Cordeiro / Lamb
For lamb lovers or those curious to taste it for the first time, our gaucho chefs serve the cordeiro as prime lamb steak, succulent lamb chops or a tender leg of lamb.
Alcatra / Top Sirloin
Alcatra is a special cut of top sirloin originating in the steakhouses of southern brazil. One of the largest cuts served in our dining rooms, you shouldn't miss a sample of this perfectly seasoned, thinly carved cut.
VeeV Aai Spirit, Grand Marnier with muddled fresh strawberry, blueberry, lemon in a tall glass over ice.
Our favorite restaurant. We drive from Spokane to eat here. Love it every time.
Thank you so much for your review! We truly appreciate these kind words.
Went for my wife's b-day with family visiting. Great as always.
We're so glad to read this review! Thank you for choosing Fogo to celebrate your wife's birthday. We hope to serve you and your family again soon.
Our 1st time and please commend Mr.Stuardo because of him we had a wonderful experience. His superb taste in recommending the best meat we will ever have took our breath away. It’s was AMAZING I swear I never had top grade, well treated meat like he recommend. We are definitely coming back and we will also recommend our friends and family to visit Fogo. Overall outstanding service from all at Fogo.
This place felt like a cafeteria. LOTS of tables crowded together. The menu is almost limited to the “dining experience” of someone coming by every 5 minutes to cut a piece of meat for you. The chicken and sausage were very dry. The steak cuts were good. My wife ordered salmon and it took 25 minutes to arrive. While she was waiting, the meat cutter guys fed me...not cool. Not a place I would return to.
We never want our ambiance to feel so crowded, as you are supposed to enjoy your experience here. It is our hope that you visit us again, as we are sure we can earn your satisfaction.
Overpriced for two kids who don’t eat much.
Our team is disappointed to hear you didn't appreciate the pricing. Please don't allow this to detour you from visiting us in the future, as we are sure we can earn your complete satisfaction.
Had a nice meal and enjoyed our evening.
Sat next to the bathroom even though we had a reservation. Good food but not really worth the price. Tried it once but won’t be back.
We hope you decide to visit us in the future, as we would love the chance to earn your complete satisfaction. Thank you for your feedback.
Great time as in the past with fantastic service.
Great service and the food was superb! Would go again.
This fogo location has delicious food but it’s the service that makes me come back again and again. The manager Rachel is so great and she makes a world of difference with your dining experience. Ask for Rachel or Huy and when you dine and you will find yourself the best dining experience. Kudos to you Rachel for running the best team.
Horrible greeting from the hostess. She just look at us and said party of three and halfway she was like oh wait, not you!
Mind you we had a reservation!
Then passed off to this manager guy who thought he was a god on earth and kept yelling my name 10 times so I had to finally say something ! his name was Alex and super rude!
Anyways, after I got his attention I asked him if we could please sit at a corner table because we had a kid with us, he rolled his eyes and pointed us with his finger and just left!
I would get a better service from Walmart than this restaurant! This was not my first time there and the quality from food to service is just declining so fast, never again I would go there!
We had to wait for the meat for 20 min, I had to ask for it three times and we only got two rounds and we got so fed up we just paid and left! 140$ later and no food and service to anyone’s satisfaction, the sad part was they were not even busy!
I don’t recommend it! If you’re spending that much money go somewhere that’s they value you as a customer !
We were there to celebrate family birthdays (three of the six of us have February birthdays). My 17 year old niece was having a bad day and burst into tears. The waitress brought her an ice cream with fudge & strawberries, which totally turned her night around. KUDOS to that waitress for paying attention and helping us out! Made our evening!
Great service, meats are cut in large portions so it was difficult to try every thing :(
Got incredible Ill from the food. Couldn’t even finish our first plate. Had to wait several mins to have our server to address us as we weren’t eating our food. Manager came over and address us and still had to pay for not even 1/2 plate Of food! Incredibly upset for the service and care of this location!
Didn't even get seated, as they had so overbooked, we gave up and went home. Despite having reservations for 9pm, we were told it would be an hour before we would be seated, with the restaurant due to close at 10.
Crazy Valentines Day. They did the best they could.
Our experience was horrible here. We booked dinner here for Valentine's Day. We arrived on time at 8:15pm for check-in, and to our unpleasant surprise discovered that there was a huge crowd of people all with reservations and all waiting to be seated. We were told that the wait time for our time would exceed one hour with no guaranteed seating, even though we had a reservation. I questioned the restaurant on how the booking system made such an error, and was told it was not an error but just too many people. As customers, we try to honor our bookings and would hope the restaurant does the same from its side. The whole point of a reservation/booking system is that the restaurant accept the right number of reservations to match its availability and capacity. By overbooking inappropriately, the restaurant is putting hundreds of customers' dinner plans (valentine's day plans) at risk and did that with no apologies offered.
Sadly they had bbn issues with reservations causing panic and discomfort. The manager were very polite and accommodating to our needs the same for the hostess and the waitress. I had a great night besides the wait the experience was good.
Made reservations and came just before reservation but was told to wait an hour and come back to see if my name is called. Why even make reservations if they cant honor your time and effort?
I never was able to enjoy the food, wine, or ambience so my rating doesn't reflect that experience.
EXTREMELY disappointed that such a reputable restaurant could allow themselves to be that over-booked. I expected crowding on a holiday like Valentine's day but THAT IS WHY I used OpenTable well in advance. Just because you have a reservation my experience says you may not get to enjoy a meal.
