    The place Achieved our expectations! Very organized and attentive to details. I recommend making a reservation before going. The place gets crowded—super friendly and attentive staff. Great customer service! Just a note: Our check came with additional food and drinks that we didn’t have. Therefore, I recommend you pay attention to the details of the check.

    When I made the reservation I specified that it was a date. Our table was in the back up against a wall that had sheetrock damage at table level. I was seated ahead of my date arriving. I orfered a appetizer (shrimp and lobster). My date showed up and we headed to the salad bar to get started. We sat down and got started. Everything was fine except that my iced tea was only refilled once the whole evening. And she wasn't offered anything to drink for about 10 minutes. We enjoyed some good food and conversation. The original waitress asked if we needed anything and I replied our appetizer. After 3 attempts and three different stories about where our appetizers were they finally made it. The lobster was extremely dry and we were already half way through the platter when the butter arrived. They were nice enough to comp the appetizer. The overall experience was disappointing. I will probably try again sometime. But I am not in a hurry! I was one of the leaders for the construction of the two towers. It was my first time returning after completion. Was hoping to impress my date with some good stories and an epic meal! 😎

    My experience was by far the worst. Food was unpleasant, no seasoning, French fries took 1hr to come out and then they were nasty and cold. This restaurant needs some help. It use to be better. Try some cooks from Texas Brazil.

    Had to wait initially for someone to attend. Service was great. Wish we had choice to ask for specific type of meat preparation instead of eating just what’s brought to the table. Food was great and enjoyed the veggie bar! Great atmosphere and would love to visit again soon.

    We had a large party of 7 and were seated immediately to our reservation. Food was outstanding and quality was great. My daughter ordered the lobster and shrimp cocktail and it didn’t come until the end and our waitress stated she would not charge and apologized but it was on the bill in the end. The lobster snd shrimp were amazing just really late. My husband was missing the filet minion (none served) yet they served bottom round.? Weird right? The ribeye was amazing. Overall my husbands birthday dinner was a success with only a few hitches

    If it weren't for our awesome server Greta, the night would not have been as wonderful as it was. Much of the meat that came our way was well done and over cooked. We had to flag down the meat servers to get some (thank you again Great), the cocktails were delicious but definitely overpriced and the salad bar was much lighter than in past visits with less of a variety and choices - that was disappointing. We love coming here on special occasions but this time it felt we got less for our (more) money. Thanks Greta for keeping it so enjoyable and easy for us but I am not sure we will be back soon.

    Review would have been better if some guy wouldn’t have bugged my father. We were laughing at our table enjoying our company with our family and this bald guy who wasnt a server or a gaucho , came up to my dad and asked why he was laughing and my dad mentioned it was some our family memories. The guy then stated my dad shouldn’t drink anymore. We thought it was intrusive and rude.

    Overall our experience was great! All of the cuts of meats were awesome. Our favorites were the lamb chops, prime lamb cut, top & bottom sirloin. The turkey was also super delicious. We didn't care for most of the Market table. The cheese bread was yummy and the plantains were delicious. The service was wonderful. All the cuts of meats kept coming out in a good flow. The lamb chops only came to our table once. All in all, we would come back again and would recommend to friends. Next time we definitely will save room for desert. If you are improve the Market table we would come regularly.

    Probably it was just Thanksgiving dinner and lots of customers that evening, we felt rushed and was even told we only have maximum time of dining for 1.5 hours. Food was great . Busy, lots of diners , not enjoyable.

    Food and service great - Disappointing to be told we could not order dessert after being there only 30 minutes because they were so busy. Could get it to go. Wouldn’t have expected this at Fogo de Chão.

    The ambiance was nice. Service was pretty good. Though, it seemed the meat did not come around to our table often enough. Perhaps that was because we were placed at a table that was off in a nook. I noticed none of the offerings at the all-you-can-eat bar were labeled. This would not be a problem for those that already know what each dish is and what is in it.

    We went to celebrate my son coming home for holiday. This is his first time in this restaurant. and the staff sent us to sat near the order machine, the staffs was there all the time. My son ordered cold water and full meal, but they gave him sparkling water instead, and the meat is overcooked. The water cost $7.75 that we don’t order. I feel very disappointed and would not like to recommend to anybody.

    The food is just okay. Don’t get me wrong, there were three types of meat that were delicious but the rest of the 12-14 were just….okay. The atmosphere was wonderful. The drinks were incredibly strong to the point that I didn’t want to drink it. Dessert was good but not unique (not included in their 66$ meal either fyi). You could find all the desserts at other restaurants. Overall, the meal is not worth the 66$ per person ticket price. Their happy hour was incredibly expensive per drink but was all day and slightly cheaper than the highest drink on the menu. This was a one time fun meal but mostly for the experience, not the food.

    The food is always good, and I have introduced several friends to your place, however, for the past few months, I noticed that the little signs identifying the food are nowhere to be seen, for instance, no one knows what kind of soup it is, and the soup is almost cold. I have shared my comment with some wait person but yields no result! I like your restaurant and will continue to go there but I feel bad that you no longer cared to be the Best!

    Service was not A+. I had to continue to ask for items that the waiters should have already known to bring to our table. The servers kept passing by us when our table thing was GREEN. We paid alot of money for a high end dining experience and was disappointed.

