Florabella is a nod to the cuisine and wine of Italy, located in the beautiful Rose Park neighborhood of the Garden City. Contemporary Italian cuisine pairs with a curated Italian wine program in a beautiful setting. Design, art and music add to the lush garden setting and encourage everything from family style dinner with friends, to a quick glass of wine and a snack.

Our evening menu, available starting at 4pm in our main restaurant features homemade pasta, pizza, fresh seafood and local eat with a curated Italian focused wine list.

Our morning and afternoon menu, available from 8am to 4pm in our cafe, feature paninis, fresh pastries and artisan coffee, as well as beer and wine.

    The food was really great. Loved the lamb ragu and sea bass. Great apps especially burratta. The panna cotta dessert was amazing especially pared with Vin Santa dessert wine. The waitress was very good, friendly, fun to talk to. We look forward to the next time we eat there. Totally loved it!

    This is a very noisy place. Very hard to carry on a conversation. The service was ok, not stellar. It’s annoying to be charged extra for bread that should actually come with an appetizer that features spreadable cheese. Wine selection is very good. Menu is limited but ok. I wanted to be amazed. Sadly, the experience was a meh.

    We got back into town early, after a little day trip. Our reservation was for 6:15 but we decided to see if they could seat us earlier. They had no problem doing so. The first thing we noticed as we entered, was the massive, beautiful artistic piece hanging from the ceiling. It made everything look so festive and vibrant. We sat at the counter, which looks directly into the kitchen and prep area. It was quite fun to watch the chefs preparing things. Everything that was put out to be taken to the diners looked fabulous. My friend had the Langostino pasta, and I had the sea bass. Both were very good. My sea bass had a wonderful flavorful sauce on the lentils that it sat upon, and I found myself trying to make sure I got every bit of it up on my fork. We shared a radicchio salad, which my friend thought was too bitter. I didn't mind the bitterness, as it had some chopped hazelnuts and shreds of parmesan that helped offset it. Instead of dessert, we each had an Italian Soda, which was very good. All in all, we really enjoyed the meal and decided we want to go back someday to try their pizza, which looked amazing as it was coming out of the kitchen.

    Food was pretty good, portions were a little small on some items and they charge for bread without telling you. Service was very good and pleasant. Overall, I'd give it 3.5/5 stars if that was an option.

    The Sauvignon has been discontinued. We prefer it. We didn't care for the other 2 wines that were suggested. Our waitress didn't seem very concerned with any of our comments. The Black Cod has also been discontinued. I loved it last time & was looking forward to ordering it again. The Rotini had the breadcrumbs so finely chopped that it was like chewing sand in every bite. The first time we went there we absolutely loved every aspect of our experience there. Last night was severely disappointing. After last night's experience it will be a long time before we would go back. We told everyone about how amazing it was from our first experience. Now I would have to say that it was mediocre at best when asked.

    Enticing sounding dishes turned out to be mediocre executions, and loud music made it impossible to hear my dinner companion - and it was only 6pm when we were there. Our server was lovely.

    Food was very good. I was surprised that there weren’t more entree choices. I didn’t think this was a pizza/pasta focused restaurant. There is more variety in the starters/small plates than the entrees. Also I mentioned to the server that it was my sons birthday and also noted this on open table. but there was no mention or any special treatment. I’m not sure why they asked.

    First time at Florabella. We tried a bunch of things on the menu for spectrum. The agnolotti was divine! The custom butter blends with bread were very good. The New York strip was perfect! We tried the lamb ragu and langostino pasta and found both somewhat bland, flavor profiles just seemed off. The Pinot Grigio we had was not great. The vibe was energetic but a tad too loud. And the price was very expensive. Overall I would give this place another try.

    While pasta dishes were tasty (if a bit salty) $25 for a small bowl of pasta and nothing else seemed pricey. A small green salad included in dinner would go a LONG way to make diners feel they weren’t overpaying for simple pasta dish. Service was good and ambiance was nice.

    Fabulous food, amazing atmosphere and knowledgeable service. Would highly recommend the Giovanni Chiappini 2010 Cab & Merlot with the Cheese Board. Their kitchen is willing to substitute items as I asked for a vegetable pasta due to my shellfish allergy. Would recommend making reservations especially for dinner on the weekend. I will definitely be back to try more food and would highly recommend this place!

    Our experience seemed pretty consistent with what I’ve seen on other reviews. Our appetizer was excellent and packed with flavor…. It was the ravioli stuffed with butternut squash, with browned butter, shaved Brussels sprouts, and candied walnuts. The spaghettini was pretty good, great flavor but just a bit small for our liking. The broccole pizza was VERY salty. It had prosciutto on it (already salty) then was topped with flaky salt… would have been good if it wasn’t so salty. Overall, it was good, but not great.

    Absolutely adored this restaurant. Making a reservation was easy and the experience was 5 star from start to finish. All front of house staff was attentive and on point. The food was so good too. Happy to see this beautiful building restored and full of life again. I’m a local vacation home rental property manager and will be adding Florebella to all of our properties guidebooks.

    Best meal I’ve had in Missoula. Best meal I’ve had in Montana for that matter. Decor is on par with beautiful big city restaurants. Staff was a pleasure.

