   Our waiter Allen was superb! He was very respectful towards our dietary requirements and communicated with us all options gracefully. Highly recommend the wagyu steak and lamb chops. Chef was also aware of halal items and any menu items with alcohol in them. Thank you for a great time !

   Our first time. It was just okay. We really expected more. The meat was all charred with a burned taste. Nice salad bar but overall we left with a been there done that feel. Our waiter Christian was nice.,

   We didn’t have a direct server as well as we didn’t get much meat , we got maybe less than 1 round of meats and particularly was only just chicken . Very dissatisfied specially for the amount spent

   We arrived a few minutes before our scheduled reservation time on Thanksgiving, just to see a line out the door. When arrived at the check-in counter, the hostess said it would be about another 30 minute wait. After over an hour of waiting, I went to check on the wait, and was told that she had no idea how long it would be. We ended up leaving. This was by far the worst Thanksgiving experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Why would they take so many reservations that they knew they would not be able to serve everyone?

   The food was excellent as always, but we were packed in there like sardines. I've never seen more tables so closely together, and the place was packed. This made for a less intimate dining experience since we were on top of the other tables. Aisles were overcrowded as people made their way to the salad bar.

    It was very busy, but our table felt very ignored. While other tables were being attended to, ours was not. It took them a half hour for our simple requests: another glass of wine, more bread and the server with the lamb. We like going to FdC for special occasions but I don’t think we will come back.

    To be fair we went on Thanksgiving, it was very busy. We had a reservation and they sat us promptly. It was loud and there were lines at the buffet. It was a little chaotic at times, during busy times it would be nice if they had it set up so everyone moved in the same direction as some people are a little more aggressive then others. Things were going quick and they were good at replacing. The gaucho service was good, there were a few items that never came our way, though I am certain if we had asked they would have. Despite being a holiday and very busy, the staff was really attentive.

    Food and salad bar was as good as any Fogo de chao. Disappointed with server since was not told it or asked about thanksgiving special menu as I was told when making reservations in August. After I asked to talk with manager then I was told about it and he said the server was new well then it is the manager fault not to train new staff.

    This was the worst service ever. The drinks were terrible. The food was lame. Based on this experience I would never go back.

    The food was great. The quality was one of the top for Fogo establishments we have visited before. The only issue was there were gnats flying around. We actually left pretty quickly due to this. But the food was good, couldn’t enjoy because of the bugs. Also, it’s extremely hot in there. It’s cold outside but most people are dressed for the outside weather so the heat shouldn’t be so high. The service was great.

    First time at Fogo De Chão. Upon entering the restaurant we encountered a very rude host at the front desk. Our server seemed to rush us during our entire reservation. The biggest problem is being charged for items we assumed were part of the CHURRASCO EXPERIENCE. No one mentioned extra charges when dropping off these addition items at the table. I have attached a image of the additional charges. Overall I wouldn’t return due to this dishonest service.

    The place was packed. Not enough servers, and the ones there were missing our table, we have to literally wave and call them to come to our table to get some meat. The salad bar was very poor. Overall not worth the money !

    Food and service great as always. Only issue was when we checked in the Hostess was not friendly and acted as if we were putting her out (we had to wait 5 min for her to even show up, we were on time for reservation but we did also have to wait 10 min for valet parking before she would sit us).

    Absolutely chaotic in the entrance, waaaaay too many people in a small space. The hostesses needed to do better crowd control. Once we were seated, the food was incredible and the service was so good. We waited a bit for drinks but with the amount of people there it was reasonable. It was my hubby's first experience and he was delighted. We spent the rest of the evening digesting like fat snakes and couldn't have been happier!

    The Chicago Fogo seated way too many people which led to a very poor customer experience. The restaurant was jammed pack, and the management placed tables too close together in order to pack in more customers. Even employees told us they complained to management that the restaurant was seating too many people, but management didn't listen. We could barely make it to the hostess desk will all the people waiting. The restaurant was overwhelmed. Other Fogo's in Washington DC and Miami, for example, don't try to pack this many people in. Won't come back to the Chicago Fogo.

    The service was very slow and there was barely any steak out. You had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for steak to come out. All they mostly had was chicken and pork. It’s not the fogo that I am use to where they always had beef coming out often. I also had to tell the server 7 times that I wanted a coke. It’s not worth the money anymore.

    Food was phenomenal, joined them for a ribeye and bourbon experience. Staff seemed to have no idea about the event and instead of a bourbon tasting we were given drink tickets. Food was uncoordinated and received very little steak. Everything was top notch just not what was expected.

    I have been here many times. Today, it was not good. The meat quality has gone down. Chicken, pork, and longaniza were the items constantly out. Beef choices were very very limited. Another place that has gone down.

    Had to wait for 15-20 minutes despite having had a reservation, staff and service was wonderful - once seated you don’t have to wait for anything as the staff is very attentive without being disturbing. The food was very tasty - loved the smoked meats. Ambience and noise level has room for improvement: it’s very cramped, quite dark, and noisy. Good for a night out with great food.
