The two annoying things were someone’s ring kept going off and every 5 minutes we would be interrupted by the ring chime and servers took forever to wrap up our order.
Service always great, salad bar fantastic , the only thing that was lack luster was the mimosa.

I have been going to Fogo for 7+ years. This has always been one of my favourite Brazilian steak houses. The time before this very latest experience, the food was not seasoned properly, all the cuts had a significant amount of fat on them and not good quality meat being used. I figured it was a one off situation. This very latest trip to fogo was even worse, meat quality has gone down the drain, the meat servers are not listening to what cooked temperature you want and drop anything on the plate and run off. The seasoning was also off and my 2 buddies also were really disappointed in the quality and have previously visited Fogo many times before.

Mother’s Day dinner was very enjoyable
There’s was nice service and a good presentation of food.
My son and I always enjoy ourselves when we are there. I think on the holiday it was a tad bit too busy and loud.
The food and service were good. The price for the salad bar/meat was fair, but the price on the T-bone steak was too pricey. We have been at other steakhouses where the price for the cut and ounce is between $50 - $90 apiece, this one was $137 for only one plate. Total bill near $500 including tip, for two people without alcohol. Very pricey.
Also, the advertisement for the restaurant stated that children over 6 years old are "complementary" our son is 5 years old and was changed to over 7+. He barely ate at the restaurant. The place was crowded there no follow of CDC guidelines followed other than staff wearing a mask, tables were too close from each other and no 6ft apart. We felt overwhelmed by the small place with the number of people. We don't think the restaurant followed the city of Chicago guidelines for occupancy during the pandemic as the place was packed at full capacity. Overall experience is 3 out of 5. Value 2 out of 5. The only outstanding thing was the service.

Drinks took a very long time. The servers that were taking care of the tables were more interested in talking to each other than serving the tables. The servers forgot the chips so nononenwould give is food unless I motioned over someone to donsoGot my drink wrong and took a while to fix it. For the money we paid and it's was my birthday not what I expected

Great place better come hungry
There were several things missing from the rodisio that are always found in Fogo de Chaos, including chicken hearts. I’ve been to the one in Rio, NYC, Boston and feel that the Chicago location is lacking. The salad bar was nice but the farofa was gone.
Your experiences with us should be fabulous, so it's disappointing to hear we left much to be desired. We hope you award us another chance down the line, as we know we can impress you.

The best salad bar I’ve experienced at a Brazilian restaurant. The meat was good too. The service was impeccable with attentive yet unobtrusive staff. Carlos was a uniquely gifted and gracious server. I look forward to visiting again the next time I’m in town.

We requested lamb on 4 different occassions. I'm so disappointed. Seems that everytime lamb came out it went to the other side of the place. There weren't any left after they were done picking the bones clean. Not sure if they have a special section, but we would like to sit in the VIP section next time. What is the cost for that?

Amazing. The device was incredible! Jose really made it his point to take care of us. Be prepared to leave a good tip because they deserve it. And of course their food was great. The meat isn't too salty...
The staff was super welcoming and the manager always stopped by to make sure we were okay. They made this experience the best!

We went here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, unfortunately the salad bar was not what I expected it to be it wasn’t fresh, salad was wilted and it looks like it was never replaced and looks old and they don’t check it, it doesn’t look appetizing at all , not a lot of selections, though I do appreciate the guy that was serving us that Monday night he was excellent but unfortunately I didn’t get his name.

Husband had to get up to ask somebody to get him after 30 minutes. The waitress was nice but she was nowhere around for a refill in drink. It was the end of my dinner I didn’t bother asking for a refill. Otherwise, dinner was good.

The food was below average. The salad bar was awful! The fruit bar was bare minimum. The ambiance and energy was decent overall but I expected much more from an upscale restaurant.
