Service was great overall. Maybe one or two people who came by our table were a little rude but the main waiter was kind and attentive. We had heard so much about this place so we came hungry. Due to covid, the meat was already cooked and cut and brought to the table. Everything was cold and already a little rough. We understand it’s hard but for the price we expected a lot better quality than what was given.
70 per person is placing higher expectations on yourself and this place just didn’t deliver.

Food was just ok... Most of the meat was over cooked
Not enough meat selections coming out. Meat was not sliced presentable on plates. I’ll be back. Service was a little slow.
There should always be a variety of cuts being offered, so it's concerning to hear that this didn't occur. We look forward to your next visit, as we are sure we can earn your 5-stars.
First time at FDC and I was elated! The food was delicious and the Covid atmosphere was perfect. I do have to say that the food was mostly read meat. I wish there were more chooses of chicken dishes. The staff was incredible friendly and always checking in, appropriately.
Brought my girlfriend out for a date night. I was alarmed to see they are not taking enough measures to protect their guest. It was alarming to see them go table to table with uncovered meat that I saw patron after patron talking over and the server to bring it to the next table for them to choose their cut.
This is definitely not the experiences we want to deliver, as we always want our guests to feel safe when dining here. Please know, we appreciate the feedback and we hope you don't allow this to keep you from visiting us again.
We had a lovely evening as always at Fogo. We felt safe, the staff was quick and friendly.
Slow food service. Server Maria was great how were people bringing food were rude at times. Ambiance is awful. People smoking week, little kids selling candy like you are at a street fair. Food quality was just ok. Will not ever go back.

1. They should make sure that the servers can be understood. We had difficulty in communication. When we requested someone else to come explain/answer our questions, no-one ever came to assist us. I had 4 members in my party that ordered special o specific plates only, yet I was charged for eleven additional meals instead of only seven.
2. Be very careful when the bill comes. I was greatly overcharged and when I questioned the waitress, I was told that the receipt would be emailed to me. She picked up my credit card and inserted it into the payment device, pushed a couple of buttons, set the device down on the table, walked away and never came back. I asked another employee for a manager to come, but no-one ever came. We were ready to leave, so I gave the device to the young man that came to clear the tables as not to appear we tried to do anything wrong.
I had planned this special event for my family and they were looking forward to the experience of the Brazilian style restaurant I spoke so highly of, and I did not want to cause any unpleasantness, but this was so different to the Los Angeles facility where I usually dine.
Missy, we apologize for this, as your questions should always be answered. Your dinners are meant to be amazing every time, so we hope you allow us the chance to show this to you in the future.

Marina was a great server ! The food was amazing ! She sat us down next to the heaters that came in handy.. she filled us up with great food . Will definitely go back again .

Restaurant was busy, but service was a bit slower than usual. Had to ask for things several times before getting served. We were understanding given COVID-19 procedures which may throw off employees.
We were a bit disappointed this time. The food was still very good, but not uniformly excellent as on our prior visit, and we were offered far fewer side dishes with no explanation.
The tres leches cake is awesome.
All the meats were dry

In town from Dallas, Texas. Salmon over asparagus w garlic mash potatoes was very good. Our waiter was nice & well mannered!
Really love that place. It was my second time being there so I brought my girlfriend and she also loved it. My friend Joey had recently told me about and I’ve been telling people about it ever since!
I am so frustrated writing this. I used to go here on a regular basis. When LA opened upfor dining a month or 2 ago I wanted a nice meal and went here for dinner. The food was a full step down from where it used to be. Obviously the "salad bar" is just a plate of some of that food....but the meats just didn't seem up to par either....but what was worse is that the servers kept touching my plate with the tongs when they served the meat. In the middle of a pandemic. They were touching my plate and then the meat they were serving....which means they were doing it to everyone....I couldn't even continue eating after the 3rd time. they touched my plate. Also the valet showed up while I was there and I saw him walk up and start working. He did't get his temprature taken even though Fogo had said workers were having that done...and this is the guy getting in the cars and touching everything. Finally....I wrote to Fogo on their website......and informed them of this....and no one wrote back. Not even a response. considering the amount of money dinner costs to eat there I expect top notch food and safety...and I didn't feel like I could even eat my meal. I couldn't be more heartbroken.

It’s supposed to be unlimited food but they stop bringing food. Also the salad selection was bad

Food was amazing and the people going around with food were great. Our server at the beginning and end made us feel uncomfortable I didn’t like that server.

The staff was incredibly friendly, took all the necessary precautions in order for everyone to be able to enjoy the restaurant. The food was incredible (as always!!), the drinks are fantastic. Everyone on the staff there works as a team and it is just really awesome to see. The building is beautiful, it got a little chilly in the evening since everything is outside. I recommend bringing a light jacket JUST in case you won't be near a heater. Overall great experience, I can't wait to be back!
The restaurant has done a great job of adjusting to outdoor dining when it comes to the dinning room set up but unfortunately the food is really suffering from it. The steak is now carried around on plates and as a result was cold on various occasions and mostly overcooked.

After seeing all the raving reviews, we decide to come here to celebrate our anniversary. We went with traditional churrasco. However, BBQ was a total letdown. Overcooked, not enough flavor. Meat quality was also not premium. The only thing that was good was the papaya cream dessert which our server was sweet to offer it on the house. We will not be back.
