It was perfect for our 5 year anniversary dinner. We came cute and left stuffed! Service was very good and the ambiance was soft and romantic. We each got the ultimate experience. We liked the filet mignon the best. Next time we will probably just order a filet mignon dinner. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves!
Restrooms were dirty, service was below par and seating was terrible. Despite a reservation, I still waited 30 plus minutes.
Food was fantastic and the bartender was wonderful!
I’ll be visiting a different location next time.
The food was tasty but the reason we arrived was for restaurant week and apparently we were not included in that offer when the check arrived. We had to pay substantially more than what was advertised and were told the dining experience would have been less had they provided the restaurant week pricing. Misleading and condescending.
We ate at 6 PM and the variety of meat was not available. They only served beef
everything was fine except for the service,it was very slow, usually the servers come by nonstop with the meat selections for some reason they weren't coming by , also they usually bring the sides at the beginning , we were on our 2nd or 3rd round of meats before they brought the sides and that was because we asked for them, other than that the food was good, and the waiters were nice when they came by. We went during restaurant week so maybe they were just too busy
We had a reservation for 7, however we had to wait 20 minutes. The hostess could not give us a time when we would be seated. The hostess area was full of guests also with reservations and many were complaining.
Busy but service was good and food delicious.
Best Brazilian Steakhouse in Dallas!
Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse is THE place if you love steaks, salad, and cheese bread!
Love the choice of meat. REALLY delicious
Great service & awesome food. We went as a family to celebrate a birthday and the staff was very accommodating of our large party.
It was good
I will come back. My advise to first timers; GO HUNGRY!
Awesome food. Awesome service. We will be back.
Haven’t been in 2 years. Everything is great as always. However, some of the meats seem to have gone down in quality, ie some cuts like rib eye were mighty chewy like choice/select , def not prime
Great food and service. I miss the pork chop.
We had a party of 11 and our waiter was Alec. It was a wonderful experience as we were celebrating my son's birthday. He also has gained accomplishment in education. I highly recommend Fogo de Chao. Our reserved table was impeccable and the food was excellent. The attention and detail to our request was also excellent.
The ambience and service was second to none. Also, the salad bar selections had a variety of options to choose from. The actual brazillian style meats that came served at the table, was just average, the pork belly being the most flavorful out of the sirloin, lamb, chicken or pork. I was really disappointed. I finished the meal off with a coconut cream pie, that was delicious.
We had a great experience here! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! Our server, Alex, was very knowledgable and friendly. We will definitely be back!
I have frequented Fogo for years and consistency always seems to be the word I would describe this restaurant with. The food was solid, the service was fast and overall a a great place for a business lunch and meeting. I would great recommend this restaurant for any client meetings you are having in the Addison area. Consistent taste and service!!!
Amazing food and amazing service.
Our only complaint is there was a family there that was letting their three year old run around the place and screaming/yelling. No fault of the restaurant, just bad parenting.
No! The service was poor and the price for what you got was too high. Won't be back to this place.
A+ Always good.
Food was good and service was great.
Our server was awesome! Made sure we we’re good and recommended some great food to us! Was completely fine with us calling him Luka like the basketball player and was real friendly!
Service was great, but we went in for the special. Unfortunately for us, we forgot to mention the special so we had to pay a higher rate so we weren't to happy about that.
Had a special night setup that started at Fogo, but do to an extremely loud table it was almost impossible to talk to anyone at our table without yelling. I've never experienced this before and hope it was just a one time thing. Food and service was fantastic as normal though.
My sisters birthday. She and Dtr drove from Shreveport for lunch. So worth the trip
We had a Great Time!! Great Food and Great Service!! Specially from Roberto Carlos!!
I have been different fogo de chao before first we sat the bar order some cocktails we didn’t realize that glass was broken and service was okay nothing special meats are very salty
We enjoyed our time, it was my birthday and my partners first time in so we were very excited to be there! Service was so so, but everything else was fantastic!
The hostess seated us early and was very nice, the manager came by to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves which I thought was a nice touch as well. All in all fantastic!
First time I've tried Fogo de Chao, it was delicious.
Always great food and wonderful service. They make you feel you are appreciated for choosing Fogo from the moment you arrive until you leave
Felipe Is the man!! I had a great experience and the professionalism was amazing..
We have been to this specific location several time before. We drove 2 hours from out of town to have Father’s Day dinner for my husband. We had the absolute worst service. Once seated, our drink order was taken but then never was delivered (water & tea). Once someone realized they forgot or that we were just sitting staring at one another, they finally got us our drink order. I then had to ask for the cheese breads that are typically put on the table immediately. We have been there over 20 minutes and were mostly done eating when they brought out the other table items (mashed potatoes, roasted plantains, and fried polenta). It was kinda pointless and wasted by that time. We then had to flag down someone to get a dessert menu and after dropping it off, we sat there another 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our dessert order. We finally got that and then it took forever to get the check. It was like the waitstaff didn’t even know we were there, with the worst part being they looked sufficiently staffed for the amount of people in the restaurant. Although it didn’t completely ruin the evening, it sure did put a damper on the dinner portion of the special occasion.
The food flavor and meat quality was fantastic as always!
Really casual atmosphere for the price. I’m surprised they let people where flip flops and baseball hats for dinner
I have been in Fogo de Chao maybe 30 times, and it has always been my favorite place to go eat out. Unfortunately it will not be anymore. The new management has decided to make this place just a regular place, and they have cut expenses and quality to make this place more affordable to the masses. By reducing quality and service, they can afford to keep prices low and attract more people to the place. I guess it is their choice, but I doubt I will ever go back to Fogo de Chao, and I will stop recommending the place to my friends. Very sorry to see this happening.
Fathers Day. Dessert not included in per person charge kind of a bad surprise on a special occasion day.
I had made reservations for my husbands birthday for 10 people for 7:45 pm. Arrived early at 7:35 pm. Got seated at 8pm. Service was terrible. I had to keep reminding the waitress to Bring the side dishes I think I asked her for them more than 4 times. After our first round of meats she finally brought some side dishes. Everything took long .. she was nowhere to be found most of the time. At the end she passed by dropped the electronic check in the middle of the table and left with out explaining anything to us. I was able to split the check electronically and pay for our part. The other parties were not able too since the electronic check machine ran out of battery. I had to flag someone else down because waitress again was nowhere to be found. The other lady brought another electronic check that also did not work. It was a hot mess! I’ve been to two other Fogo de Chao locations and have always had top notch service . Unfortunately they lost me as a customer. Will NOT be going back. This place is expensive and I expect top notch service.
