We went as a group to Floor 2 for Sunday Brunch. The food was excellent, delicious and well prepared. In addition the service was excellent and friendly, and the décor and view completed the effect.

The food was not warm enough, the corn chowder is very small, the tomahawk had too much fat and over half the weight seem to be the bone. The flavor of both were pretty good. My Arnie Palmer was extremely sour.

A wonderful restaurant BUT I had called ahead to arrange payment for a Thank You dinner for two employees of mine. Despite giving my credit card number as requested, at the end of the meal the staff said they had no credit card number and no arrangements to have the meal paid for. Very embarrassing for the two folks I had arranged dinner for. The restaurant lost my credit card number and embarrassed two people that were supposed to have a lovely experience. Very disappointed.
We had a lovely time! It was clear they were understaffed and everything took some extra time, but it was also worth the wait. The food and coffee were great, the staff was kind, and the space was really nice. We’d definitely return.

We had such a wonderful time dining at Fl.2 for our anniversary. The wait staff was absolutely amazing. Easily one of the best service experiences we’ve had at any restaurant anywhere in the world. The food was very good too…not a once in a lifetime food experience, but the quality was top notch. The handmade burrata appetizer was definitely a highlight. The wine list and drink menu offer a lot of variety; however, the prices are over inflated, well beyond normal restaurant mark up. I understand that this restaurant is a part of a 5 star hotel, but to have the bar beverages marked up 100% to 200% seems a bit exorbitant which is why we’ve rated the value as 2 stars. That being said, we had a wonderful time.
Wait person was a delight. My guest and I both ordered Salmon. Probably not their best dish. Our wait person suggested an appetizer which was a sort of cheese soufflé that you spread on toast and it was wonderful. Loved it. The tiramisu desert need more 'umph', more distinctive flavors. So, great wait person, luscious appetizer, disappointing entrée and so-so desert. At the prices we paid, should have been great.

Ambience is incredible. Enjoyed the unusual foods on the menu. Sunroot appetizer is a must. Our waitress was very helpful and described different food items perfectly.
Jared was one of the best servers we have ever had! Gave amazing and yummy recommendations, had a great sense of humor and worked in a timely manner. The food was fantastic! We’ll definitely be coming back again!
Brought my teenage daughters to celebrate a birthday. We had a wonderful meal and the experience was great. We did note in our reservation it was a birthday but no one mentioned it. The American breakfast was tasty but overpriced for eggs and bacon. Really though we had a fun experience and we’d consider it again.

Absolutely FANTASTIC! Unfortunately we had to arrive late due to terrible traffic. We were still welcome to dine. Additionally, we were not aware of the fact that we arrived 15 minutes before they close brunch (and for the day for that matter). The server was phenomenal and encouraged us to take our time with ordering. We were the last people to leave, and the chef was even kind enough to send out a wonderful dessert-like entree that was extra. This was overall, such a great experience. Will be back many more times and hopefully on time!

Took a very long time to receive drinks/food. One meal was missing the side order, servers misunderstood and brought out a completely different wrong order so had to wait even longer for one of the meals. Restaurant staff worked efficiently for a solution regarding the issue
Terrible service. Avocado toast was inedible and sent back. No one seemed overly bothered that 3 out of 4 of us ate. Would not recommend.
Then atmosphere is great, bright open kitchen well presented good service. We were there for brunch. I travel to Pittsburgh quite a bit for business, this was my 1st time there for brunch and it was well worth it.

The food was amazing. Small portions, but wonderful flavor and presentation. Ambiance was meh and service was spotty. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable, but missing for long periods of time. This might have been a result of staffing issues?
Booked this reservation while visiting the city for a long weekend very last minute and my fiancé and I are so glad we did! From the cocktails to the food, everything was top notch. But the real standout was the service. Our waiter- Jared- was knowledgeable, fun, friendly, attentive, and just a pleasure to meet. This was a great find and a nice little hidden gem downtown.
Highly recommend the burrata for starters and definitely save room for some dessert cocktails.
Great cocktails. Wine list needed some selections less than $90, but what was on it was great. The food was very good, though the steak was small for the charge… like 1/2 the size I expected.

Thank you we had a wonderful meal last night. We were pleasantly surprised at the skill in which the dishes were prepared. We are constantly seeking new dining opportunities and I must say that F2 was one of the more pleasant surprises.
Two observations or that the menu is a bit limited and that while the restaurant was reasonably busy itdid not have a vibrant atmosphere.

Been to this restaurant before and knew what to expect, but this particular evening our waiter, Jared, made the experience memorable. He was super friendly, tons of fun and helped guide our menu choices, which made for a delicious meal. So glad we were seated in Jared's section!

Jared was fantastic. Friendly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It was like being served by an old friend who cared about us and wanted us to have a great date night. Customer service skills can be taught and learned, but his level of customer service was top notch and genuine to who he is aka something you can’t fake. Overall made our night perfect. Highly recommend. Food was good. Wine was good.
