It was rhe forst time inhad been in 4 years or so. Just not bad, not good. Service aberage, salad bar average, meat was better than average. I won’t go back.
We love to deliver experiences that are better than average, so it's disheartening to hear you state otherwise. We hope you visit us down the line, as we know we can exceed expectations.
Always top quality service and food. Can be romantic, for groups, and is also family friendly. Worth every penny.
I would of gave 5 stars, but there was a piece of hair in my food. Other than that, the food was sensational!!! The service was amazing. I would definitely be returning.
This was me and my husband’s first time dining at any Fogo location and we were beyond disappointed. We were at our table for quite some time without any plates, sides, or silverware until I had to remind our rude male waiter. Then I noticed several of the men serving the meat were skipping our table. I got up and spoke with 2 managers and they immediately sent options to our table. Majority of the meat was over cooked, some even scorched. Our new waitress was nice and did everything she could. After looking at all the meat on our plates that we didn’t eat because it was over cooked. Also we only received one dish of mashed potatoes and plantains to share with each other. I asked for a side salad from the kitchen because I wasn’t going to eat from a buffet bar considering Covid-19. I was given a plate of salad no dressing. I decided to speak with the manager again. Mario saw our plates and agreed and told us not to worry about our bill. He also gave me a card for us to return to have the experience on the house. As this was a date night I’d plan I was prepared to pay for whatever me and my husband wanted so what makes me think that the free experience will be better. I also have pictures of our plates. The bartender was great and very attentive. Their establishment foods are priced as if superb service is a priority. We frequent at Ruth Chris in Buckhead and are always satisfied.
This is disheartening to hear as we never want our team to deliver such service to our guests. We'd appreciate a second chance, so please visit us in the future.
Not a dinner environment for a anniversary at all. I felt like I was at the strip club. Half naked woman everywhere, guys in white Tees with their hats turned to the back and sneakers. Just not a good look for the price. A restaurant that nice should put a dress code in place. PERIOD!!!

Our waitress was phenomenal! Like literally the best service I have ever had. She took the time to explain everything to myself and my husband. The food was good as well I got full off of the bread lol.

The waiter we had gave me an attitude when I told him I wanted a glass of wine instead of the full bottle. He sucked his lips at me because I was unaware that it wasn’t a glass it was in a small bottle which was totally fine with me but still he gave me an attitude after that counter with him he never came back to our table. Never checked on us we had to wave down a waiter from a different table to continue our order. He also did not inform us that we had to let them know that we were ready to have the meet. At the done with your location they automatically just give you the plates and start serving you than me there was no one that informed us on anything. At the Dunwoody location as well the managers actually come to your table and make sure everything is good and settled for you and they automatically give you the plate for the meat. I did not like my experience there whatsoever and I will not be returning.

Payed 308 dollars and had a reservation for 9:30pm. Didn't get seated until 10:10, causing us to be Late to our party which we had to pay for to attend. Food was good, but the servers would often forget about us. Extremely displeased.

It was a birthday dinner!
I arrived at this restaurant at 7:30 for a 7:30 reservation every table was full huge loud parties were going on and no reasonable safe social distancing was taking place worst of all I was told to wait over 30 minutes for the table I reserved at 7:30 and the waiting area was extremely crowded and unsafe with no enforcement of the mask mandate. I will not return until we are past this pandemic as many other restaurants are doing a much better job to take care of their guests and staff.

Was good but slow (pandemic) getting a variety of meat for the table took some very proactive work on my part
Nice salad bar. Meat is less than amazing as it was previously.... but still was quite good
During the time of a worldwide pandemic, I would expect that cleaning would be heightened. There was an excessive amount of dust and fingerprints as well around the salad bar. That was a little alarming. One I have allergies, and two how clean is the facility?

We really enjoyed ourselves. The food was excellent although I was a bit disappointed they didn’t have the sea bass but the salmon was prepared to perfection. Our server was excellent and I look forward to going again.
Everything was PERFECT minus the extra space inside a tent.

Not as good as it usually is. They did bring picanha around about 6 times but other meats maybe just once if that. No social distancing and very crowded. May be a while before we go back

Food was good just stupid to have to wear a mask to eat
The server came and took our food order but never came back to take our drink order or ask if we need anything. We had to keep getting up and stomping other servers requesting items. We didn’t see our server again until it was time to pay... HORRIBLE
Also I received an end piece cut of salmon that was over cooked and my husband did not receive any chicken; they only brought around steak and then lamb a couple of times. Our drinks were syrupy and took forever to come. We were told the “bar was slammed” so by time we actually got the disgusting drinks, we were done eating and ready to go. No one addressed the fact it was our anniversary even though I noted it on the reservation. Only thing nice about the experience were the hostess and the Christmas decor. Would NOT recommend

Went to Fogo de Chao for Christmas Dinner. We were seated shortly after our reservation time and were immediately greeted by our server, who was very attentive throughout the entire meal. The food was outstanding as usual. Excellent selection of meats served continuously. The restaurant was at maximum capacity due to the holiday but they were able to serve us with no delays. I look forward to returning soon.

The service was not what we expected. We had to request our lamb 4x before finally receiving at the table. At the price paid the service should be impeccable. It was far from standard.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and have always enjoyed myself. This time was very different. I truly understand the new normal of Covid has prevented many measures of service to be restricted but I honestly felt underwhelmed and taken back by accommodations. To pay $60 per person to sit in a white tent with heaters barely warming up the atmosphere was the wrong move. I know that this is a busy time for the resturant but if you are gonna do tents spend more time putting effort into the ambiance. The server was transactional but nice. Overall I will be back and will give it another try.

This was one of the best steakhouse restaurants I have been too. Everyone was polite the food never stopped coming and everything was hot and very tender and juicy. The drinks was amazing and the salad bar was great. No complaints with FOGO im from Tennessee and traveled to Atlanta because I was told this was the best one, and they lived up to all the hype. I strongly recommend this restaurant
Food was good. The service was terrible. I have been there 10-12 times before and never had bad service from the waitress. Had to wait 10 minutes to get more water when the glasses were empty. Never got asked if we wanted a clean plate.
