Awesome. We went to celebrate Atlanta united winning the mls cup and as always the experience was amazing.
As always. Great meal and night out. Food and drinks first class.
Always fun and entertaining and good food to eat. The salads etc on the market table were beautifully presented, fresh and good. My friend was on a Keto Diet (all meat) and definitely got her money's worth. My only complaint was that I had to keep asking for Lamb as that one kept missing us. Expensive but worth the price.
Fantastic choice of meats. The salad bar is outstanding. Great place for anniversaries and birthdays. Service is excellent.
I have enjoyed this place in the past, but did not have a good experience last night. There were two women at the host stand when we arrived - one of them took my name, found my 2-person reservation, and told me that I was checked in and would be seated shortly. After waiting 25 minutes, I went back to the host stand and spoke to the other woman. She fumbled around on the computer and asked when we had arrived, and then told me we would be seated shortly. We were the next two-top called. I later received notification from Open Table that the restaurant reported we were no-shows. Apparently, the first woman I spoke with at the host stand did not check us in. Also, unlike other visits, the servers bringing the meat selections out were infrequent, and the selections were quite limited until we began specifically requesting different items. No one mentioned the birthday we were there to celebrate, which I had noted on the Open Table reservation. You can do better, Fogo!
I cannot say emphatically enough that if you have not eaten at a Fogo, you must. It is worth every cent.
Don’t go here if you want good steak. 90% of what they bring to sirloin. Unless sirloin is your steak of choice, spend your money somewhere else.
The food was okay my issue is that you pay a fixed price for dinner, but they fail to mention that everything outside of the entree and salad bar is extra. With four of us - I had the salmon, not the all you wanted meat experience, we ended up spending $400 including tip. I would much rather have limited food of high quality rather than this gluttonous offering. The lower price sirloin was pushed for a long time before the more choice steaks were brought around. All in all, the whole process felt rather manipulated to me, however, I must admit that my 37-year-old son loved it (he can still eat like that and he wasn't paying the bill!)
Great experience great food as always
Food was amazing & so was the service! Excellent choice for special occasion dining!
I always have the best service here...unfortunately this time was not so. They must have been busier than usual and they added a table right by the salad bar. I had no problem sitting there with my wife, but it seemed that the servers forgot that the table was there because everything was very slow and we were not able to enjoy the pace that you usually do at this place.
I had to return my drink because the glass was chipped, and 15 minutes later I had to call the manager because my server never came back with my drink. Still love this place, but it was a very disappointing visit.
Our annual New Year's Day tradition is to go there for lunch with friends and family and always enjoy our time there.
One of the best spots in Atlanta. Great service and the food is always amazing.
We made reservations but we still had a 35 minute wait. What was the point of making reservations if we still had to wait?
Service and food were excellent as expected with this type of establishment. The restaurant was a noisy bustle of fun and I loved the dining experience. The salad bar was laid out nicely with good options for starters and the meat was on point as well.
The service was very good and super attentive but not bothersome. We really enjoyed and are looking forward to dining there again soon!
worst experince ever. Made a reservation and still had to wait. Never got seated after almost a 30 minute wait with a reservation. We were told that our names were already called....even though we stood by the hostess the whole time....and that our table was gone. Worst service ever.
In the last 10 years of us visiting this once treasured restaurant has gone steadily downhill.
Fogo is always excellent. The service is superb and the food is always good.
Great experience except a passerby knocked over a drink into one of our guests lap because the walkway was too narrow. table too packed in
During visit only viewed and tasted 5 meats - not due to desire but that was all that was brought around. Good flavor, just did not get what we came for - variety. We did ask for other choices but no one ever brought. Better options in area.
Meats....ok.....but took forever to come to take and when did many times not edible....waiter commented he asked for more servers to come to our section.....did not happen....sad...have been coming for years....space looks great....just understaffed
The server wasn’t happy with the tip that he “thought” I was leaving him. I was standing at the bar to get change, so I could also tip Valet. The server followed behind me stating that it was enough, I received good service I should pay more. I was insulted and embarrassed. The people around thought that I didn’t pay my check. This was my favorite restaurant..not anymore..Never again.
