It was great. First restaurant we have been to since COVID and we felt safe and there were great social distance measurements in place as well.
I got intoxicated after going there. The service/waiter was very good, but overall the food is too overpriced for what it is.

We love this restaurant for its high quality food and uniquely friendly service. They have adapted perfectly to Covid 19 with reasonable precautions that don't detract from the find ambiance we've always found there. The variety of meats are cooked to perfection and served individually by their knowledgeable and accomodating staff. Certainly no lack of find wines and mixed drinks. Great for an intimate dining outing or a family dinner.
This was the worst restaurant I have been to in years. Like I genuinely don’t understand how this place has people come through the doors. The food was so unbelievably bad.
We never want to hear this, as your visits should always be fantastic. When you're ready, visit us again.
My husband made reservations for a Sunday date. The food was amazing but what’s better then the food was the service. We had the best servers waiting on us while we were there and Michelle our server who was awesome she was coming to the tables to make drinks and giving suggestions on her favorites to pair with specific foods. She made our dining experience so much better thank you so much Michelle for the amazing Mamosa. We look forward to coming back. Also the manager was super attentive and gave us a $25 dining card just because he saw we were enjoying ourselves so much on our date.. 5 years together and so happy we celebrated here

I understand that because of Covid they have to take safety measures, but the whole process of going to the salad bar and the meat serving is not working.
The meat came to my table all at once, then all of sudden it stopped, most of it was cold and there was just a few options besides picanha.
The process of getting in line to get a salad and rice and beans is very slow. And let’s say you just want some tomatoes, you gotta go through aaaaaalll that line again and wait patiently until you get close to the tomatoes.
This was my fourth time going to Fogo and like I said, safety measures I understand, but to me it was not worth the price.

We had a wonderful meal, the service was spectacular. We could not have asked more from Bruna and Jackie. We had a mixed party with both English and Portuguese speakers and they were both very accommodating. The food was good although would have been better if the meat was able to be carved table side. All in all we had a great time and will definitely return.
Fun dining experience. It's the place to go if you want to be interactive and engaged with your food. Less about relaxing and chatting with your dinning mates. You need to get up and go to the market bar, pick things out at the salad bar and have the server plate them for you-- ***Just a note on this, my husband is legally blind and this was very challenging for him b/c we had to stay several feet back and he could need read the signs or really see any of the items. This would also be a challenge for someone hard of hearing due to the noise in the room and being muffled by masks and not being able to lip read. In the same way, when the servers come around with the meats, it was a challenge for him to know which was which unless the servers spoke quite loudly as it is a loud environment and he obviously cannot lean in too close to the food. It isn't anyone's fault, it's just an added challenge for those with physical limitations.

Everything was just lovely from the decor to the service to the tasty food!
Food was not good at all - meat was over cooked and also cold at times.
At the buffet, the server continuously mixed up the food that I wanted and the food that my guest wanted. Many of the items I asked of the buffet server ended up on my girlfriend’s plate and vice versa.
Your experience with us is what matters most, so we are disappointed to hear we didn't earn your complete satisfaction. We hope you and your girlfriend choose to dine with us in the future, as we know we can make this up to you both.

Food was absolutely terrible, the meats were all cold and were over cooked and dried out. The mash potatoes were freezing and hard as rocks they were inedible. Very surprised with Fogo as they are usually delicious for meats. I probably won’t go back until the pandemic is over, maybe it’ll go back to how it used to be.
You should always have high expectations for our team, so it's disheartening to learn we fell below that. We hope you decide to visit us again.

This is not a Brazilian steakhouse anymore. Under the COVID pandemic excuses, they are not bringing the meats to the tables anymore. They cut it in the kitchen and come up to the tables some minutes after, with the meats cut wrongly, cold, and without flavor. They are destroying the brand. All other locations, including states with lockdown, are working well. I visit a Fogo every single month.
Hugo, we're concerned that you have such an impression of us, as we work hard to deliver a authentic experiences. Please don't allow this to deter you from visiting us in the future.

This night was my husbands birthday and this restaurant staff mad us feel welcomed, catered to us and ensured we understood everything regarding the Fogo experience.

Not worth to buy all inclusive,because the 90 min protocol is not enough to enjoy the experience. Everything else was delightful.
The churrasco is excellent especially with chimichuri and vinaigrette sauces.

Great restaurant. Very attentive staff. Some of the meats were a little over cooked. Chicken very dry. It was a Thursday night and with covid I think the restaurant was probably less busy than usual. The waiters carrying the meat brought it out super fast, almost overwhelmingly too fast. Otherwise it was very good.
The quality of the food was not great. Limited types of meat and the size served was the portion a child would consume.

Alot of the meats were cold upon arriving to the table. Assuming this is due to the new guidelines around Covid-19 and not being allowed to carve table side. But need to do a better job getting meats out hot. Very disappointed in the over all food service around the tableside meats.

I think they lost their touch, food was nothing special but they still charge their premium price. Hopefully they will hire the old staff that this place great. Can’t blame poor service and food on covid.

Really enjoyed our date to Fogo! The caipirinha server was very nice and our server was fantastic. Will be back again in the future.
Great time
Food and service always excellent. Getting used to Covid process, though miss the days of meats being carved at the table. Restaurant was pretty empty. Hoping that all of this ends soon. It's more fun to patronize when restaurant is crowded. Feels more energetic. Until then will continue to patronize on a periodic basis.
Due to the pandemic they made our side plates, it was nice but I still wish I could make my own. There was other changes they had to make of course but it’s understandable. There was no mashed potatoes served new years eve night that is usually served with the entrees which was disappointing so I only had the choice of rice and beans. Service was good however. Mixed Drinks were not strong I could not taste the alcohol in them at all only juice. Ambience was good as usual. Valet parking was still up and running and very fast and convenient.
Great place especially during pandemic. The staff made you feel welcome! Especially Camilo the bartender (cart).
