30 minutes, which seems long for reservations. Evidently, they over booked. I also did not realize there was an upcharge during holidays. I was expecting about $57 for dinner and ended up paying $65 per person. I think you get better value and better food/service during non-holiday visits. Holiday visits just wasn't worth it.
