The food was very good, but appetizers were unusually large. I would have ordered differently if I had known the portion size. The home baked bread and infused olive oil were unique and delicious. Service was uneven and we had several servers throughout the meal. It was hard to know who was supposed to be attending to us. I have been at lunch several times and had a much more consistent experience.

The restaurant for a Four Seasons was let's say quite seasoned. Needs to be updated. Felt like we were in a glorified diner more then a fine dining establishment. People were dressed in anything from jeans to yoga pants, to shorts and t-shirts to dressy. So much for a fine dining restaurant.
Let's get to the food. I had the Yakitori Salmon which was nice, not wonderful. And my lady ordered the Braised Octopus "Carpaccio" which was so overly salted she had to send it back. The Octopus was cooked correctly, the seasoning destroyed it. They sent us without asking a replacement appetizer of Local Burrata. It was very nice but we didn't want it and left half on the plate. Finally, we ordered our main course and both decided on the New Zealand Bone-In Lamb Shank. They cooked them Sous vide and while tender were dried out and ugh had to be returned. However they re-heated it messed it up. We decided to split the Eggplant & Scamorza Espuma which was fantastic. They did the right thing when we got the bill and removed the returned dishes but they did charge us for the Burrata which by that time we were fine with and just wanted to get out of there.
The service was very good and they did try to make things right. How this restaurant got a 4.4 Open Table score is a complete mystery to us. Worst of all it was her birthday and here I was thinking I was taking her to a special place with fantastic food. Complete and total bust. We should have just gone to Angle at the Eau Hotel.

Life changing food! The bread was the best bread I've ever eaten and the presentation was outstanding. Every dish was a flavor explosion! The ambiance was prefect as well. Great birthday date location.

First time back to Four Seasons hotel in a long time.
Restaurant and outside area was really a big improvement since last visit. Food was excellent.
Had Clams Casino for Appetizers, which are to find anywhere these days, and they were Very Good.
Wagu Beef and cioppino main courses were also very good. Wines by the glass, many choices and reasonable prices. Topped off with Coffee and desert that was “different” but also very good. We will definitely be back on next trip to Florida

Very pretty room. Service was fine. Food was simply not as good as expected. I’d eat there if staying there, but wouldn’t go out of my way otherwise.

Food beautifully prepared. Service excellent. The food and service really deserved a more elegant upscale atmosphere. I suspect the room doubles as the breakfast room for the hotel and therefore I understand the reason. Nonetheless, I would recommend an upgrade in the ambience.

The cocktails and appetizers were very good. However, the main courses were very just okay. The portion size for the apps was large while the portion size for the mains were very small. The flavors for the various main course our table ordered were lacking. The waiter (only one for the three tables that were occupied during the several hours we were there) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu; however, he did spend a considerable amount of time chatting with the guests at another table throughout the evening so that we had to wait to get his attention for our needs.

Went for the Flavors of palm beach 2 course dinner for $45.00. An acclaimed international chef Marco Colagreco from France and is the executive chef but not on the premise.

Started with home made bread from his grandmother's recipe, very good served with a ginger olive oil.

For starters, we had the HEIRLOOM TOMATOES & PEACH CARPACCIO with Sicilian pistachios, chives ginger vinaigrette and the LOCAL BURRATA on a citrus salad, coriander, raisins Sicilian pistachio . Both were superb and a nice size portion.

For mains, we tried the AUSTRALIAN WAGYU BEEF with red peppers and house-made shallot vinegar and WILD FLORIDA RED GROUPER with fresh citrus, heirloom tomato, and thyme. The beef was outstanding but we got 2 1" cubes. The grouper was very good but also very small portion.

For dessert, we had the TIRAMISU lemon biscuit, and mascarpone cream, different presentation but very good and the WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE with a yuzu-mango sorbet and mango coulis , also very good.

Maylam, our server was excellent and very attentive.

They had a very nice wine list bu expensive, It's the Four Seasons.

If u have a sophisticated palette, then you might like this resturant. For us folks with simple eating styles this is not for me! each dish had something that overpowered the entire flavor of the dish. The most impressive item was the little poem that is placed on the bread board.

Booked a table after learning the wonderful reviews from the Sun Sentinel and also taking advantage of FLAVOR. Florie's is a beautiful restaurant and we were greeted warmly by Camila who also helped us with our reservations. Table service also was knowledgeable and courteous. We tried the FLAVOR menu with the wine pairing. Food was well prepared and presented.

