   This is our 4th visit to the restaurant. We were surprised on a Saturday night by how empty the place was - really hoping they find their footing as I want this place to SUCCEED! Our pasta dishes were delicious - not sure if the pasta is freshly made but it sure tastes that way (if it is they should highlight that). Our friends commented that it was loud to hear the dinner conversation and hoping they can have some sound panels or something added to help with the loudness as we've heard this from a few friends. The menu is going thru a remake for summer and hoping they add some things as we would like to come more often but the menu is very limited (no chicken or fish on the night we visited) Wine list is ok but would be nice to feature Italian wines but also over some CA and WA wines. We need to make it back to try their breakfast coffee and pastries again. We tried this during their first month or so after opening and the only pastries they had were cream filled brioche donuts (they should hire the baker from Dolce - his pastries could sell in Paris) We are looking foward to coming back in a few weeks after they lock down their summer menu (and fingers crossed that they add some more items so we can be more regular then 1x every 2-3 months)

   The menu was very limited and did not have many healthy choices. The food was good but not outstanding; I expected the flavors to blow us away with the pasta and bread being house-made, but the flavors were just average. I feel the prices are too high for what is really a lot a white flour and water.

   LOVED our experience last week! It was the perfect place for date night! Fun, delicious food, great atmosphere! Our server (Katy) was so sweet, and nailed it with her recommendations! GET THE CARNE CRUDO! I’m still drooling over it! We will be making this place our go-to spot!

   Food was delicious, our server was friendly and the ambiance was great. Only complaint was that we received our appetizer and not 30 seconds later, our main course was plated. We felt rushed to eat and to finish our bottle.

    A simple menu with delicious choices. My son loved the osso bucco, his gf enjoyed the lamb pasta and hubs got a delicious margharita pizza - simple and delicious. My sea bass was cooked perfectly. A little noisy and difficult to converse.

    Have been there a number of times and can say all of the pasta dishes are incredible. The pizzas are also very good, though only have tried two so far. The staff are great and very helpful with wine pairings.

    Lovely spot and lovely place. Food was good. Service friendly. Very limited selection of food and terrible for vegetarians. Had to order expensive dishes without the meat. No salads except for one that was $17. The worst part was that we got seated at the counter which we did not want. Apparently we missed something when making the reservation online. But no offer was made for us to wait for a table, even after we stated we did not want to sit at the counter, and the restaurant was only 3/4 full. Very bummed - it's only a block from our house and we used to eat there a couple of times a month when it was Cafe Dolce. 2nd visit but we'll not be going back, mainly because of the menu.

Our menu is designed to easily accommodate a vegetarian or vegan diet - naturally a few meat-focused dishes would not be suggested. Also, we strive to educate our staff on the options regarding dietary restrictions and allergies and will be sure to communicate with our staff on this.     Tonight was not a good experience. My husband and I sat and waited a good bit before our waitress made an appearance. She did not introduce herself; I had to ask her name on her second or third stop. Kaitlin was our server. Her first question directed our way concerned questions and what food we would like. I had to ask for a glass of wine. It took a good while to get glasses to our table. We placed an order for starters. I was disappointed that the grilled broccolini was not an offering; I was so hoping for something veggie and healthy. I ordered burrata. It was good, but I preferred the former preparation with figs. My husband ordered the house made ricotta with focaccia. We usually try each other's food. I loved the ricotta, the bread, not so much. Not what I expected. My husband ordered the bucatini. I did not try it, but it would not have been my choice. The sauce appeared a bit soupy, not of substance. I love the margarita pizza. When I placed my order for pizza, I specifically asked Kaitlin if I could get dried oregano and red pepper flakes served with my pizza. Well, our food arrived, not served by Kaitlin, but served by Alcy. Kaitlin was not around. I had to ask Alcy to get the red pepper flakes because our server totally dropped the ball. (Actually, Samantha and Alcy filled in with serving us for Kaitlin.) I had ordered white wine to begin, and at about the same time I placed my order for the second course, I asked Kaitlin if I could peek at the menu once more to look at reds. She said she would bring another menu. We waited. No menu. My husband had to get up from the table to grab one from the hostess station. We waited and waited. My husband was headed Samantha's way to ask for a glass of red for me, but Kaitlin finally reappeared. We both felt that our server did her duty, nothing more, nothing less. What a waste of an evening. We loved seeing Samantha and Alcy, however.

