I loved the food and alll expect for this one lady manager that refused to give us to go boxes . I have been to fogo before the service was prefect , I had ordered the same exact thing from last time and I got to go boxes, so I don’t understand why she would do that I did like it !and other tables were get the Togo boxes

We always stay at the W hotel next to this restaurant so this year we decided to go here for my birthday dinner. This restaurant is huge. They have 4 hostesses who really don’t care if you have a reservation. After watching walk-ins get their tables first, we were seated 40 mins after my reservation. You get your food at the salad bar (I’ve seen better), and when you’re ready for your meats, you flip a little card over and their staff walks over with a slab and offers you a small cut. For some reason, I managed to get the fattest or grittiest cut of meat (ew). Some of the guys who were walking around with the meats were nice and some were very impatient, they didn’t get to everyone at our table before they take off to another table, so we had to wait for them to come back. The restaurant looks nice and classy but we won’t be coming back because there are better restaurants in the area.

Looks like they didn’t have enough staff to cater to the diners. The service was slow. Meats were slow to come and when they actually came, they were overdone and hard to chew. We ended up paying over $200 for 2 people and think that quality of food was not worth that kind of money. Staff kept on forgetting to bring orders out and had to be reminded a few times! I was there to celebrate my birthday but didn’t feel like I picked the right place to actually enjoy the meal!!

They always ask us if we’re there to celebrate an occasion every time we go. If you are there to celebrate a specific occasion, then they will more than likely ask you as well or maybe I’m guessing you can tell them. They will have you pick a dessert on the menu. The Tres Leche cake was supreme!

Amazing attentive service on Father’s Day! They must’ve pulled together their best people because everyone was on it. I’ve been to a few different fogos and this one was memorable. Wayyyy better than DT Seattle IMO.

We were in the restaurant for some time and ribeye was never served Also someone came around w chicken legs and went to the kitchen without coming near our table Our circles were visible and green The individual went back to the kitchen with a lot of chicken still on the serving dish

I have dined at various Fogo de Chao restaurants throughout the US and several times at the Bellevue location. Last evening my wife and I took our daughter and son in law for their first time to the Bellevue establishment. The place was a madhouse, disorganized. One could not help but feel for the hostess, who worked calmly through the Chaos. The kids had an enjoyable time. My wife and me, not so much. We all agreed the salad bar ("Market Table")_ was well done. For the main event, ALL the beef was tough, enough to give saddle leather a go, tasteless. The selections we received at our table were essentially all beef, all the time. I did see some lamb once, but the server took off like he had a hot date before i could say, HEY!. Chicken? hmmm. No chickens crossed the road to our table. The server was excellent, engaging and attentive. With a couple drinks and tip we approached $500 for four. I told my son in law I'd rather spend it on a new set of golf clubs for him. So, my wife and I won't be returning. Lots better places for beef, less chaotic and noisy, and not any more expensive.