From the first plate to the last bite of dessert, Florie’s was perfect! The signature bread with lemon-ginger infused olive oil was wonderful and set the stage for what was to come. The heirloom tomato and peach carpaccio appetizer was as beautiful as it was delicious! The citrus dressing was light and very fresh. The citrus flavors were repeated in the burrata, red grouper and even in the mango sorbet white chocolate mousse, making for a truly tropical Florida oceanside experience. Our server, Rick, was so knowledgeable and served each course with details about the origins of the ingredients and perfect wine pairings! Overall a wonderful night!

The ambiance and the food did it: outstanding. Warm, friendly, light, elegant room, perfect food quality. The service was good overall, but it could have been a little bit more attentive and personable; we also seemed to have to wait longer than usual for food and drinks.

Great for a special occasion. Our server was lovely. The General Manager was also very personable. Franklin, who carved Jamon tableside, was great fun. Our biggest complaint would be the chicken/prawn entree... it was an extremely small portion of chicken and the dish just didn't "work".

It was my first time dining at a Four Seasons restaurant. Overall the experience was great. The gestures given to the table were outstanding. Both cocktails and food were prepared perfectly. My favorite item added to the menu was the Red Snapper Ceviche. The only critique I would mention is the recognition. On a few occasions we were asked who we were and it made the experience awkward as we interact with the staff on a daily basis. But the service and interactions as a whole was very positive! Thank you!

Food was not nearly worth the cost. I got Maine lobster and it came covered in a weird olive salsa. Maine lobster should not be garnished with salsa. It’s meant as a simple food best enjoyed with minimal preparation. Like the lobster, almost all the food was unnecessarily complicated. Seems like the chef is trying to do something different for the sake of doing something different, not because it actually tastes better. Service was fine, ambiance was fine but the restaurant is next to the pool and not directly near the ocean, which meant a lot of ambient kids screaming and doing cannonballs while you’re sipping overpriced wine bottles. Not the best experience.

Went for a birthday dinner and everything was wonderful. Service from upon arrival and throughout the meal was impeccable. The sous chef came into the dining area to talk with guests. We received a wonderful amuse bouche from the chef as well as a complimentary, surprise birthday desert. Everything you would expect when dining at a Four Seasons property.

Love this new spot at the Four Seasons. The food was excellent...don't be disuaded by the creative descriptions. The ingredients were great quality, well prepared and presented and delicious! Everything from the bread (with lemon and giner inliciofused olive oil, yum) to the deserts were wonderful. Our server Marcus added to the experience with his enthusiastic explanations and attentive service. We look forward to going back.

Impeccable service and delicious food. I didn't know it was at the Four Seasons and the price is a little higher than usual, but it is all worth it. Knowledgeable friendly staff, that enjoy what they are doing with a smile on their faces. I had a great time thanks to my company and them. We had the octopus, the scampi as starters and they were perfect, but the entrees (New Zealand lamb and Seared Snapper) were just to die for. An explosion of flavors that were unusual to me and perfectly combined. This is where food becomes art and has to be enjoyed. Thank you for a great memorable time. I enjoyed every minute and will be back. No this is not a paid review. I just loved it.

In the past few months, I had the privilege to dine at the Four Seasons in Prague, Istanbul, Milan, and I was truly looking forward to another Four Seasons extraordinary culinary experience. The food and the service along with the wine pairing were exceptional. Kudos to the Florie's Chef and the entire Four Seasons hotel company.

P.S. The server did not inform us of the summer special

If you sit outside, the setting is absolutely beautiful as you are facing the pool and the ocean is behind it. The service was great. The food was mediocre. My expectations where high being that it is a Michellin Star restaurant. The shrimp where so small and pungent. The fish was so basic. I will not be going back

Setting and ambiance are truly superb and put you in a very positive frame of mind at the start. The food is excellent and recipes are unique. So you may be surprised when your dish does not necessarily seem to be what you expected - but you will enjoy it. Kitchen oversight was apparently weak but thanks to the excellent oversight of the wait staff, the problem of poor preparation and coordination of delivery of entrees was resolved and ultimately the entrees were served together, properly cooked and warm without the need for us to say anything.
Apparently they do not have a real espresso machine so the espresso is not what you would expect at a restaurant of this caliber.
Prices are high especially for the appetizers and wines by the glass but, as opposed to other first class establishments valet parking is complimentary. And, given the experience as a whole one leaves with a positive feeling about the experience as a whole and an intent to return for special occasions.
