Absolutely loved the experience and I will def come back! Loved the filet mignon wrapped in bacon and the mashed potatoes were amazing😍
So overpriced. mediocre food. Don't waste your time and money
This location always treats you like you're important. I never felt like I needed to look for someone. It was a Saturday night-busy but still would ask me if I needed anything or a specific cut of meat. Food is of course delicious. I think it's worth every penny. They couldn't find a half empty water cup because it would be filled up, same with the other table finger foods. 10/10
Good service, kind people and they speak Spanish. Just be prepared with your pocket. Also you could take your children without charge.
Excellent food but the service is unique, nobody can beat them on that department.
Great food an excellent service.
Really enjoyed the food.
Definitely the perfect place to go for a celebration! As always, the food was delicious. The service was excellent! Beverages and sides replenished without us having to ask. We never ft rushed. Our waiter, Carlos, and all who assisted him were on point throughout. Also, I requested a special birthday dessert for my husband when I made the reservations - it was his 50th Birthday - and he was served a beautifully decorated creme brûlée without me reminding the staff.
Was at Fogo back in 2008 or 2009, it was amazing. Been wanting to return since, finally made it back and just wasn't as I remembered. NOT that the food was bad but just not anything special. 4 people to eat with 1 beer and 2 drinks for $350.00 food should be very memorable. Everyone in my group said food was OK.
It's always such a treat dinning here. Take a afternoon off and enjoy your time here.
The waiter and staff were superb and attentive. The restaurant is becoming dated and needs updating.
not as good as it used to be - quality has gone down
Weekend brunch was relaxed and quiet, plus a little less money than dinner.
I used to frequent Fogo de Chao 10 years ago. I brought my fiancé for a date nostalgically anticipating the experience I had in the past, but was disappointed tonight. The quality of the salad bar was sub par, the meat was very good although some cuts were super salty..... Everything was missing the sophistication it used to have. However the most puzzling thing to me was the restaurants use of ultra bright white daylight LED bulbs in the entire dining room.
I would like to say that the staff was very friendly and attentive to us and the overall experience was pleasant, it was just super disappointing after to many years to see how the restaurant has declined.
the best service and amazing food, all of the personnel is great at making you feel like you are a king
It was great experience. Plenty of good. It just keeps coming. You feel like your getting your money's worth
it was ok this time, our server was excellent, the salad bar was amazing
New Year’s Eve Dinner at Fogo is always great. With the number of people seated and the number of workers, service is great especially on such a busy day
I have been to several Fogo de Chao’s in the past and have always been pleased. This time wasn’t the case. The first server to help us out just wasn’t the best. We had to ask him to do everything for us. Such as clear plates from the table, refill our drinks (which came back wrong every time) and just seemed that he was hating his job at the moment. I get it that it was most likely one of the busiest nights but for the amount of money I spent on dinner I expect good quality service. The food was ok. Not the best I have had. Overall the vibes from the restaurant and the lack of service, it seemed like we were just at a Buffett which I’m not a fan of. Don’t think I will be visiting Fogo de Chao again
It was just ok.
We had a hard time getting meat service after the initial go around. Not fun to have to look around and wave down for service. Otherwise service was very good.
Very nice service and the food delicious
We had a great experience! Not our first time here but we had great service. Ordered a drink and it came quickly. Market Table food was really good, meats were great and we never had to wait. One meat server didn’t have medium rare which my husband likes, but promised to come back quickly with some and he did! Always had a clean plate and our waiter was very attentive. Will definitely return.
Food is good however the use of horrible LED lights throughout creates a “cafeteria” atmosphere with their blue color temperature lights. They should select better lights to create a higher class restaurant.
First of all, the manager did make things right. But this was a really bad night for us. The service of the variety of meats was very poor. We had to wait so many times to get different meats brought to our table, and even some of the same meats. The guys just kept avoiding our table so many times.
Overpriced, meat service did not come out timely. Cheap meats came out often but not the better meats like lamp chops, filet, ribeye
Nobody told us the water we were drinking would be $27. The waiter offered us still or sparkling, and we said still, assuming we’d get regular water. When we got our bill it said Mineral Water was ordered for $27, which is ridiculous. Nobody should have to pay that much for water. And for what it’s worth, the water didn’t even taste different from tap.
I love this place food service everything was great.
it was a busy night and the restaurant was filled. we were seated once our party arrived which was close to our reservation time. at first many of the gaucho's passed us by but once our waiter came to see how things were going and we told him, things got much better.
we have visited both the Chicago and Rosemont locations and much prefer the Chicago location.
All the servers were attentive to our table. You can tell that everyone works together to take care of the customer.
It was a great location for our Christmas dinner
Attentive servers, however variety was not there as I expected.
Food was okay but not not great and certainly not worth the money. The service was excellent. Not as upscale as other Brazilian steakhouses. We will not be returning.
Great place for meat. Really enjoyed the salad bar too
This is a special occasion place for us. We always tend to have a great experience from the food to the drinks to the atmosphere and hospitality. Great place - thank you.
AMAZING time!! Food and drinks OUTSTANDING! Great way to have spent our Christmas Eve dinner.
El mesero Carlos EXCELENTE !!!! Gracias !
Great service & consistently great food!
Just wasn't for me
