The service and staff were fantastic. They made our birthday dinner so wonderful and we will definitely go back again!

Slow to no service. We received our initial drink request and then our group was never checked on again. We stayed about an hour, maybe a bit longer waiting for service then requested our tab and left.

We ordered the pork belly tocos, seasonal salad, and barbacoa tostadas. Everyone of these entres was amazing. The cocktails were unique and delicious also. I woyls nowt definitely recommend Floor 13!

Service was excellent. We had pork street tacos and they were okay. Pork was a little bland. Food a little pricey but drinks were good and priced about what Phoenix charges. Rooftop was nice but the views were meh since there is a lot of construction in downtown Phoenix

It's a lil warm to be out there during summer. But overall the views are great and the drinks are good. Definitely more enjoyable in colder weather

It was okay. Service was fine. Food was fine. Nothing special but also nothing bad. Only thing I really didn’t like was that an 18% gratuity was automatically added to my bill and I was still asked to tip (I only had a party of 2, so it wasn’t because I had a large party)…so that was uncool.

Not at all impressed. Made a reservation for after the D-backs game as we were staying in the hotel. Party of 2 and was given a table for 4 in the middle of the patio while there was empty seating all around the outer areas with a view. Service was slow and drinks were too sweet. Ordered a drink that came with a cinnamon stick which was burning but it didn't have a pleasant cinnamon odor, just like a smoldering fire. Probably would have stayed longer and tried something else if it wasn't for the poor seating area.
