   Service was slower than usual but it appeared they were short staffed. Service has always been excellent for previous visits.

   The food was tasteless. There was no seasoning on any of the cuts of meat we tried and it felt like we chewed our medium rare pieces for minutes at a time. The only meat that had flavor was the chicken thigh. We were super disappointed as this was our first time. Also the service from our server was extremely slow. After we piled up our plates and put our napkins on top of them which is a clear sign that we are finished, we waited an additional 20 minutes to receive our bill. She passed our table many times and I finally got her attention to close us out. Will never return.

   Market table was excellent compare w/ week days market table. If the salad bar going to be just as good as yesterday then will visit often. Glass of wine was $15 instead of $8, why? Over all it was very good, thanks.

   Amazing food, you can taste that meat is very good quality, stuff on top and very nice, we will come back and will recommend for sure.

   Restaurant is very loud, food was good but our experience for my boyfriend‘s birthday and first time there was not pleasant. If we go back, it will not be to this location.

   We had reservation at 7:30PM, checked-in at 7:31PM. But there was no table ready for us and we waited 50mins to be seated. We went to check with the host 3 times, they only checked in with us once. I understand delays happen, but almost an hour past reservation time to get seated is unreasonable and lack of operation efficiency. They offered to comp us desserts for our wait, but it wasn't taken off the bill until I had to remind them. Other than that, food was average, server came in to check in throughout the meal and was attentive.

    This VIK Wine Dinner was such an incredible and delicious experience. I will certainly make reservations to attend every wine maker dinner or event hosted by Fogo de Chao in Bellevue. Elias at Fogo de Chao hosted this event. He and Marcelo, the wine distributor, began by presenting an informative professionally produced video. It told the history of this incredible Chilean winery. The winery and vineyard are stunningly beautiful. It explained their philosophy of wine making. This was followed by a sumptuous four course meal with dessert paired with specifically selected VIK wines. Some of the courses included “indulgent cuts”Every bite and sip danced across the palate revealing new flavors that were unexpected and delicious. After dinner we were offered the opportunity to purchase a 4 bottle flight of VIK wines at a discounted price. I enjoyed the VIK wines so much that I decided to purchase 3 sets. Upon the conclusion there was a raffle and I won a 4th flight. We were also able to enter a raffle to win a trip for 2 to the VIK winery in Chile. We want to also compliment Sydney. She played a significant role in making our experience most enjoyable and delightful with her cheerful and positive attitude. Thank you Fogo de Chao team!