    First visit. I used to go there frequently when it was Cafe Dolce. I liked the change. It's a different vibe but very enjoyable. My daughter who is a pastry chef is very picky and we ate every bite. Two salads and shared an entree. Wine suggestions were on point. Go there! You won't be disappointed.

    What an excellent revival of this building. It used to be a VERY loud restaurant. The decor, stunning ceiling sculpture, cloth benches have all come together to make an amazing dining experience! The food was delicious, the service incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Will definitely be back regularly!

    It was my first time eating at Florabella Italian restaurant and the music they were playing was like you were at a dance club with the bass pumping it just totally ruined the vibe of an Italian restaurant experience. I ordered the cod for $30 and it was a very small expensive piece. We were waiting for our bill and the waitress said she was downstairs looking for receipt paper that’s why it took a long time to get checked out. I will not ever eat there again.

    The experience was wonderful. It just took the wait staff a very long time to provide us with our tab. We finished dessert and waited 20 minutes for the tab. otherwise absolutely no complaints. The restaurant is gorgeous. It was incredibly busy which likely contributed to the delay would definitely go back again.

    The remodel is beautiful. The staff is wonderful. Unfortunately, the food, twice now, leaves much to be desired. From the bland dinner pasta selections and the tasteless fish entree (which took the attempts by the chef and finally arrived a full half hour after the 3 other members of our party were served) to the thick, burned crust pizza lunch and minimally flavored arugula & radicchio salad, both sparsely topped, Florabella has, unfortunately, disappointed. This group of friends, save the kind fella who sprung for the group's unappetizing dinner, might give it one last try for, maybe, dessert and drinks in the hopes of finding some measure of improvement. Maybe. Perhaps, we have just been there at inopportune times and given time the food will catch up to the atmosphere and staff.

    Beautiful and unique restaurant. Service was good but not exemplary. The hostess was lovely. The pasta is good but yet again nothing extremely exciting. Their pizza is wonderful. Ossobuco is the best in town. Good wine list. Will definitely be coming back!

    We had a delightful dinner at Florabella with friends. There were four of us; two ordered the same bucatini dish which was delicious. My husband ordered the osso buco which was prepared to perfection. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed joking around with them.

    Great experience overall, but we only got an assortment of appetizers. None of the entrees stood out, but the food we did get was really good and most of all, the dessert was incredible. Definitely made the whole night. The cheesecake is life changing.

    What great do-over for this space! They've added ceiling baffles that really address the echoing that plagued this restaurant space before it changed hands; but that isn't the only thing they have changed. Their menu now is creative and a delight to experience, with a fusion of flavors and textures that don't disappoint. The Italian theme is taken to a new level with made-in-house fresh pasta and new twists to old themes that will have you finishing your plate. The sea bass was also done to tender perfection. The desserts and espresso did not disappoint and ended this meal with our satisfied satiety and plans to revisit and try other dishes. Service is friendly and attentive but not overbearing. We love this new addition to Missoula!

    Great Easter dinner! Noise level was low because we were early and nearly the only ones there. When there are a lot of customers, the noise level is a real distraction.

    My wife and I enjoyed dinner with our daughter and her husband at Florabella, and the Bucatini pasta dish is as good as any pasta dish in Missoula! We really appreciated the effort to keep this iconic building as a restaurant and neighborhood gathering space. The interior design is beautiful - particularly the ceiling centerpiece.
