Always fun and the meats are excellent. Waited longer than I liked (1/2 hour after reservation time) but once we were seated service was great.
Our server, Daniel, was great. However, we were placed at a table over by the window and they did not bring all the meat around. Never saw the sausage or the pork ribs. Had to ask the server to get them to bring the filet and beef ribs. For the cost of the meal, you shouldn't have to ask.
Everything was excellent ... from Valet to the most outrageous Cheesecake in North America. Bravo
Everything was great!!!
I had not been in while and expected wonderful service. One gaucho reached over one guest to put meat on my another guest's plate. We asked for extra bread and didn't get it until we were ready to leave. One well done meat was way too well done.
Overall, I was dissatisfied with my experience. We spent over $350 for 4 people. I felt rushed and the table-tops were way to close to enjoy your dining experience without over-talking the table next to you. To top it off, my vehicle was broken into and items were stolen from my car and others in the parking lot. It took the police over 2 hours to respond and the officer indicated this is nothing new to them in that area. A restaurant of this quality should have safe parking. Even though the signs say park at your own risk, you should be able to park safely at a restaurant of this quality. Suggestion - hire security if its that big of an issue.
They were very disappointing this time. I will not go back. They didn’t really walk around to our table. They focused on large parties around us. And it took 20 minutes for tenderloin to come and it was overcooked.
I was disappointed that the special Restaurant Month that we and our friends went there to enjoy was not delivered as expected. Six items that the special said was to be served was not and two of the items came around only once. We had very limited choices served to us and repeated. I do not feel that this was worth the cost even with a special price reduction. Our waiter was exceptional though and we had a good atmosphere around us. But I doubt we will go back.
Overall a good dinning experience the noise level was a little to loud for a quiet dinner for two conversation was a little difficult
Great over the top customer service.
Great food and quick service.
IT WAS FABULOUS .... everything from valet to exit.
Restaurant was particularly loud due to a private party playing games. Otherwise, awesome as usual.
Great food! Great service. Would definitely go again!
Great service and food was excellent... never disappointed ♥️
It was wonderful
Amazing first experience. Will definitely be back
Great date idea. It was our first time. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Server was extremely pushy to add on extras. Sides came out late and were cold. Ordered 2 cappuccinos and received double espresso, we pointed it out to our server and he stated that a double espresso was a cappuccino.
It was wonderful. Great for early lunch with family including toddler.
We waited for about 45 mins for our table to be ready. We checked in at 7:35. A 7:45 reservation turned into an 8:30 dinner. We were a party of 9 so were able to pass the time. I just didn’t like the fact that other similar size parties were seated before us even though they came later by at least 10-15 mins. The servers were friendly but not very attentive. It took them a while to bring out the sides of mashed potatoes etc. The rotation of the meat service was also very sparse. Our past visits have been much better so it was disappointing that the one time we came for a birthday and anniversary, the experience fell short! And since it was new year’s eve, they had increased the price. This information was not available when I made the reservations and later when they called to confirm and it was not on the website, at least not posted in a way that it was obvious. We were a large party so the increase was substantial for us and the overall experience just didn’t feel worth it!
It was New Year's Eve, and I underestimated how busy they would be. However, it wasn't a problem, my wife and I were happy to attend, however that changed quickly.
When we arrived, the woman at the desk informed us there is a wait and directed us to the waiting area. I politely asked how long we would wait. Her response was "Just go over there and I'll call your name when it's time!". We were not expecting such a response. I said nothing and waited. After 10 minutes I heard my name for a party of two. I went to the desk, only to be told "It's not you, I was calling them!", pointing to another couple. Again, I said nothing, but was not happy!!
After another 10 minutes, we were finally called. We were taken to our table, which was situated in front of a walkway that lead to another dining area in the back! This meant people would constantly be walking past our table. We complained and was offered another that was next to an exit door. That option wasn't acceptable as there would be a draft. To cut a long story short, we sat by the walkway.
A woman, who I'm guessing was management, then came by and asked us if we were happy. We said no, and explained the situation, with the addition there was an air vent blowing cold air, located above my wife'. We asked if she could turn it off, she said yes. That didn't happen. In fact, it got colder!
The other issue was our table was next to the wine cabinet. So every time a waiter wanted a bottle, I had to get up so he could access it! The table we had was obviously placed there for the night, and not normally there. Very frustrating!!
On the plus side, the waiters and Gaucho chefs were friendly and accommodating, as always, and the food was wonderful. However, at $57 a head, I don't feel I got value for money.
We visited this establishment 3 times within a month and spent over $400. I am very disappointed and expected better. I just feel it was lacking something. It will be some time before I visit again.
The service couldn’t have been better. Great value for the price. I prefer their homemade desserts!!!
As always the food was awesome. Nice medium rare meat delicious plantains and mashed potatoes. Diverse offerings on the salad and market bars. It was new years eve and a bit over crowded and noisy but that's not Fogo's fault.
Fogo de Chao used to be my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. For the recent visit, whole our family got disappointed. Meats were too salty in general. Not enough waiters with serving meats walk around at any given time. No new plate was provided after salads. I had to go get new plates from the salad bar. I won’t recommend to anyone based on our recent experience.
Came for the full experience a regular Monday during Christmas. Waited a while for our table to be ready in a busy and crowded area. Excellent server at our table taking drink orders and explaining the concept. Drinks took a while to arrive. When the meat came it came in a super fast way and was overwhelming. Felt rushed. Like being on an assembly line in a factory. Meat was excellent especially the sirloins. Not a place for foodies wanting to discuss the food. Not for a romantic dinner. Good if you are treating some people but really want to come home fast.
Holiday wit family
Excellent dinner with the family to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. Another superb dining experience at Fogo de Chao!
We definitely enjoyed the experience and of course the food. Definitely worth the money to be able to try everything.
Great food and atmosphere. Enjoyed my first time there.
We have eaten here for years. Now under new corporate ownership the ffod, service, and ambiance all have taken a nose dive. Probably our last trip there. What a loss.
Awesome service great food
be careful of making reservations on open table. Available times listed were 8:30pm and 9pm. As we were getting information on the location, we discovered that this location closed at 9pm. Fortunately, we called and the staff changed our reservation at an earlier time. We waited no more than 5 minutes from arriving and were seated promptly
Made reservation 8PM checked in 5 minutes before 8PM Hostess asked us to wait at the Bar side and will be called. Waited 8:20PM passed haven’t called my husband went up asked Hostess. She said someone had already seated us and told us that we will be next, but still haven’t call she kept skipping us 8:25PM that when we were seated. Why make reservations if we still have to wait 25 minutes to be seated?
Both food and service was impeccable. Thank you for making Christmas dinner a complete success !
My family and I dined on Christmas evening and the restaurant was full. The food was good but the meat service was really slow. The experience was way overpriced!
