Fogo de Chao - Bellevue

Went here for a Birthday and our 2nd time here. It is so amazing. Wonderful service and delish drinks!
Best food and service ever! I love this place
Good experience, nice service, good food, and we are lucky that we have a table just outside the kitchen, so that our meat is so good.
All the meats were excellent except for the beef ribs which were a bit salty. Salad bar was good but I felt like they had more items in the past. Service was excellent and the drinks were tasty!
Come hungry. Lots of choices and they are all quite good. The lamb was amazing. The beef cuts are flavorful and juicy. l love it medium rare but my wife needed it medium to well done. The staff was very accommodating to us. We were both very satisfied and satiated. The accompaniments were delicious as well. Several salads, cold cuts, smoked salmon. The hot ones were good too. Nice drinks. We had a great time.
Very nice! Asked for cheese bread with specifications and they baked a new batch for me!
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The food and service was awful. To begin with we were served overcooked burnt bread which the waitress had to take back to the kitchen and tell them to throw away the whole batch because it was so bad. Everything from the salad bar to the meat was so bland like no salt or pepper was used at all. Then to end the evening we ordered Spanish Coffees which we could tell were missing the Baileys. When we asked the waitress about it she said they had run out but instead of actually telling us they just decided to serve us incorrectly made drinks. One of the worse dining experiences I've ever had.
we sat in a horrible area right next to the kitchen where people were going in and out. The servers who had the meat felt very rushed and we could not understand what they were saying, very unpleasant
We just had a fantastic New Years lunch here. Everything was delicious from the Cappuccino, cocktails to the whole steak experience! Costa, our waiter, was exceptional. We will be back!
We enjoyed a nice New Year Eve's family dinner and first time at Fogo in Bellevue. Although the market table station is not as large as the one in LA, there is still a good variety of options. Love the food, especially the cheese bread and the molten lava cake. Our server, Miguel, took good care of us on a very busy evening :)
My wife kept asking for medium well sirloin multiple times. The help respond in 5 minutes. After 30 min and multiple requests, she ends up getting tow little slivers of meat. For the rest of our dining party, we had to wait quite a while for meat to come around. This is not what I have experienced before at other Fogo locations and not what I would expect for a 60.00 meal. This review is for the Bellevue location on New Year’s eve.
Birthday, great experience
This was the worst Fogo I’ve been to. The meat was not prepared correctly or cut properly. Service was very slow and we didn’t see our server most of the meal. We had to get another waiter to check us out. I’ve been to numerous FIgos and this one didn’t live up to their normally high standards.
Celebrating our birthdays!
Very enjoyable. Nice family brunch!
Birthday for a special friend. Service was slow to start but all went smoothly once it was mentioned. Great food as always. I'll be back.
Went on 12/28 and was seated at 5:45 pm.
Service was attentive however, multiple requests for specific cuts of meat were made with some only arriving at the end of our meal. While I love all of the selections, Beef Rib meat is one of my favorites. It's pretty much Short Rib meat that is sooooo tender and juice. It took over 5 requests throughout the dinner and what was brought out was not acceptable. The meat had been cut and then grilled on a flat top or something as the pieces were like small crunchy pieces of over cooked dry meat on its way to being jerky. Is it still the top Brazilian all you can eat experiences? Yes. But..... things are definitely slipping here. One trip to another Fogo in California or Arizona will confirm this.
I felt like there was limited selections of the meat when we had lunch there.
We ate here at Christmas and I got to say it was hit and miss. The salad bar had hard cheese but nothing to cut it with. The heirloom tomatoes were anemic. The service was great and gracious. The espresso machine was broken and that was disappointing. Most of the meat was good, some a bit too salty. It was an okay experience but one I don’t think I will need to repeat!
We had Christmas dinner here. Despite being crazy busy, our glasses were kept full and we had so many options that were delicious...pork with Parmesan, chicken with bacon, filet, sausage. The chicken drums were the best. The chimichurri adds so much flavor! I would come back!
I have been to Fogo de Chao - Bellevue four times over the past three years and each experience was not as good as the last. Christmas dinner was terrible. The meat was overdone and tasteless, the Market Table was not properly stocked and the service people were uninformed. It was obvious that they were overbooked. Way overpriced for what you get. Won't go back. Ever.
Food was mediocre. Salad bar was picked over. Meat rarely came around with hardly any variety.
Great service, great food!! Thank you
Our server was excellent!
Bacon was out and server said it was out for the evening even at 8 pm! Salads were not refilled for a long time (30 minutes for some).
Ribs never made it to our table but saw them in many other tables.
Meat cutters were slicing too much meat forcing one to eat them.
Slow turnaround of meat.
My experience at Novillos in Factoria was better.
