My only compliant.......I have left a few voicemail messages, but no one is returning my call. I did not realized until next day that the dessert was never served and did not notice if it was on the credit card bill. Every thing was wonderful, but I am disappointed with the lack of concern,

Such a let down. We came here for brunch hoping for good “farm to table” food and a nice vibe. Although the setting is cute with the rooftop garden, everything else fell short. Coffee is limited to the “coffee bar” and which is really just expensive mediocre coffee from a carafe with three options on cream. The menu is limited but the options sounded good. Once we ordered it took almost 40 min for the food to arrive. And we noticed that larger groups around us had their dishes brought out piecemeal so everyone started at different times. The apologetic staff blamed the “small” kitchen. But they shouldn’t be over-promising with a menu they can’t deliver timely. Also, nothing felt farm-to-table. And menu certainly didn’t indicate anything was local or organic. This place could be great if they get their act together but for now big thumbs down.

This was our first visit to Flora. I was interested because it was listed when looking for a brunch, the night before. It is a rooftop restaurant in a hotel. A very nice environment as you walk into the indoor part of the location. Outside the perimeter was lined with a full garden of various herbs and flowers. Wonderfully landscaped. You are on the 6th floor, the view is of the industrial zone of El Segundo with planes coming and going. While you are sitting all you can see are the herbs surrounding you and the long fire table in the center. Our reservation was at 1030am it was quiet and it was nice and over cast. By noon the sun started peeking thru and we left totally enjoying this experience. They did Start playing music at noon so if you are interested. This could be romantic at sunset or evening.

The drinks were good, and the view incredible. Unfortunately, we sat at a dirty table, our waiter saw the table was dirty and scratched off a stain with her finger nail but did not clean the table and instead left it with many stains and crumbs.

A really cute place inside of the AC Hotel. Had dinner reservations and the hostess didn't appear to look or check me in. Asked for indoor seating and there was none. Heat lamps outside were broken and it was too cold to sit outside. Sat at the bar. Bottled water and plates were placed on the bar for us to pour for ourselves and disperse. My dad had the Bahn Mi tacos and I had the chicken flatbread. Delicious. There was live music as well. I would try it again during the day/summer.

This is the first time we stayed at a Bonvoy hotel...we were soooo disappointed with our choice. But this in house restaurant really took the edge of would have been a subpar stay. The ambiance was spectacular, and the food really hit the spot. Ifnwe had room we woukd have ordered more food. The desert selections (2) though were not impressive. Overall we would go back Not for the hotel but just to check out the rooftop bar.

Atmosphere and ambience is great, but don't come hungry, or wanting some “real food”, as they only have appetizers and aren’t affiliated with the restaurant downstairs. Check the website before choosing this location, but menu was completely different than what I saw on the site. Perfect date spot, for drinks and appetizers, thats it!

Arrived an hour and 15 minutes before closing time, service was very slow, waited for probably 15 minutes and no staff member came around to take our drink orders. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. The food might have been good but who knows how long we would have to wait for it. Would not go back again.

Needed a spot for drinks with a friend on a quick layover at LAX. This provided the perfect little spot and respite for him between flights and an opportunity for a great catchup. Thanks to Flora for letting us chill on the roof a few minutes before they opened as well.

Generally I love Flora. The food and drinks are always delicious, and the staff very attentive. Unfortunately this trip was disappointing. The food wasn’t seasoned. One of the items was replaced without notifying us. The drinks were just blah. We had to flag down our waitress every time we needed anything because she simply did not come by. I don’t know what’s going on but I hope it turns back around.

Slow service on a Monday. I read reviews prior that also mentioned slow service, but thought it would be different. We ordered 3 drinks, one chicken flatbread, which was really good, and 2 orders of the flora fries. Was shocked the bill was slightly over $100. R&B music played in the background and the fire pit was nice. Service definitely needs help. We saw the server inside the lobby scrolling on his phone multiple times instead of taking orders. He eventually switched out with a female server who was much more attentive. Probably won't go again based on service

I am excited to have a rooftop lounge/ restaurant near me. Disappointed that the service was not very good. Some of the staff were super nice and caring. But, I made reservations and when we showed up we were not given a table, but told to seat ourselves at the counter. It took a long time for a server to acknowledge us, and then they didn't put our order in until I asked why our food is taking so long. Overall, I hope this place improves. I also hope they expand their menu.

Great place for Happy Hour! Great service! The server who helped us made sure we were ok and not feel too cold outside. She brought the heat lamp close as possible to share as it was already being used by another customer. Also, other servers came around to check on us often.

We had a fun time enjoying cocktails, and with an arrival of 7pm had a great seat for the night. The only negative was the constant scent of weed that would flow through the rooftop. Not sure why people were able to smoke at the restaurant but it was pretty gross when you were trying to enjoy a drink and meeting someone new. Keep it classy, Flora. Don’t think I’ll be returning which is a bummer since the view is so nice. The live musician was also a great add on - we did make our way inside since sitting directly in front of him was way too loud.

Lovely roof top lounge. Tucked away near LAX, yet we were not disturbed by planes flying overhead. Sliders and fries were tasty. We had the Paloma cocktail which was fine. Plenty of parking on the street or in the hotel parking lot. Recommended for summer cocktails and light appetizers.

We tried the Sliders, Rosemary Focaccia, cheese and fruit plate, and the fries. I think out of these, I recommend the Sliders the most. The cheese and fruit plate was nice too. All of the servers were all really attentive and helpful. Shout-out to Stephanie who took care of us the second half of the night.
