    I’ve been to tons of Fogo restaurants, all over the country and the food quality and service at this location is one of the absolute best. It’s further from my house than the locations in DC, National Harbor, and NoVA but it’s definitely worth the drive. Will visit again for sure.

    Disappointing visit. This location was once our favorite stop. I wouldn't mind the increased cost (@66 per person) if the experience was great. The cocktails (caipirinha) and salad bar were good. Although the restaurant was not crowded, the service was a little slow. Surprisingly, the mashed potatoes were not mashed completely and had a lumpy consistency. There was a time when there was a regular flow of meats being offered now it isn't. The cuts of meat were limited and not really seasoned. The well done cuts were dry (fillet and top round) and some of the medium well cuts were chewy. Maybe they had a new cook. None the less, disappointing experience.

    My wife and I went with another couple on a Saturday night. We had reservations at 745, and we're promptly seated when we arrived. Our wait staff was friendly. The food is always delicious, and the cold bar is fun. This was my second time there, and I plan on returning.

    How anyone could ever give this restaurant below 5 stars is beyond me. This is my family's favorite restaurant and a must-go-to anytime we visit Baltimore. The staff, especially management, is always top knotch and show they care about their customer's experience. We always have staff members stick out and on this trip it was the professional, friendly, awesome bartender Rafael who served my husband and I up some cocktails before the restaurant opened and graciously waited on my children as well bringing them drinks and some bread - all while smiling and being welcoming - he also has mixing drinks down to a science which you can evidently see observing his speed and being meticulous mixing up drinks. We always feel welcomed and like family here. The food is all melt-in-your-mouth-fantastic. (Come hungry if you're going to do the "experience" as you should) well worth the price if you're up to eating. Already looking forward to our next Baltimore trip to be back here again - so good and appreciate all of your staff! Highly recommend to everyone and tell everyone I know they must try!

    Nice idea, but the service was terrible. Also, I expected a little bit better ambiance but it felt like an overpriced Golden Corral. Maybe just this version in Baltimore.

    We ordered the seafood tower as an appetizer and it did not come out to our table until we were paying the check. All our server offered was to box it to go. At that point we didn’t even want it anymore. I had asked several times before and while we were eating, how much longer for seafood tower and we were told seven minutes. An hour later it shows up.

     I used to go there ten years ago when the service and food were stellar and top notch. Yesterday, the staff are not welcoming and not interested in doing their jobs. The meat quality is poor. My request for meat temperature was ignored in all the meat cuts. It is absolutely sad.

    I went to Fogo for a wine-paring meal and it was incredible! The staff was so attentive and kind. They were so efficient in bringing out more food, asking for any requests, and filling up water. The food is so good. There is just so much to choose from and you can have so much of it. At first glance, looking at Fogo looks ridiculously expensive, but then realizing the quality and cuts of meat you get, it is very reasonable and keeps us coming back. Their happy hour is SUCH a good deal, I have been several times! Such a great experience every time.

    Customer service, attention to detail, the FOOD, cocktails and again customer service. I can’t say enough about this place. My partner and I celebrated our birthdays there (first time), and it was an amazing experience. McKenna K., was absolutely amazing and fully attentive to making sure we had spectacular birthdays. She was kind, knowledgeable and great personality. The manager on duty that night (unfortunately, I can’t recall his name right now), made sure everything flowed perfectly and the experience was worth going. We WILL be back! The food! We left completely satisfied and even considered coming back the next day. Family friendly, and a great experience. Jaison & Michael

    Out of our party of 5, 2 had the $39 special while the other three had the full price dinner. The meat service was slow and only 1 premium meat was offered to our table meaning that we all should’ve been charged the $39 price. I have been to this location on several occasions and have never experienced this lack of service. When you have guests paying full price for premium meats, that should be the priority in service.

    The Ambience, service, and available food were really good. The location manager was very accommodating when we asked to come in earlier and Our server was really good too. But honestly, there wasn’t a variety of meats available, maybe cause we were there closer to their mid day closing time, could have still been better.

    If you like your meats medium rare, please remember to request this at the beginning and they will be happy to bring it to you that way. Also, you can get grilled pineapple, upon request, but it does take 25 minutes.

    Service was very rough. Seated three adults and two older children for lunch. As soon as waiter came and we decided to just have market table without meats and didn’t order alcohol he lost all interest. We only saw him once again. Drinks took maybe 10-15 minutes to come out and we were never offered refills. We were provided incorrect checks TWICE for totally different tables before being presented with an accurate check. The first incorrect check took probably 10 minutes to come out and in total it took us probably 25 minutes from first check request to actually being able to pay and leave. Also, Bread was requested after seating and came out about 30 minutes later.

    We made a reservation for restaurant week. One of our guests chose to do the full menu. It took the server 15 minutes to arrive at our table and then she couldn’t answer our questions on the difference between the restaurant week menu and the full selections of meats. The dinner menu was not working electronically and they didn’t have a printed one. The manager had to come by and answer our questions. Water refills were timely but we had to ask for plates to be cleared, ask for sides (we had started eating 25 minutes prior) and ask for additional sides when they brought plating for only 4 people to a party of 6. We waited for a while to get the check and then another 20 for a server to come by- only after we flagged someone down.

    Had a reservation for 16 at 7:30 and we showed up 3 minutes early. Hostess said we had to wait and was dismissive, stating that she “did want to tell us an estimated wait time because she didn’t want to be wrong” - I thought the point of an estimate was to not state the exact answer. We had 7 toddlers and after 10 minutes and asking the manager, we were seated. Our server was friendly and attentive to the best of his ability. The salad bar was getting hit hard, not much variety to pick from - hard for them to keep up with the volume as it was very busy. The meat presentation was slow to come around. It was almost a 3 hour dinner just waiting on meat to come around. By the end we had around 3 “waves” of the staff coming through with options to pick from and it was slim pickings. More often then not the meat was over cooked to me and my husbands taste. Ultimately I think the issue is they are understaffed and the volume was too great to keep up with. It was a tough crowd too because the table next to us started cursing and fighting with the waiter over being double charge (supposedly) on the tip. It was one of the only fast easy options for a 16 person group so we went. If they had more staff I think that may have helped but ultimately unsure of why the experience played out this way.

    As we were sat and asked if we wanted spring or sparkling water, we opted for spring. What we didn’t know was that equates to a $7.50 bottle of water that we didn’t nearly finish due to purchasing wine and cocktails. That should be told / noted up front IMO. The beef options were well seasoned, moist and cooked to perfection. The chicken and pork were on the dry side, which was unfortunate. The buffet was phenomenal! For two people our bill was close to $220 (and that’s increased from what it was because we are honest people and notified the waiter that we were being undercharged by $26. Brought back the corrected bill with the +$26 added plus the $7.50 water that was not there before.) Lastly, it was my spouses birthday night and was noted on our reservation, so would have been nice to be acknowledged in a small way. Side note: on our way out, I used the ladies room. The toilet wouldn’t flush so I notified the hostess that the third stall toilet was broken. She acknowledged that “yes, it always does that.” What?? Why was there no out of order sign to avoid potential embarrassment by an unsuspecting patron?

    Another fabulous dining experience at Fogo. The food was excellent, as well as the service. Always a great time when going to the Inner Harbor location. The staff and management were exceptional as always. I would recommend going to this location to anyone looking for a fabulous dining experience.
