I had a first date with lady who was breath taking on this night. To me everything was in place and made for a perfect first date; the lighting was set right, cleanliness was good, noise level was perfect although there was not many patrons there, the food was delicious. Everything enabled me to spend full attention to the lady I was with and our conversations.
The waitress was attentive and even commented on the two of us making a nice couple together. After dinner the same waitress complimented us again and offered to take a memorable picture of us when we told her it was out first date.
I recommend Floor 2 to anyone reading and hope they have the same experience.

Velley $13?not sure why that high.our weitres told us the wrong special.(17oz rib eye) it 17oz prime Rib.so being my husband not a big complainer he decided to keep it and when he took a bite it was cold! So had to return it.our weitres was sorry and ask if my husband want something else,so he order the ny strips.his meal arrive and we both thought that the meat was blahh.but his veggie grill were good.the kale was also good.my salmon was ok.my cocktail was good.sad to say we won't be recommending this place.

Second time visiting Floor 2, this time for brunch. First and foremost, I give them kudos for the Covid 19 measures. Masks, envelopes for your mask while dining, and sanitiser at the host stand. Clean tables. Silverware (wrapped in cloth napkins) delivered with your meal. All staff in appropriate PPE.
The rest of the experience was middling, at best. The service was dreadfully slow. At one point, at the end of our meal, our waiter was missing in action for 20 minutes. Thanks to the overhead mirror set-up, you have a great view of the kitchen if you’re sitting in the area where we were. We could see our meals sitting on the kitchen counter for quite some time. By the time they were delivered, every one of our meals was warm, at best.
The food itself was okay. The temperature aside, everything was reasonably tasty. We were, however, quite surprised at the small portions. We ended up having to order extra food.
I really wanted to like this place, but after two mediocre experiences, I think the window has closed.

The food was very good and we enjoyed the atmosphere.
Server was overwhelmed since he was the only one serving. BUT he still was attentive and a great waiter. Can't wait to be back!

Always an innovative menu. Even routine dishes have an unexpected flair. I love the creativity the chef uses to bring out palate punching flavors. The value is outstanding as well. Truly one of the best bangs for your buck in the 'Burgh for upscale dining in a relaxed atmosphere.

Food and ambience great as usual, and also there was great social distancing and we felt very safe
The design and layout of the restaurant plus the online menu images are deceiving. Most of the items photo’d are not available on the menu. The 5 entree’s they do offer are a bit underwhelming. The best thing we had was the Cesar salad. The steak was cooked properly but the meat was of a less than stellar grade, gristle throughout and it was under seasoned. Wait staff seemed very new and not that of a higher end establishment. Seemed like our waiter had never corked a bottle of champagne before, he jumped and made an noise when it popped. At least it was reasonably priced for what we got. They have some work to do if they want to compete with some of the other fine dining in town.
This is the best Brunch in town! Can't wait to go back when I visit Pburgh again!

Had reservation had to wait 15 mins. Was out of dessert. Had to wait another 15 mins for drinks and not to mention waiter took 10 mins to greet us. We had reservations at 8 didn’t place order for dinner until 9. Lots of waiting. Food was good
Our second time eating here and we loved it both times. There is a limited menu currently, due to the pandemic impact, but they maintain a good selection. A lot of thought and attention is paid to maintaining social distanced seating as well as cleaning and personal hygiene.
Small menu. Decent drinks. Waited over an hour for our meals, arrived freezing. Overpriced and likely would not go back for food. I would only return post covid when I could enjoy a signature drink at the bar.
Drastically over priced. Food tasted good but was nothing an average cook couldn’t make themselves.
Quiet due to Covid restrictions. Excellent service and food!

We had a great dinner
Wonderful food just a bit too salty for our taste
Beautiful space, lackluster food. Pork belly was dry and greens on chicken entree were army green and mushy, as if they came from a can. Cocktails were very good but extremely over priced. Our server/bartender didn’t have much a personality but our needs were met and so I can’t really complain about the service. We felt safe due to social distancing and COVID precautions being taken seriously.
Overall, not impressed but would consider trying for brunch to see if experience was different.
I can’t even begin to explain how absolutely awful this was! I know with covid menus and dinning is limited. We were sat at our reservation time. The service was good. The food was BY FAR THE WORST FOOD. I ordered the “chicken club”. It was a chicken salad sandwich with tomato on it. The first bite I took had a chicken bone in it. My husband got the steak that I’m 90% sure they cooked in the microwave it wasn’t even seasoned. 😂. With a side of instant mashed potatoes and over cooked asparagus. He also ordered both the deserts that we waited for over 20 mins. We we’re then told “the kitchen was behind and they’d bring them to our room whenever someone would be available to bring them to us”. Once they arrived they were ok. I highly recommend waiting till after covid to try this place out in hopes they pull it together.
The food looked and tasted great, however there was not much of it. The service and value were not up to the standard they should be for the beautiful hotel and price of the food and drinks.

Food and service were very good. Noise level was very high. Too bad they changed the layout from when it was the Habitat which allowed for a quieter ambiance. Probably will not return as we can go elsewhere which is much quieter for a good meal. Too bad they messed it up.

Everything was excellent, except our service. Took almost 10 minutes to get greeted & get water. Had to ask twice for a beverage. Our waters sat empty most of the meal until we flagged someone down to refill. Watched our food sit in the window for quite some time before another waitress realized and brought it over. But otherwise-Food was great. Ambiance was great. Drinks were very good.
Expensive and you just okay. Overall, it was a very disappointing meal. What perhaps set off my dissatisfaction was to poor wine service coupled with the wine being way overpriced. I completely understand that there’s going to be a hefty markup, but this restaurant takes it to a blatant extreme. Here’s a nice example: the menu lists Penfolds 389 for $13 a glass (a very good price ... if true) but instead what is served - without any attempt to note the error - is a much inferior Penfolds Max’s, which retails for about $20 a bottle. Poor showing!
I should be clear that my poor rating is not due solely to that frustrating wine experience. The food was just okay, which translated to disappointing when taking into account that it’s expensive. I just can’t recommend this place.
