Honestly, really crowded and hard to get served. Often times the meat people would miss our table or not come into our room. The salad bar, it was pretty empty/sparse and they weren’t in a rush to replenish. We had to ask for assistance! Honestly. Not good. Phillys was a 5/5, this 2/5 for sure.

I've been taking my kids to better restaurants and this was their first trip to a Brazilian Steakhouse. It was the perfect meal for them. The salad bar is fresh and well prepared food that work for all ages and palates. The meat is perfectly cooked and well circulated so you're not waiting around. We were dressed casually and it wasn't at all an issue although this was weekend lunch.
We decided to go for dessert and it did not disappoint. The flan and lava cake were as perfect as I would have ever imagined.
If you're looking for a social dining experience in a quiet and refined setting with amazing food I'd recommend visiting here. If you need to walk some of it off after you're done the botanical gardens are right across so you'll have a great way to remember a wonderful dining experience.
My experience here was alright. It was my first time and I was really looking forward to trying the filet, lamb, and ribs. Neither made it to my table. The only people that came to my table were the same 3 meats (garlic steak, chicken, and sirloin). It seemed like they only wanted my table to have the cheapest cuts. Buffet was good however.
We should always be offering a variety of cuts, and we apologize for not doing so this time around. We always want to be at the top of your list, and our team looks forward to making this up to you in the future. Thank you.
I'm glad to see Fogo de Chao back to its crowded self. It's a welcome sight. Service is always terrific. The one issue that I have when it's crowded is that the variety of food doesn't always make its way around the dining room. We never saw a couple of items, until a manager asked how everything was, and we mentioned something. Those options came out shortly thereafter. I do wish they'd put the candied bacon back out with the salad bar. It was brought to us when we asked, but it just seems easier to have out already. We always view this place as a special occasion place, and overall it's lived up to its billing.

Very good service and food was filling and delicious
Fogo de Chao has lost its value. It used to be a great place to have a large selection of meats. It is not worth the price anymore.
The quality of the food is not worth the price.

I will only give it a shot while in Brazil. In the US I have been at the restaurant in Boston, Denver, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Miami and Minneapolis. More than once at each location.

Low quality meats smothered in salt… fun for a goof, but expensive for what it is

The meats were inconsistently cooked. I asked rare all through the night. I was given different range from medium well to rare. Some of the meats were over cooked. The garlic steak was tough and over cooked….
Our waitress was very attentive and checked on us many times during our meal.

When we were able to get some meat as they came by, it was okay, but they seemed overly busy for either the amount of servers or food. I know it was “restaurant week” but we are used to better meals/service.

This is an amazing place for any carnivore. The buffet itself would serve well for a meal. The meat is grilled to perfection and is abundant. We came for restaurant week and left quite stuffed. Prior to the parade of meats is the buffet area that consists of salads, charcuterie, cheeses, several kinds of salads, soup, salmon and other appetizers. Once seated, numerous servers come by with many kinds of beef, chicken, pork and lamb. All meals also come with cheese rolls, mashed potatoes and plantains.
My only criticism is that patrons are not allowed to take home any leftovers which must result in a huge waste of food. I understand that they do not want patrons to stock up on extra meat but a very small takeout box to accommodate leftovers would be nice to bring home a treat for one's pet.

We drove into the city to go here. We had early 6:00 reservations to avoid the crowds. We arrived and were promptly seated. We obviously had a new server because she didn’t explain how things worked. The table cloth on our table was filthy and they would not change it. My water glass arrived with “something floating in it. The salad bar was very sparse and not replenished with any frequency. Our server never asked if we wanted anything else to drink. Once we were done and our table had been cleared, we waited over 30 minutes for our check. I know restaurants are short staffed, but certainly one of this supposed caliber can do better. We would not recommend the Boston location to anyone.

The meat selection was ok but did not taste good at all. Salad bar was a borderline ok. We were a family of 4 and paid over $300 for poor quality meal. Waste of our money and time. Will not be back there.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly and you could tell they appreciated each other for the teamwork that is necessary for this style of restaurant.
Highly recommend and also worth noting try not to eat lunch prior to your visit. You want to be hungry hungry for this.
Utterly awesome. Food is always fresh and of high quality, but it is customer attentiin what makes this branch outstanding, even compared to the ones in Brazil. A bug thank you to the entire staff but in particular to Rafael and Jonathan!
This by far has been my worst experience at Fogo. All of the meats were extremely rare (bloody) and disgusting.

Ambience is beautiful and glamorous, service is top notch. As for the buffet options, side dishes and meat options, there was a lot to say that it is an "authentic Brazilian cuisine", that cannot be said. The options that arrived at my table were any steakhouse, rump steak, flank steak, rump, lamb shoulder and ribs... as it is Brazilian cuisine, I missed the tropeiro beans, farofa, garlic bread and other things. I ordered a piece of pineapple with cinnamon, which is normal in other cheaper steakhouses, and the waiter told me it would be charged for dessert, absurd. We expected much more quality and meat options for a value above $43..... Not to mention the parking I had to pay more $44.... I would recommend other steakhouses that would do a closer service and a much greater variety of meats and buffet .

Food started coming almost as soon as we sat down. Food was delicious. Drinks were excellent as well. We'll be back for sure. The anniversary dessert was a very nice touch, thank you!
Every experience we’ve had here has been special. Now with table-side caipirinha prep and the cheese/honey addition, the restaurant is clearly taking steps to remain fresh and fun. As always the meat selection was top notch (they seem be be using less salt which is a good thing!), and the salad bar was still just as amazing. I spoke to the waitress if they could write a little congrats on a dessert plate for a member in our party and ended up bringing him a whole separate and beautiful dessert with an enormous “congratulations” written across the huge plate. It was very special and we remain loyal customers! Thank you Fogo!!

My entire party finished their meals before mine arrived. Even several minutes after my entire party received their entrees, the waiter informed me it would be 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later they apologized and informed me again that it would be 5 more minutes.

I've been to Fogo de Chao before and the service was good. The service we received last night was scattered and confused. We had to wait a half hour after being seated to have a waitperson take our wine order. We could not order by the wine name as the staff was unfamiliar with their wine list but had to retrieve code numbers for them automat style. We had to desperately flag the waitperson down again to take our second bottle order and at that point the table decided we would a) have any further wine that night in another restaurant and b) would NOT be coming back to this place again. Liquor is a high profit margin for restaurants, we should have been checked on regularly and offered drinks promptly. I wonder if the management(or lack there of) knows how much money they lost out on?
