    Long review. We always go to Fogo for birthdays and we travel far too. This time we ran late and called to let them know and the staff that answered was very kind and understanding so we were excited for our dinner. However, once we got there and wanted the Fogo experience, everything went downhill. Servers with the beef meat cuts kept skipping our table and we were offered chicken FIVE times in a row... while we would see the servers continue to offer other cuts like steak, lamb, and pork to our neighbor tables. I expressed my dissatisfaction with our main server and she said she will send them over to our table, but the issue continued for the rest of the evening. It was very frustrating to keep asking servers to bring in the cuts you want because your table keeps being skipped. I asked one lady to come over since she missed us and she said she had to do her round... I understand that, but when we're frustrated and feeling ignored, I do not care what your round is. Worse of it all is that it was my birthday and I had to keep advocating for myself and my family, which made me want to leave ASAP. I was disappointed and they have probably lost us as customers because it is embarrassing to ask to be served every.single.time when you're being ignored as if you are not paying for it!!!!

    We were there to celebrate a birthday and the servers were really friendly, and the food came very quickly. They even gave us a free dessert which was really nice. Unfortunately they were out of creme brulee but we were able to get another dessert.. I'd definitely come back again.

    Our server (Brooke) was horrible. We were celebrating a birthday and no acknowledgment of it. Had to ask for my bill 3 times and finally recruit from another server! I love this restaurant chain including this location for dinner but this was a terrible experience especially since we went to celebrate a birthday.

    We could not make a reservation until 9 pm. They had a big party. Not a good idea to be the last reservation of the night. Food on the salad bar was not being replaced or kept fresh. The meat was being brought out overdone. The potatoes were soaked in way too much butter. The rolls were cold and hard. If this would have been our first time there (it actually was at this location), we would never return or recommend. For the price you pay, this should never happen. If the restaurant closes at 9 - maybe the last reservation should not be at 9.

    Our server was fine, but the people who brought the meat around to each table barely came to our table. We would see them walk past us and go to other tables, even though we had our table markers on ā€œgreen.ā€ We timed it at one point and not a single person came to our table for about 15 minutes. Very disappointing and it worth the money.

    Not pleasant. Wait about 25 mins to be seated even though I had a reservation at 7:30. And we got seated right next to the restroom entrance. After I asked for a different table, they did help us find another table at the bar area. But the server never took our drink orders. Checked in with us once the whole time. Overall, I wouldnā€™t recommend. The Grill from Ipanema has much better service and food. P.S I still tipped 20% even though I didnā€™t see any service.

    We ordered the cold seafood tower and didn't even get one of the items listed, the mussels, with the order. The lobster claws tasted like cardboard, but the lobster tales and shrimp were good. Though, for over $100 we should have had everything listed and it should have been perfect. It was Meh...Then we tried to order one meal or a meat appetizer and according to them, the meat appetizers were all gone at 7pm, and we were not allowed to order 1 meal to share, even though 2 of us had already had the cold seafood tower. So we were disappointed that we couldn't have a small meal/ appetizer to taste the meat offerings! Dessert was ok, the papaya thing is really just a smoothie, I was expecting more of a custard type dessert, I wouldn't recommend it. Overall we were pretty disappointed for what we paid for dinner and didn't even get to try the filet.

    Meat was tough and couldnā€™t differentiate between the various types of beef - all tasted the same. There was half eaten rib bone on the floor next to our table. Pointed it out to the staff. No one did anything. It remained there the entire time we ate. First waiter became completely disengaged after we told him we would be ordering any alcohol. Never saw him again. Very disappointed in the experience - especially after spending $450 for a dinner of 5.