    My husband and I went for our anniversary and the experience. We got the all you can eat plates (“Churrasco Experience”). They have you start with getting appetizer-style items as well as veggies. Then, they bring around various proteins. We were full after only a couple of proteins. The nice cuts of beef were tasty, but the pork belly was over cooked and the top sirloin was of average flavor. We had a Brazilian limonada that was really yummy! In the end, we spent nearly $180 with tip for the two of us and for sure had less food than had we just had one of the ~$40 entrees each. Honestly, we could have probably shared one entree and been plenty full, but we aren’t big eaters. If we do go back, we won’t go for the “Churrasco Experience” ever again.

    Had the opportunity to experience a great birthday dinner with family! Kind of sad because the crème brûlée ran out and it’s the only gluten-free dessert I can have! However, the steak made up for it! Service was decent, it was a busy night, so I understand why servers couldn’t always attend to us when needed! Love this restaurant with all my heart!

    Not many options for people who don’t eat pork or lamb, salad bar was good just felt bland. We went on a Sunday night and it was packed, got seated right next to another table where it was arms length and felt like there was no privacy. Service was good I don’t blame the staff on trying to keep up with the mess going on but me and my partner sat at our tables for 10 minutes before receiving any service or drinks confused on what was going on. Then after attended and explained about the whole process it took us another 15 minutes to even get the attention of the staff with the actual meat which is what we went for, like I said I can’t blame the staff it’s more about the management and how they handle the environment, overcrowded, loud, and unorganized. For my first time going I don’t think I’d go again.

    I love the restaurant. Just not the best night. Out of several apps and all desserts. And our table was kind of smushed in the middle of the room which made it hard to get the meat. A couple of times we had to ask our server to send them over. But the food was delicious as always and the server was very nice and helpful.

    Of all the times we have been at this restaurant, this was the worst in terms of service and quality of food. The meat hardly came to our table despite repeatedly asking our server to direct it to us. The cuts were a bit disappointing as well. Not sure if we will return.

    Food is fine, service, specifically the tableside churrasco was such a let down. I've dined here before and in 4 visits, maybe 1 was alright. Every other time, it's cheap meats circulating 4-5 times and maybe....one visit from ribeye or a non-chicken or sausage dish. I get that the whole model is to push cheap foods and salad bar but it's borderline ridiculous. I do not know what their system is at Bellevue but we won't be going back. It's ridiculous that some tables get service more frequently than others and that on our most recent visit, we got 1 visit each from premium meats where nearby tables had 2-4. We had to wait for drinks and apps orders, had whole tables arrive after us and leave while we waited for service. Had to abandon our meal after the second round of chicken drumsticks and sausages because we were hungry. Now that I think about this, we were specific about a birthday occasion and I asked for a cake slice (pre-ordered, I said I'd pay for it) and they didn't bring it out.

    We weren't seated until 8:40pm, even though we showed up early for our 8:15pm reservation using the OpenTable app. Worth the wait though! We had the Market Table(salad bar) option for dinner. Plenty of options: cheese, sliced meats, salads, vegetables, soup, breads, etc. Everything was fresh and restocked constantly by the kitchen staff. Only complaint was there was no signage as to what you were putting on your plate, but it was all good regardless. The wait staff was constantly filling our water and replenishing our wine and checking to see if we needed anything. All in all, a great dining experience.

    It took 45 minutes to get seated with a reservation. It took a while to get drinks. Most of the meats were either really fatty or over cooked/dry. When we went to get dessert they were out of one and out of ice cream which is a big part of their dessert menu. The staff was friendly, but the rest of the experience was just meh.

    The quality has gone down the drain since this new owner taken over the management for the past few years. It’s going down the hill. Mostly cheap labor cousins from Mexico instead of before they were true Brazilian meat servers! Meats are often overly cooked and they cut the pieces so unevenly and gross! The servers are rude and inexperienced! I use to love this place since the mother day when opened few years back! It’s a money down the drain Their uniforms are not even like before. The pants are and the tops are the dude dancing Mexican folk ! Please don’t get me wrong, I love Mexican but this is not their line of job ! Or at least they need to be trained. Don’t recommend it at all!

    It was a surprise party for my son. 9/12 patrons were seated and I told my friends and family we will walk in 10mins later. My son walked up believing it was 3 of us the hostess asked him while I was motioning to just seat us how many in the party under what name. I told her Lastimosa and she says ok 12…. I can’t seat you yet but if three more people of our party get there she can. My son dumbfounded was looking at me while I was saying “just seat us they are all here”. She walks up to a completely empty 12top I was like they are right there bc my son already caught eyes of his sister. I tried calling ahead to let them know but it just goes to a leave a name… answer the phone. The food for starters was 1/12 skewers hot the rest warm. The sequence went like house special chicken house special bacon wrapped sirloin house special house special. I had to request lamb and lamb chops and ribeye the house special came around 4-5 times chicken 3-4 times . We were bypassed a few times in green Never got filet 15min later a cold ribeye came around. The server seemed offended and stand-offish when I said I didn’t like too well of cuts. Half of my party wanted ice cream….the freezer was out. The server brought my son a cake no silverware no candle until we mentioned something. So the overall was mediocre. It could have been way better. I still tipped $150 on top of the placed gratuity. I am a retired industry worker so I am very lenient and understanding but honestly I was disappointed but my son was happy bc he expected just 3 of us. I will not return nor will I suggest the restaurant. We were in at 6:30 6:45 on a Thursday. I’m glad it wasn’t a Friday. This is for you guys to improve. You had the chance to gain a return customer and word of mouth advertiser but failed in every way. Train your staff to smile and drop the attitude. A guy was walking around with a full bowl of ??? Not addressing anybody but walking around as if people were going to stop him. No engagement.