Lovely evening. Such delicious food, and loved that (little) kids aren’t charged. Stu took care of us and the whole staff was fantastic.
Our friends 40th Birthday. Food was great as always, lots of fun!
We were unattended. Not worth what we paid for for the FULL EXPERIENCE since they seldom go to our table for more meat.
Had a booking for 07:15pm. The table was available 30mins later at 7:45pm
The service was excellent. The food is delivered at a decent pace and the meats were delicious. I was impressed with our waiter who was professional and respectful. There's a lot of different kinds of steak and other meats and each person clarified what they served without getting impatient that we were inexperienced. I say this because sometimes at these nice restaurant some people get judgemental that you don't know these things. Also water was refilled very quickly.
Last we showed up late because of traffic for the parade and Christmas shopping they didn't bump us and we had a table saved for us when we got there.
It was an amazing brunch! Great variety at the buffet and with the rotating meat options. Will definitely go back.
I would recommend this location but with hesitations. We made reservations for 10 weeks in advanced and verified multiple times via OpenTable. We arrived exactly at our reservation but were not seated for over 20 minutes. This is a long time to stand with 10 people when there is no room and you're blocking the entrance/exit. The ambience was very nice and even though we felt like the place was overbooked once we were seated we were comfortable and could easily hear each other. The service, other than the table side carvers was extremely slow. Our drinks, refresh plates and deserts took forever. The food was good and the group enjoyed themselves but the experience could have been much better.
I love that the Gauchos are very prompt with bringing out anything you ask for! Our favorites are the Pichanha, filet mignon and the Lombo (Parmesan pork)...the market table is always full of fresh seasonal choices to compliment the meat! We’ve even had staff help us with our pronunciation of the Brazilian Portuguese! The only time for improvement is at the end of the meal...it can be difficult to pay your check and leave...even at Snowflake Lane time!
We did the whole all-you-eat meat experience and for most of the night my plate was empty. The steak was delicious but wasn’t medium rare almost any of the time even though they would ask how I liked my meat (sometimes it was rare, sometimes well done). The chicken was extremely dry (even when wrapped in bacon) and I spent most of the time hungry.
The servers were nice but not very effective at helping us. They would ask us for requests and we would tell them, only to never see that cut come to our table.
I love these styles of dining but I don’t think I’ll come back here. It is too expensive to have sub-par service.
Waited 45 mins to be seated when we had a reservation. The manager refuses to close reservations on open table even though they are booked. The host informed us that ppl call to make a reservation and they say they are sold out but then the guest goes on opentable and makes the reservation because it’s open on the site. The manager chooses to leave this channel open even though they are over sold! The buffet ran out of two veg items by the time we were seated and I was told they were all out of them. I am vegetarian and it was such a waste of a dinner.
My husband and I went to Fogo de Chao for his birthday dinner and it didn't disappoint! From the moment we walked in it we were impressed. We were seated promptly to our reservations, and our server, Joffre, explained the whole process in detail and included his suggestions (which were spot on). The restaurant was booming with large parties celebrating the holiday and it was great because we were never neglected or rushed. My husband and I have both worked in the food industry, it was great to see everyone working together and helping each other. Joffre suggested a pinot noir to compliment the top sirloin, which was a great pairing! My two favorite meats were the pork ribs (they had a tremendous about of seasoning and have a perfect crunch to the out side and a soft tender inside) and the top sirloin (which had to be slowly enjoyed to allow the flavors to melt in your mouth). My husband loved the lamb, but not so much the lamb chops (lamb chops we got were over cooked for our taste). For dessert, we had the flan and it was creamy and delicious. I highly recommend Fogo de Chao, and while everyone seemed to be on top of it, Joffre made our experience so much better by his insightful suggestions, witty humor and attentive service! Thank you for making my husband's birthday such a hit!
Definitely not as "nice" as I had hoped for. The two of us went for a special occasion and it wasn't the right choice. We requested bar seating hoping for a semi-intimate experience, and while there was an obvious distinction between the bar and main restaurant, there were plenty of kids in our seating area.
Always an enjoyable experience here. The service was on-point, and the selection of meats is unmatched. Really high quality across the board. We look forward to next time.
First, the food was amazing. Great experience on that end. However, the service was completely unacceptable from start to finish. We had a reservation at 8:15 and did not get seated until after 8:30. Our server asked if we had dined before, and only a few had. We had a large group and she only explained the menu to one side of the table while the majority of the table could not hear what she was saying. After explaining that to her, she still didn’t take the time to get information to the rest of our party. Drinks took more than 20 minutes to arrive at the table after ordering. After that, we had to ask to have our orders taken. At the end of the meal, it took more than 30 minutes to get our bills taken care of. When a group is spending the kind of money required to dine at this restaurant, this type of service is completely unacceptable.