    As much as I wanted to like this place, it was really hard to. Firstly, they have a door facing the street that is not in use anymore and no signage to indicate this. Once we figured out that you have to enter through the shopping area, we checked in and waited for our table. The salad bar selection was minimal with just salad and a few additional items. The salad and dressings were good. The rest was mediocre at best. The garlic potatoes they brought to the table were flavorless and looked unappetizing. After flipping our cards over to green and waiting for quite some time, the meats finally made their way to our table. Of all the meats they said were offered on their menu, we were only offered a selection of about half of those. We had to request one specifically and wait a long time for it to make its way over as well. Of the meats we were offered, most were highly salted with minimal seasoning. For example, their filet mignon was seasoned with large salt crystals that completely ruined the meat. When you are spending this amount of money, there is a higher expectation of quality. If you're someone who is used to food with spices and flavor, save your money and steer clear of this restaurant.

    We love Fogo and eat there a couple of times each year. We noticed today that the service level has subtly but noticeably declined since the last time we came. Most notably, the availability of the best cuts of meat has diminished. We had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the flank steak to come back around after the first round. The picanha also is not as readily available as in times past. We still love the experience and the tasty food and will likely be back in another six months or so.

    Had to wait over 30 minutes past our reservation time to get seated. Then it took another 15 minutes before a waiter came to greet us after we were seated. After that, he was pretty much non existent. Someone in my party ordered one glass of wine and it didnā€™t arrive until we were almost done dining. Will not be coming back in the near future.

    We used their email coupons which was nice because I wouldnā€™t have liked to spend full price for this experience. Most times the service/food is good but this time it was subpar. Server was slow and some of the food was dry and overcooked. Still had fun but just wasnā€™t the experience my wife and I are used to.

    Food was very good, but we felt rushed into the food service with no time to sip on our drinks. Services was SO slow after awhile we had to ask for specific meats multiple times and would wait 30 minutes for them to come with it. Time between ordering dessert and reviewing it was longer than 30 minutes we had to ask for water refills multiple times. For the money you spend the service should be much better. Unfortunately we will likely not return.

    Went with 2 families. Surprised the quality of food has deteriorated. Their famous bread no longer is as flavorful as it used to be. Meats were still great. Seafoodtower was ok. Salad bar was average. Service was lacking. They kept forgetting about our table. For the price we paid id hope to be able to say there was one of two dishes Iā€™ll go back for but not even that

    I recently dined at Fogo De Chao Bellevue and left deeply disappointed. Not only did I encounter an unauthorized charge on my bill, but the response from the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was met with a lack of accountability and promises that were never fulfilled. This breach of trust and poor customer service is unacceptable.     Food and service have really gone downhill here. This is likely attributed to being short staffed and questionable hiring in general. Some cuts were under seasoned and the market table did not look appetizing. The plates and utensils werenā€™t clean. Our water glass werenā€™t refilled until the end when we were getting ready to pay. I asked multiple waiters for our sauces and even asked the manager (lady with blazer) but it look a long time just to get some horseradish and chimichurri to our table. The second time it wasnā€™t even brought out to us as if we were completely forgotten about. Overall it was not a great experience compared to our past couple visits (all before Covid).

    We always feel welcome, and well taken-care of, at this restaurant. Having eaten at Churrascarias in Brazil, Fogo does a really nice job of approximating the traditional experience (even improving on it, in some respects). Further, having eaten at numerous Fogos across the country, I would also add that Bellevue is our favorite. Thanks for another fine meal! Special thanks to Miguel, who always provides an amazing experience to me and my family.

    Took almost 30mins before first meat, and between meat delivery took too much time. Meats werenā€™t stopping by our table area frequently as other side of restaurant. Asked server and meat server to bring beef but only got chickens and porks most of time. Might have been different if we were on other side of restaurant.

    Awesome place for that special occasion. A bit pricey but worth it. Even if you have guests that don't want meat they have an other world next level salad bar.

    The meat service was poor to say the least. They kept skipping our table to serve us despite the cards being flipped green. We flagged a few down and out server who was great kept having to go back to remind them not to skip our table. The only options they kept bringing out tablet were the chicken and pork. We told the waiting staff that we donā€™t eat pork several times. Overall super disappointed and wonā€™t be back.