    We had an 8:45 dinner reservation but arrived around 20 minutes earlier. The hostess was able to seat us right away. Our server provided excellent wine recommendations and was present without over- waiting on us. We had the lamb rotini and grilled octopus. The rotini was an upscale comfort dish while the grilled octopus was less conventional but bursting with amazing flavors. We finished dinner with the basque cheesecake. We will be back again!

    It felt like we were dining in Italy! We began with the bursars appetizer, which was creamy and delicious. Then we split a pizza and pasta. The pasta is homemade and the pizza crust is incredibly fresh. Exquisite!

    We were at a round table of 5. One of our party had to leave early. The waitress came to clear our plates, which I appreciate, however, she wedged herself directly between the 4 remaining customers who were having an avid conversation & proceeded to slowly clear each plate. She could have easily utilized the space vacated and not interrupted our conversation at all! Please ask your wait staff to be aware and be courteous.

    We made a last minute reservation yesterday, so counter seating at 4:30pm was all they had available. The counter wasn’t an ideal spot but we assumed that going into it. However, we were seated right next to the heat lamps where the servers pick up their orders when there were other empty seats at the counter that would have been more comfortable. I will say that the plus side of counter seating is that you get to see all of the delicious looking meals coming out of the kitchen and the gorgeous pizzas coming out of the oven. Next time, we will reserve a table. The appetizers were delicious. I ordered the burrata and my husband ordered the carne crudo. I ordered the Mafaldini pasta for my main course and although it was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, the taste was underwhelming. I could taste a hint of lemon zest and pepper, but not much else. I think it was missing salt. My husband ordered the grilled octopus for his main course and it was fabulous. Perfectly cooked, well presented, and the flavors were out of this world. For dessert, we split the Basque burnt cheesecake with hazelnut cream which was outstanding. I’m not usually a big fan of cheesecake but this was absolutely delicious. The cappuccino and espresso were both wonderfully reminiscent of our travels in Italy and we each ordered a glass of Ilaria de Nardi Amarone Valpolicella. It was the perfect dry, full bodied red to go with our meal. Great wine list! The service was very good considering how busy it was. There were a couple of delays with our wine and sugar (meal almost finished by the time our wine came and same with the cappuccino / sugar). However, our server was great. Overall, I think that Florabella is very good. They have done a wonderful job renovating the space which gives it a beautiful aesthetic, and they have well executed menu offerings. We will definitely be back (can’t wait to try their pizzas!) but we won’t be sitting at the counter next time.

    An absolute gem of a restaurant. The service is top notch (employees get paid a living wage by the owner -who woulda thought decent pay would lead to better service?). The salad and pizza we got were some of the best we’ve had anywhere. There is a great bakery and cafe that’s part of the restaurant - you’ll want to get some dessert for sure. Strong selection of wines, including Italian and French offerings. And the prices for everything is very reasonable, especially for the quality. Not a single complaint about Florabella - I hope they thrive. We will be back! Missoula has a keeper here.

    Mediocre, overpriced food. Pasta was overdone and sauce was watery. Appetizers were fresh and delicious, but main courses were all overcooked, with the exception of the chicken - which was good. A little weird that the bench seating is a bit higher than the chairs opposite the bench - so that diners are not sitting at the same level. Overall pretty interior, but noisy.

    We went for an early valentine’s date and had a wonderful time! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and quick and we love the set up and decor. We loved our wine, pasta dishes and both desserts were incredible! The only small critique I would have is that the bread platter was a little underwhelming. We loved the butter flavors, but the plain brown bread didn’t seem very special to be paying $9 as an appetizer. We will definitely come again and saw several things on the menu we will be excited to try.

    The food was outstanding! It was delicious and great portions! The wine was great and they have a wide selection that only they have! Love having a place with special wines! But I do wish they had liquor. A place like this needs espresso martinis, lemon drops and of course Lemoncello. The atmosphere reminded me of places in New York. So it’s definitely different than anything else in Missoula. I suggest trying it out and trust me when I say you won’t leave hungry or unhappy. I left full and wanting to come the next day!

    The ambiance is wonderful, beautiful decor and light and bright. Great wine selection. Entree Plates are small portions, plan on getting something to start. We left hungry. It would be nice to have more side options with this being the case. One of our dishes was a bad cut of steak but the customer service was excellent, they made up for it and were very sweet and accommodating. With any new restaurant they have kinks to work out. But we definitely will be back.

    Perhaps the worst steak I’ve ever had. Full of gristle and I was expected to cut it with the dullest knife. You’re giving a bad name to Oxbow. Desserts were fantastic! Wine list superb.

    The food was all delicious: starters - meat, cheeses and fig spread, bread and special butters like none other, citrus arugula salad, main - steak, pasta filled with butternut squash in an exquisite sauce with a glass of wine - a beautiful red blend. Happy endings: a wonderful shared dessert. Open table showed early time slots still available one day ahead of our dinner and the restaurant filled up with people and pleasant conversation over the course of our stay. I expect we are not the only diners who will share this special restaurant with family and friends over the coming years!

    The menu feels limited and a bit intimidating. We all felt a little "meh" about our dishes. I didn't feel like there were a lot of options if you don't eat meat or seafood.
