   I've been to Fogo de Chãos many times but this location was by far the worst experience. Upsold to the indulgent, but barely ever saw the men with the meat, it was like they were avoiding my table. Finally advocated for the table after an hour, because all we'd had were salads and crab cakes. The only server who was of color, had to speak to the a manager and get the meat men to come to our table. They appeared very annoyed mumbled the name of the meat but when you'd ask what is it, with a big huff they would say it like they're disgusted with you. At first I thought it was a Language barrier but no, another table got seated at the hour after we'd been and their table was stacked with food within 10 minutes. Don't find this establishment friendly to anyone of non-Latin descent. Very disappointed!

   Even with a reservation and a decrease in the number of people in my party, it took almost an hour after my time to be seated. Parties with larger numbers and no reservations were allowed to be seated before us. Our waiter while mildly professional was impersonal and checked on us only when prompted. We even had to ask that different meats be sent to our table. I have always enjoyed my experiences here but will now reconsider coming back.

   It was a pleasure to be recognized by the management and waitstaff today. My group attends all of the special dinners and events at the Buckhead location each month. I have been enjoying FOGO for several years now and it just gets better. The table setup was spot on and not crowded into a small room. The private rooms toward the rear of the building are perfectly placed and easy to manuver even when the seating is full. Our greeter, the manager, seated us as soon as we walked in and was very cordial and polite. The menu pairings were delicious and timely served as we enjoyed the wines presented and were entertained by viewing an interesting video on the vintner history and viewing of their location and production facility. Kudos to the Empire rep who was very knowledgable and answered all questions. This was my first VIK product and it ranks up there with Opus. Maybe even better. Keep up the great work, wonderful service and well planned dinners. Thank you, FD

   I attended the Vik wine dinner last night. The food, wine, AND service were exceptional! Everyone in attendance talked about how much they enjoyed the experience and are repeat attendees. Our server Paula took great care of our table throughout the evening. Justin came to every table to great the guests. He thanked everyone for coming and made everyone feel welcome. I will continue to come here often for dinner and the wine dinners

    My fiancée and I had a great evening at Fogo de Chão. We had an 8:30 reservation but arrived early enough to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. The place was busy and the atmosphere lively, which added to the experience. We waited maybe 10 minutes for our table—not bad at all for a busy night. Once seated, the service was excellent. We felt really well taken care of—at least three different staff members checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect. My fiancée went for the full Churrasco experience and loved trying all the different cuts of meat. The gauchos were attentive and made sure he didn’t miss a thing. I opted for the salmon with access to the Market Table and salad bar, which was fresh, flavorful, and more than satisfying. All in all, a fantastic night out. Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere—we’ll definitely be back!
