We wait 1,5 hours front desk
We are repeat customers and enjoy going to celebrate special occasions. This time was no different -- great experience. It was a bit loud, but it was also a very full dining room. Also difficult to hear servers through masks, but not complaining. I'm glad they were wearing them. Overall, another good time was had.
Service was terrible, was overly crowded. Table side service was poor. Although we ordered and paid for the full churrasco experience, servers only brought us chicken, pork and sausage. We asked several staff for the other meat options but we were ignored. It wasn’t until the end of our dinner the manager finally came to our table, but at that point we were dissatisfied with the entire experience we wanted to leave. We have dined at other locations and enjoyed our experience, however we will never dine at this location again.
First time dining here. Loved everything about the experience. I mean the food was so good and so were the drinks. But the overall professionalism and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding. I will be going again. The garlic steak and grilled shrimp have me addicted. Great place to go to for an anniversary
This review of this restaurant is quite different than the one I wrote last time. The food was excellent, the service was superb and the ambiance was fine with a low to moderate noise level. We had a very enjoyable evening.

Top notch! First rate quality. I went for the meat, but now I am in love with the salad bar that provides some of the best quality, great tasting, and incomparable, varieties of food.
Excellent food. Great options for gluten/dairy allergies. Definitely make reservations as they are packed routinely.
The line was out the door at the restaurant. Even person who had reservations had to stand in line and wait. It was very unorganized. Once we were seated, we did not have a dedicated server. I called one of them over and she was very attentive and accommodating.

The food was really good. If you enjoy yelling across a 2 top to speak to your date, I would recommend it here. Otherwise, head somewhere a bit cheaper, with better ambiance, where tables aren’t squeezed as close together as possible. Service was not great.

Birthday. Manager never came to address the issues. Not worth the money. Restroom is nasty. It’s not the same from couple years ago. Don’t come in this location.

I requested for the meat I like to taste they said it will be coming. I was not able to taste the ones I asked for.

The food and atmosphere was good. Our server was slow on bringing our sides out. We had gone to the salad bar and started with the round of meat before she brought sides. Another server asked if we wanted more caramelized bananas which we did but she never came back with it.
The food was amazing and the hospitality was great too.

The meats were mostly over-cooked. It was packed that night so I assume the cooks were rushing. I’d rather wait a few moments longer for quality meat.
Every food item was delicious but the value wasn’t there… despite having a reservation to celebrate my son’s birthday, we waited 30 minutes to be seated and that only happened after we inquired when the 15-minute wait we were quoted came and went. Tables are packed in and you have to raise your voice to be heard at your own table. The bathrooms were unclean and unstocked, trash cans overflowing. After the initial drink service, refills were hard to come by and we had to flag down staff to get sides and dessert menus. Even the meat service was disorganized. We had every option come by our table in the first ten minutes but our meat plates quickly filled and the meat service was very sporadic after the initial offering. Not sure I’d try this location again…

We came for our anniversary expecting a cozy, romantic restaurant based on the descriptions. It was beyond Loud! We never were offered all our meat options, had to ask for a dessert menu, and the waiter never returned for our order. After waiting for 30 min, we finally flagged down a bus boy for our check. (Never did get dessert.)
The whole evening was disappointing and totally overpriced.

We dined for our and my sister’s wedding anniversary. Two in our party ordered from the entrees and two ordered the churrasco experience. The food was excellent and the service amazing. The staff were super accommodating making our anniversary and first time dining experience memorable. Great job FDC. This is how you run a fine dining restaurant. Thank you for a great experience.

We have been regular patrons of Fogo de Chao Baltimore, for years and in the last year the quality of the food, staff, and experience has diminished greatly. We were there yesterday with our son and left hungry. We left hungry from Fogo. No gauchos came back, filet was chewy, other cuts like lamb never came. We weren’t even given sides until the end of the meal. We called to speak with the GM and the best the could offer us for years if patronage was something special when we return. We will not be returning because of the experience we had. It’s sad. We’ve had large parties, family gatherings, and hosted our own corporate events there, but will now be taking our patronage elsewhere. VERY disappointed.

This used to be our favorite restaurant. It is terrible now. It is noisy and the floor has trash all over the place. We love the filet wrapped and bacon. And the garlic steak. We waited over a half hour for them to bring the filet in bacon around. They try to fill you up on anything else but that. I get a cost saving measure but when a customer asks for something you bring it. I went to the restroom to change my son, it was flooded they told us to come back. I waited ten minutes finally I was able to get it. The bleach was so bad my son rubbed his eyes and mine and his were both red by the time we were leaving. We had all went to the bathroom and we’re meeting back at the table. By the time we came back they had thrown away my sons silly cup, in less than 4 minutes!!!! We will never be back.

I guess because covid has made it more difficult to get some types of food. I go to Fogo for my husband, my carnivore. I stick to the salad bar, which is definitely not as WOW as it used to be. $31 for a salad bar with tons of not meat options is great. But adding more charcuterie and beans with pork in them, kind of ruins it.
It's much more unorganized, 3 people came to take our drink order, and the 5 meat eaters could not get a clean plate to save their lives. What killed me were the 2 managers standing on the floor not 10 feet from us and never looked around, they just finished their conversation and off they went. And on a personal note, it was freezing in the restaurant. I couldn't believe it.
So loud we couldn’t hear the wait staff! Bugs on the Market Bar. Same two meats kept coming around. We requested a few more and it took 20 minutes to get that food out. Bread was cold.

We celebrated my husband's 40th Birthday and everything was Awesome! Great food and great service!
If you go get the garlic steak. Wear a light jacket because it’s very cold inside
Most of the Meat that’s brought out to you is delicious. The Salad bar is of poor quality. Our server was not attentive to us at all. Had to ask 3 different servers just to get our bill. Probably won’t go back to this location.