I booked a table for two in mid-January for Valentine's day. I showed up 15 minutes early (7 pm) and was told I wouldn't be seated before 7:45. From the crowd gathered outside I felt this was optimistic but hung with it and went elsewhere for a drink. I returned a little after 7:45 and checked with the hostess. I was informed that they were just now seating people with 6:30 pm reservations. Someone standing nearby began yelling at the hostess that she had a 6:15 reservation and that she'd been skipped. It was at that point that I made the decision to take my time & money elsewhere. #disappointment
Didn’t honor reservations because they were too busy and told us we had to wait an hour
This place SUCKS! Being told were might get seated by 9PM when we had 7PM reservations is unacceptable. There are plenty of good restaurants to choose from, so we won't be going back. For this type of food and experience I'll be going to Grill from Ipanema.
We had a reservation for Valentine’s Day made secar days in advance, despite the reservation the made me and most of the people with reservation for that day wait form 1 to 1.5 hours outside of the restaurant as they did overbook the reservations for that day. It was a terrible experience and bad reputation for the brand.
Long wait but worth it!
Great food and great service
Valentine’s Day 2020 - my wife and I showed up 5 minutes early for our reservation that we made weeks in advance for 6pm.
We had already sat in line for 15 minutes before, to park via Valet at Lincoln Square, but we were still a little early.
There were 20-30 people waiting outside the doors, apparently to get in. After making my way to through the crowd to reception, I asked the friendly host that we were here for our reservation. She told us it would be 15 minutes and we would be called.
After 15 minutes, I fought my way to reception again, and overheard someone stating they had been waiting to be seated for their own 5:30p reservation. It was already 6:15p at this point.
It didn’t seem like they had anything under control so after waiting another 10 minutes, we left.
Don’t go to this place for a special occasion on a Special Day unless your reservation is one of the first to get seated. I believe whomever estimated the table turn time severely underestimated.
It was Valentines Day so it was really busy. We got there about 15 mins early before our confirmed reservation of 5:30pm. We let the hostess know we were going to be in the bar waiting for our table. It was about after 45mins then we got our table. My husband had to check with the hostess again to get it because it seemed like they miss/skip us. We weren’t on their list anymore! Another hostess took us to an empty table that wasn’t prepared yet. That was the only hiccup we had that night. Food and wait staff were great!!! I especially like the mango ginger martini, ribeye steak, bacon wrapped sirloin and the butternut soup. We understand that it was such a busy night for them, but overall it was great experience. We will be back next month!
We were sat right by the wait staff’s station. It was loud because of the wait staff yelling 2 feet from my ears. Some staff were rude. It was a busy night but my husband and I had to stop talking often because we couldn’t hear each other in loud voices over the staff’s yelling. Not pleasant at all.
Felt like we were stuffed in a tuna can, 500 tables crammed in this space, tables nearly touching each other. Never again on Valentine's Day
My husband and I came here to celebrate both his birthday and Valentine’s Day. The service was fine, but we didn’t appreciate the “hidden” additional fees that we would’ve had, had we not asked the right questions.
Ex: would you like still or sparking long water - we asked for regular tap water and they brought that out and no charge. The table next to us asked for still (assuming it meant tap) and where charged for the water.
The quality of the meats were great, but they brought out chicken drum sticks that were raw! Big no-no!!
The food quality sign in the door said “Good”. From a white table cloth restaurant serving up $56 dishes I expect “excellent” and so should they!!
In the end, I tried to avoid the cheeses, salads and veggies because this is what fills you up the most, and still I managed to eat only roughly 12-16oz of beef. To me this is not worth the $154 final price tag for dinner for two (with no alcohol) and tap water.
Go somewhere else and spend the money on things that matter more!
The cuts of meat were not the quality we have had at other Brazilian steakhouses. We had long (20min) gaps btw rotisserie. Poor gaucho service overall.
My family and I have been at Fogo de Chao in Bellevue probably 5 or 6 times over the last two years, but for some reason every time we go back the experience keeps deteriorating, and it is just small things that keeps adding up. i.e. it is notable chicken, pork and sausage frequency is higher than the Picanha, Bife Ancho and Lamb Chops. Which you need to constantly ask or remind them to bring. The awesome dessert “Papaya Cream” is no longer tasty. The original caipirinha is full of lemon pulp and really sweet. Traditional Brazilian Dark Beer Xingu, for the last two times they did not have it.
Salad bar is still good, fresh and has a nice variety.
Service is great, although there are NO that many Brazilians greeting / serving anymore. Any way, if you have never experienced a Brazilian Churrasco, going to Fogo de Chão is a must. On the other hand if you had experienced it in Brazil, then lower your expectations.
The service at Fogo is always exceptional. Rachel and David paid special attention to my work peers and team and ensured they had a great dining experience.
The food was great, as usual, with the churrasco being the highlight.
Always enjoy going to Fogo and taking people there to enjoy the good food, service and ambiance.
Love the food and that for the same price point as a full steak dinner, you can have multiple cuts of meat and an unlimited salad bar. It is very noisy but it is always busy. Make a reservation, because the normal wait time without it is at least an hour. We did have a problem with some of the waiters with the meat just walking past us, while we had our medallions on the green side. They also seemed to have a problem with communication because a random waiter brought us something we ordered then our normal waiter showed up with it as well and was very surprised to see we already got it. It is very spendy, but if you take your time and don’t get overly excited with all the options it is definitely worth the money.