This restaurant (a chain) seems to cater to a dining-out niche looking for fun as much as food. The salad bar (more like a food trough) had a nice selection beyond just "rabbit food" but do I really want a Sizzler-like ambience at $53/person? While the quality of the meats was good, all the meats were over-salted.
Service was an issue. There were 3 of us. We were given 2 menus. When we asked for a 3rd, we were told all the menus are all the same. (Now that's funny, no?) And we had to ask for the wine list. Then had to flag a server who finally took our wine order. A quality Terrazas del los Andes Malbec was not decanted as it should have been, but it was still worth the price. Had to ask for sugar for my double espresso and was finally brought out 3 types of sugar substitutes instead (no cubes, no lemon peel). I drank it "neat". Had to ask for a tawny port twice.
Not horrid; not stellar. I thought it would be a classier experience. Probably better for larger groups celebrating and not paying as much attention to details.
Very attentive to our needs and selection in meats, overall great experience!
Great steak and meats. Service was not that great this time.
Meat, meat, and more meat! Though a little salty, we were not disappointed in the variety of options brought to us. Along with the salad bar, you will not leave hungry!
We went for a birthday dinner. We had reservations, but still had to wait over 20 minutes for a table. The service was extremely slow. Meat took forever to come, then it was over cooked and dry. Our used plates were not picked up when we revisited the buffet. We asked 3 different servers for ribs. Finally, the ribs came after dessert. Too expensive for what it is. I would have preferred walking up to carving stations instead of waiting on servers. Neat experience, but not worth the cost.
Food was wonderful, service was excellent. A little pricey for everyday, but great special occasion restaurant, wonderful birthday experience. $$
This is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta. The service is superb and the food is amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others.
Had dinner here with my family on Christmas Day. Very energetic and food quality and service is always superb
We were having our family Christmas dinner. We couldn’t have been happier. My in-laws were down from Pittsburgh and we wanted to take them to a new restaurant. We honestly couldn’t have taken them to a better place. Thanks so much.
Always an excellent experience we love this place for special occasions like birthdays Christmas
We came for Christmas dinner. The food was great however we did have to notify our waitress more than once that the meat was not coming around to our table like it should have been. I know it was very crowded however, it is important to make sure each table is served.
We went for a late lunch on Christmas Day. Our waiter, Michelle asked us if we had been there before. We both said yes (however it had been years ago.) He explained about the red and green coasters but didn’t say anything about using the tongs to help the servers when they brought the meat and another waiter finally brought plates for the meat. We had to beg for lamb (asked and then waited for a good while.) Meat servers kept going to other tables and many passed us by. We saw ribs being served well after we had finished our meal. If I asked for medium rare meat, they nodded yes and put it on my plate. However, most of the time it was nearly well done. We were not properly attended to.
We enjoyed eating at Fogo on Christmas Day. It was extremely busy but were able to make a reservation and be seated with a moderate wait time. We just ordered the Market Table (salad bar) and enjoyed the variety of salads, fresh fruits and cheese selections. One of the most delicious items was the bacon, brushed with a sweet and peppery topping. We look forward to returning for dinner.
Great for meat lovers. The servers carve the meat table side. They have Sirloin, Filet Mignon, Ribeye and also chicken and lamb. The salad bar was good but slow in replacing items that ran out. The Molton Chocolate cake was delicious and served with whipped cream and ice cream.
Variety of food on buffet seemed limited from previous visits. Was not refilled on a continuous basis. That was the really bad part. Kept going back looking for things and it was always empty. Other service was very good.
Christmas Day dinner with family.
We had a wonderful meal celebrating Christmas Eve. Luke was our waiter and did an excellent job looking after us.
