Carnitas was excellent!

Flores did an amazing job at a cozy outdoor and safe covid environment. They had partitions between each table, cute outdoor lights. Meal choices to make the whole family happy. Oh and their margaritas are delicious. We will be back when they are allowed to re-open.

The queso fundido and carne asada are excellent. The outdoor patio is also festive and has a nice atmosphere at night. I'd definitely recommend Flores.

In these Covid-19 days this was a great experience. It was a cold evening, but our drinks were tasty, the food was hot (and very good) and our server was conscientious --he caught that someone in our group might be allergic to something by the way we ordered and took care to ask.

This time our service was a little slow for getting promised extra chips and an iced tea. Doesn’t mean we won’t be back though.

Flores has become my “go to” for lunch or dinner with best friends or taking folks out that I love. The food is delicious, the service friendly snd the cocktails yummy❣️We were so sad when Flores closed due to covid, but thrilled when the patio reopened, especially with functional heaters. Thank you everyone for making such a delightful place to go and be with people we love💞

Food is not that good for the price. I would say you go for the service and ambience but not for authenticity of the food. Service is great, I had the tacos and the meat was dry.

Carnitas, corn, end of story. Many good things on the menu like the fish taco, pozole, and their trio of salsas but the carnitas and corn appetizer are head and shoulders above anything else.

The servers are a little dopey I think, but are nice enough and get things done. Just wish the drinks came out quicker and they'd clear used plates and silverware more promptly. The table feels cluttered all the time.

We dined at Flores hoping for a varied South American/Mexican menu, but found dishes with an over abundance of LIME in everything. From the margarita to the guacamole to the main dishes, everything was overly flavored with lime. Pleasant staff, and a reasonable outdoor dining experience amidst Covid 19, but the dishes flagrantly flavored with lime left much to be desired. Unless we see the menu change, we will not be dining at Flores again.

Enjoyable outdoor patio, tasty fare and upbeat server. What’s not to love?

Such a beautiful spot for a safe outdoor dining experience (they even have clear partitions). The patio is lovely, with space heaters, lights, and plenty of space, completely separated from the parking lot. The food is excellent, and the staff truly shines. We felt cared for and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Always good food, but wish they’d serve salsa at no cost with meal. I had a carnitas bowl that was a little dry.

I originally dismissed this location because of its mall location. Mistake! Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor seating, delicious food and upbeat waiter. It’s refreshing to encounter someone these days who genuinely appears to enjoy what they do. Thanks for an enjoyable lunch!

Good food and service. Did not like the cold carne asada that was an ad on to a salad. It had no flavor and was chopped up into tiny pieces. I thought I would be getting real carne asada that was warm and sliced. However everyone else at my table enjoyed their food. Excellent non intrusive service. Great place to sit outside and have drinks and tacos. I would return for the simpler entrees.

Very safe and clean place to enjoy an outdoor meal. Waiter was great and very
attentive. Food is delicious and very fresh. Very upscale. They have really made
every effort to keep everyone a safe distance from each other.

Was seated in a cozy private table for two, but would have used at least a candle. Very dark. Chile Relleño was tasteless and lukewarm. Meh...

only my second time eating out since the pandemic started. felt very safe and good and drinks were outstanding. will definitely be back.

Very accommodating service staff! Changed our table upon request, adjusted umbrella and were friendly and professional. Our server / Eduardo (?) was great!. Not our first time there during Covid. They are doing their best in tough circumstances. We will be back.

Tostadas de Cangrejo was delicious! Margarita's were good too.

I love absolutely everything about this restaurant, the food & drinks were delicious, ambience & excellent service. Outdoor patio is beautiful and heat lamps so nice in the evening. Can’t wait to go back!

my chicken tacos came with a bone- could have choked on it- I advised the waiter prior to our bill- nothing was said the bill arrived and was paid- following that the waiter said he'd advised the chef- and that was the end of that- not the way business should be handled- when it can cause harm to the customer-

The outdoor patio at FLores was pleasant and well distanced. Our server was attentive, and other than a little bit of a wait for our main courses, everything was great. The food, which I have always loved in SF, was outstanding. We especially loved the fish tacos and the carnitas which of which we took home half and had enough for two the second night! Good, not-too-sweet margaritas, too!
