Good food for the price. Kind of noisy, but overall good service
Booked a bar spot online, we just wanted to get some drinks. When we arrived they told us we shouldn't have booked online, because they don't offer bar reservations at the moment. Every single table was full, there were people all over the buffet. Clearly not respecting the 25% capacity rule. We left right away because we felt so uncomfortable. Felt like COVID didn't exist in this restaurant. No precautions were being taken. Hope there's not an outbreak there.
Let’s start with where the table was placed. We were sat right in the middle where everyone made a line to go to the salad bar. .. we had people practically next to us the entire night. The meats didn’t come or somehow they missed us.
The waiter had the new machine to pay our bill, he went to threw the screens himself. It felt awkward when he asked if 20% tip was good. I felt we were placed on the spot, we always tip 20% and had planned to do so but it’s never comfortable when the waiter asks.
We had always had great service here, we were terribly disappointed. I don’t believe we will be coming back.

Seafood tower was overcooked and mashed potatoes plantains were cold. Let staff know and they brought fresh order. Out ever gave my son French fries which was great because he loved them
Was only offered garlic pork after saying more than 10 times I didn’t want anything with garlic. Asked for lamb chops and they were brought to another table. For the first time ever, every piece of steak I was brought was very dry and underseasoned. I was very surprised, as this location usually has amazing steak and great service.

Everything from the staff to the food was great
We visited to enjoy the lamb chops and they didn’t taste or smell good at all. They tasted like that had been frozen for too long. We didn’t make note of this to our waiter and the manager that stoped by and asked about our experience.
Fresh cuts is what we love to serve, so it's concerning to hear that you feel such a way. We'd love the the chance to deliver a better experience, so please visit us again.

Loved it there
We had a party of 6 for Valentine’s Day. It was very crowded and loud which was not a problem. A few disappointments were that we didn’t have servers with meat come visit our table often and buffet line was long since you have to wait for an attendant accompany you. I received a email stating if we dined on Valentine’s Day we would get a $25 gift certificate and no one knew about this. Just a few wrinkles in the evening.
With COVID, certain allowances must be made, however, It was Valentine's Day and the place was packed. My husband and I are elderly. We were worried the entire time we were there.
Reservations should have been staggered better, larger are for social distancing, create a way for us to sit in our car until our reservation is ready. Please be more creative with these options.
My husband and I really enjoy the Rosemont location and this was our first time here. We'll stick with that location.
I'll recommend this location with caution.
This was the first place we’ve dined in at in over a year and sadly I left feeling underwhelmed and over exposed.
The Covid protocol’s and new process wasn’t explained to us by our server.
We had a personal attendant at the salad bar but there was no organization/ person who was making sure people were keeping a safe distance from one another (let alone their attendant).
At one point there was a line of people that were standing in the middle of the dining room.
People were walking around without masks on & no one was correcting them.
I feel ultimately bad for the employees, who are clearly trying their best but aren’t being protected from the many customers they interact with.
They should’ve spaced out the reservations more to give them more time to explain things & try to keep things a little safer.

Celebrating Valentine’s Day at Fogo de Chao was the perfect date night! Food was great, server was great, per usual - we loved it.
Ambiance was nice! Quality food and service. Went Valentines Day weekend and enjoyed it.
Second time I have been to this location. Both times sat in back. It won’t be a big deal but the severs hardly come back there. I shouldn’t have to ask the main service constantly to get food. That’s not the point of this experience. Not sure if I will be back anytime soon. You have competition in the same environment that you have and I have never experienced that elsewhere. You think with hard times your business operations would be client centric. But I guess not.

We have gone to this restaurant many times and this time we were disappointed. The service was terrible. We usually feel well taken care of - this time I had to constantly look around for our waitress.

Me and my fiancé went there for Valentine’s Day. Great place to dine, great customer service, great atmosphere grate food.

It was my birthday the food was really good but the service could’ve been better. I had to constantly ask for Mashed potatoes they took so long to get. Also when my pop ran out they took a while to give me another.

Good food and waiters
I had my birthday here and it was a wonderful experience!! The staff is very covid safe and they made our table feel very special. Will definitely be back soon!

We went to celebrate my sons and nephews birthday which was fun they felt like little adults.
Disappointed in new set up with salad bar. No not being able to flip if I want meat or not. Probably will not five there anymore. Not worth it since it used to be about the experience too snd it’s all changed.

The quality of the meats is very good and lots to choose from. The Covid safe salad bar still had lots of great choices. An added bonus was a number of half price wines which was just tempting to ignore....

The service was great and no complaints.
I was very disappointed with the restaurant. it wasn't my first time there but this time was the worst. The meat was so salty and full of fat. they only served us a few kinds of meat. The lambchops were the worse i have ever had. The salad bar was poor compared to other Brazilian restaurants. They charge extra for shrimp which should've been a salad bar item.
Overall I was very disappointed and wouldn't go there again and don't recommend that anybody should.
