    Not sure if it was the timing of it all but I paid for the full dining experience and it was my sisters birthday and did not enjoy my time at all. Specifically put in the reservation it’s my sisters birthday too and nothing not even a happy birthday. I also put the $39 special in the reservation but my sister wanted more so I paid for the full dining experience and we barely got meat and all of the meat was with medium rare or well done. Over all not happy with my experience at this location.

    Upon entering we were sat and immediately bombarded by a drink cart trying to push us into buying a beverage we did not want. Then one waiter approached us immediately after and who clearly did not know everything on their menu. I asked if a drink contained dairy and he didn’t know. (It did end up having dairy). We waited about 20 minutes for my spicy margarita which had an entire jalapeño in it, as a bartender I would never use that much jalapeño unless someone asked for their margarita uncomfortably spicy, I gave the drink to my friend and ordered a mango habanero margarita which also came out disgustingly sweet. I was sad to find their bar did not live up to the quality they charge for. The service was hectic and impersonal. Not a high price point worthy experience.

    I don't know what is happening with this location but the service is really bad. The waiters and waitresses sit around and no one is serving to the potential you would think at a pricy (I spent over $750) restaurant like this. I used to have all my friends from church meet there at 20-30 people at a time last year and we went many times as a group and individually. Things were not bad. This year I don't know what is going on but things have changed with the service and wait staff. The big issue I had was they only brought meat around maybe three or four times during our two-hour visit. We had to ask for meat more times than they brought food to the table. It has just not been a good place to go lately and if you want to be disappointed and spend your money here, try it. I would say to you, go to another place like Texas Brazil in Fairfax. Better food, service, and the same atmosphere. It's a little drive but it's worth it. I am done with this location for good after my last experience and waitress.

    Service was subpar. If you asked for anything, then you would have to ask for the same item 2-3 more times. Simple requests like requesting a dessert menu or a steak knife were ignored.

    The different menu formulas are great, especially with the quantity and quality of the meat being served. Service depended on the waiters. Most of them were great, but one almost ruined the experience. If you're a meat lover, I'd definitely recommend.

    Came for the bar Fogo Caipirinha event. It was fantastic - they setup the food buffet style which enabled us to get food much more easily. Also the drinks were fantastic! Can't wait to return for a happy hour and enjoy these drinks.

    Me and my group had a great time! We all get together once a month for a gathering and fogo was chosen this month. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and a new job so the energy had to perfect. Our servers were great and attentive. We received table side drinks and the food delicious! We will all definitely be returning. Thank you

    Last night was wonderful the manager Luis and the whole team made sure we had an amazing experience. Also a shout out to the other manager edili. We love fogo soooo much. It’s our go to for all special occasions. The picana is my fav and my husband loves the lamb chops. We will be back soon!

    Not sure if it was due to where we were seated, or how busy it was today, but the servers today did not stop by often to ask about whether we’d like more meat from the very beginning, and then there were multiple times when they finally realized we were sitting there waiting, not much meat was left for them to serve. There were also a couple times when we had to raise the green cards on our table and got avoided eye contact or still have to wait for rounds to finally get served. Also we had to request multiple times for the meat we want, and waited for a long time to get our water refilled. The food itself was nice and the overall food quality is as good as usual. However, I have dined here multiple times and even brought friends/ business groups here, and this is by far the worst experience ever where I felt so uncomfortable and ended up leaving a tip less than the suggested %. Overall, it was a shockingly disappointing experience.

    I come here pretty often and the last time was horrible. The steak being sent around was too well done. I felt so bad throwing half the pieces they give, but I just can’t stomach it. I’m not going to a steak restaurant to eat well done dry steak. The biggest shame is that these are good cuts being cooked well done such as Ribeye and Picanha. Well done should be the exception, not the norm. Asked for a medium rare filet mignon and I got it about an hour later and it was medium. I also ordered a lemonade and never saw it. Really disappointed.

    Really really bad service. Drink order arrived in 40 minutes and after we had to chase the waiter and his manager around the place. Similar issues happened later: chasing someone around the restaurant to pay the bill, then 20 minutes later chasing them again to process the payment. Very little attention of the waiting staff at the table. Meats were ok but the salad bar is very subpar. Noise is very high as they pack a lot of people in this place. Never again.

    I indicated on the reservation that it was a dinner for a birthday. Even when we were seated my husband indicated it was actually for 2 birthdays ( my husband's birthday and my best friend too) and no one acknowledged the birthdays. No Happy birthday or complimentary cake or anything at all.

    My son and I had a fabulous dinner together. Good bourbon, good smoked salmon on the salad bar, excellent cuts of lamb, beef, (the fillet and the picanha were outstanding).

    The food and ambient was great. The only issue I have every time I go there is the service. There are so many waiters. They don't seem to know what other waiters are doing. Several waiters ask us the same questions over and over. However, when we ask one thing, it takes a long time to get things done. It does not look efficient.

    We have been to this location several times. As usual the meat selection and quality were very good, and the salad bar was very good as well. However, the service was very disappointing. The low point was the waitress tried serving dessert before cleaning the table of dinner dishes. I wish I had found the manager and told them. We won't back.

    We always totally enjoy our experience here. The only thing I would suggest is that, although numerous meats were offered on the total experience dinner plan, only a few meats were offered. those that were presented were great but I wish all the offerings were made available. Most importantly I think it is unconscionable to charge $17.50 for a rail vodka and tonic careful when you order those drinks I guess happy hour is only at the bar.

    This is a tough review… We’ve eaten at this Fogo de Chao location many times and were big fans. This dinner however was a disappointment. The food is still great and so is the ambience/vibe but we were at the restaurant for 90mins, seated in our table, and spent majority of the time waiting. The meat we loved came to our table only three times. It felt like it was by design- we waited so long for the meat options that our appetite had closed. We had a staff come to our table to help us with the dessert we were waiting for and unfortunately, we needed 3 more staff to do the same before we finally got our orders. The service for this dinner experience was a let down and we paid short of $400 eating mostly sides dishes.

    Awesome food and polite service, my only downvote is we weren’t sure which server was for our table. Sometimes we couldn’t find a waiter. But they were helpful when we did find one~ would recommend for dates

    Servers were very nice but the dining room was busy and they consistently missed our section. We waited almost 20 minutes between servings at one point. Not the usual Fogo experience, but the meat was still delicious when it came.
