Our experience was simply awful. One of the worst dining experiences ever. We arrived quite early, 5:15 for a 7:00 show at the DCU Center. At 6:30, one of our party literally had to get up and find the waitress to inquire where our meals were. Finally, 2 out of the 4 meals were served a third came out wrong and the 4th was so late we had to leave without one of us eating. The restaurant comped the meal, but they could offer us 2 more free meals and we wouldn’t return

Sat outside, nice atmosphere. Food was incredibly unseasoned; steak tips smelled a bit off and had no seasoning/flavor. Wait time for waitress to return was a bit longer than desired.

The restaurant needs a facelift, seats were ripped. Service was good. Food was average. Let’s just say next time I come into town I won’t be eating there again.

We arrived a bit early for reservation but we were seated right away. The waitstaff did not rush us and we had an enjoyable lunch, catching up as old friends. Food and drinks were great!

Father’s Day family brunch with 8. Service was great but a bit slow. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was mostly great but waffles and pancakes were bland. The cornbread and maple butter for the table was amazing.

I went on a Monday afternoon around 3:45 pm with a reservation for 4 pm. Service was very slow and the waitresses seemed inattentive although the restaurant was not busy. My guest and I ordered a spiked lemonade pitcher and buffalo wontons. The second wonton we tried to eat had long piece of hair in it, and it took around 15 minutes for the waitress to even come by again so we could inform her. After she took the full plate of food away from us, she still attempted to charge us for the appetizer we did not eat due and rang our pitcher up as open bar that was upcharged by almost $10. This was not our first poor experience and we will not be returning.

First time to Flying Rhino but my guest had been there before and knew exactly what he wanted - "Confetti salad." He seemed to enjoy his meal. I had a club sandwich and was very good. Sophie, our server, was attentive and nice. I would describe the setting as "unsophisticated." Don't mean that as a negative. We went there as Flying Rhino is a sponsor of Holy Cross athletics and that's good enough for me!

Food was delicious but service was not great. Not sure if this was due to limited staff on hand but service was slow and a number of our items did not come out correct along with some added items on our bill.

Place was extremely busy, even though I had a reservation they did not have a table, I had to sit at the bar, where the poor bartender was overwhelmed with taking care of the people at the bar and make big drinks for all the tables. Having stated that, the food and drinks were excellent, you can taste the reasons why they were so busy.
