fl.2 is the balance of vibrant and inviting elements designed to create the perfect dining experience. Brasserie-style menu offerings create a fresh and intimate setting.
The menu pays homage to tradition, ensuring the majority of items are house made and locally sourced, and combines these elements with innovative and unexpected preparations with variations of contrasts and textures.
The bar program follows suit and is rooted in fresh ingredients, locally sourced spirits and brews, and small batch estate wines that pair naturally.

The entre was tasty, but nothing exceptional. Menu was extremely limited and the prices were high.
Smash burger was delicious and full of flavor. Eggs Benedict was ok , the hollandaise sauce needed more flavor. Waiter took too long to come back to table had to ask another server to find him.
When we arrived, we were told that we could not be seated until the server was caught up and this would be a 5 minute wait. I was offered a cup of coffee while waiting, which was more like 20 minutes. Every item of our breakfast arrived cold except for the potatoes. My eggs and sausage were room temp, as was my husband's breakfast. The waiter forgot our rye toast and so I had to flag someone down twice to get it. It was barely warm. My husband's toast was burned on one side of each piece and the burned sides were facing down so that it looked fine when served. So, we finished and got our check to discover that we were charged for my takeout, unrefilled coffee that was offered while we waited. Very disappointing to say the least.
The food was very good with a limited menu. The wine list is unreasonably expensive. Overall, a good meal, well served.
We had to wait an extended amount of time for everything throughout our experience there. From waiting to be seated at our table which we had scheduled reservations for to someone getting us drinks, taking our order for food, to getting our check and giving us change. The service was horrible even when we said thank you to the waitress waiting on us, she had no response to us at all throughout. The other tables around us appeared to have the same wait time and sat for a very long time before they even got drinks. We were not offered refills. It was the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant and it’s a shame because the atmosphere was well designed but the service was horrible. My friends nor I will eat here again or recommend this restaurant to anyone.
This was my first time going to Floor 2 and I was incredibly disappointed. I am such a foodie and have been to basically every restaurant in Pittsburgh, and ordered the most expensive entree and got multiple drinks and was underwhelmed by the delivery. The food was simply average. The servers personally were very nice, but the service was terrible; which made us feeling BAD for requesting more drinks, etc. We felt bad they were understaffed and overworked. I don't think that any diner should have to feel guilty during their experience for asking for simple things, and I don't blame the staff at all; I blame poor management.
Wonderful service, food and atmosphere!
Very beautiful hotel and restaurant. Serves was awesome and the food was very good. Alittle pricey, but worth it.
Outstanding! Bartender the best ..very attentive and friendly!
Unique experience with delicious food and drinks !
Fl 2 is always a good experience. The food is is delicious and presented well. Our service was excellent , we could relax and have a good conversation.
French toast and avocado toast were amazing! Great service
Great dinner and location. Staff was extremely helpful.
Not recommending for a date night. More of a friend/family/group setting. Love the decor, food was very good, but service seemed sparse. We waited rather long for our cocktails. They seemed under staffed. That’s why I gave it a 4 and not a 5. Also because of the noise level.
I rarely take the time to write a review, but as picky as I am, I was so impressed w/ our Easter Sunday brunch at Floor 2, that I had to comment. Everyone was so friendly & accommodating, from the moment we stepped foot in the restaurant w/ the friendly hostess, to our amazing & super friendly waiter, Gary to the bartender being so kind, along w/ all the food runners back & forth to our table. Even if the food is good, if the waiter is stand offish or rude, it sadly ruins my experience. I had the quiche 🥧 which was wonderful, my hubby had the lamb shank, which was unique tasting & delicious, my 2 boys ate off the kids menu & had the Croissantwhich 🥐 & lemon ricotta pancakes..amazing!🥞
I was so impressed w/ how friendly & talkative the staff was, even though they sadly were working on a Easter holiday! They even gave us complimentary mini daffodils 🌼 & although overpriced at $5 per kid cookie, the $25.00 kid’s take home cookie kit, I have to admit, had 5 sugar cookies that was so good, even without the frosting nor sprinkles & all the fixin’s added on just yet, until my boys made them later.
We also loved that there was not a limited holiday menu, super expensive price fixed menu nor a buffet only. We were able to order anything off the menu & for all 4 of us, it was reasonably priced! Impressive. We will definitely be back & will ask for Gary to be our waiter!!!!
Excellent all the way around. Felt safe and food was excellent.
Our first time. Food was fantastic. Service was excellent
Just okay. Nothing inspires me to return. Although the bar looked pretty well stocked.
First time here was for Easter brunch and it was sooo delicious. The fresh squeezed orange juice was pricy but well worth it. The pancakes were phenomenal. Excellent service, beautiful restaurant, and the live guitar
music was lovely.
We stayed in the hotel and enjoyed appetizer and drinks the night before and the next morning we had breakfast which was delicious! The waitress we had recommended the appetizer and a special way of making my drink which was superb! Loved everything about it and have missed coming. Many adventures in the city so we will continue to stay and eat with you ❤️
Great place & great food, especially the sunchoke soup!!! Our server Gary was outstanding! Will definitely be back!
Sean was very nice. Always a positive experience here with the aesthetic, food options and staff.
Service seemed over whelmed drinks took over 20 minutes each time we ordered a round
$9 for orange juice. You should be in jail trying to sell me that
The food was amazing, the atmosphere was so modern and relaxing, the staff was extremely friendly. Overall a great experience!
Floor 2's kitchen staff is immaculate. I haven't had a dish or drink that I didn't like. I also haven't had a dish take more than 20 minutes to reach my table. Great food, great staff, will be returning.
Took awhile to be waited on. Food was delightful.
The food and drinks were delicious and the service was great. We had a lovely time
Nice brunch spot. Food was good, service was a little slow. Would definitely go back.
Delicious easy breakfast.
The food option were very minimum but still fairly good.
Our server Courtney was spectacular. We will be asking for her at all of our return visits.
The menu sounded great. The bar area was beautiful and the restaurant was decorated nice. Our waitress was working hard, but was rushed. The pork belly was the driest I have ever had. The entrees were ok, but nothing special. Flavor profiles and textures were missing. I probably won’t go back. It was overall ok, but not a “must see” for visitors which was how it was described.
My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary and had a great experience! Our server was so sweet and knowledgeable. Answered lots of questions with detailed answers and had recommendations if we wanted something specific. My husband got the burger which he said was great and I got the seafood special which was also delicious. Cocktails and dessert were also great. COVID safe service. All around great experience. Thanks Fl 2!
food was cold and mediocre for the price. There are many other restaurants in Pittsburgh with way better food for a lot less money. I wouldn't recommend this place at ALL.
My friends meal was too salty. I had the short rib meal. It barely had any meat in it. It definitely was not worth it.
The bar area was awesome! The bartender and server were excellent. I wish I hadn’t wasted money on dinner!
Amazing food ! Great service! Didn’t like the open environment or the table they put me at put food and service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced
My friends and I love Fl. 2! The cocktails are so good, and the space is so nice. The food is pricey, but I think that’s to be expected.
Great restaurant - we will definitely be back! A real Pittsburgh gem.
The Valentines Day tasting menu was fantastic. It provided such a fun experience to a delicious meal. Our server, Gary, was helpful to answer our questions and gave excellent recommendations. Would absolutely dine again!
