You won't want to miss out on the pollo villagio make with fresh sauteed chicken, roasted peppers, onions and fennel pork sausage tossed in tomato sauce and served over pasta. The full Floga Bistro menu includes antipasti, zuppa, pasta, hearth baked and gourmet pizzas, specialty sandwiches, panini's and burgers. A bambinos menu is available for the youngest guests.
The food selection was extensive-from appetizers to dessert. Our server was very helpful with recommendations & explanations. We had a hard time deciding on what to order so with the recommendation of our server we ordered 2 salads & 2 paninis & 2 piadinas & shared everything. We loved everything!
The lobster ravioli and short ribs are great
This was our first time eating breakfast at Floga Bistro. Our waitress, Joanna, was friendly and very sweet! For drinks, Mom had coffee, which she liked. I had water, and Dad had orange juice, which he enjoyed. Dad and Mom both ordered the Floga Special, which they enjoyed. Both of their Specials came with crisp bacon. Dad had his with scrambled eggs and French toast, and Mom had hers with her eggs over easy and pancakes. I ordered the Eggs Benedict , which was yummy! It was two poached eggs with Canadian bacon on a toasted English muffin topped with Hollandaise sauce and served with home fries. It was a nice, quiet atmosphere and not too crowded. We are looking forward to trying more yummy food again soon. Thanks, Floga Bistro!
Server was cheerfull and pleasant but not overly attentive. Food was very good and was pleased they allow vegetables to be substituted for pasta. Server did seem to get lost when we needed to get the check since we had a reservation to get to. Overall a good experience.
There were 8 of us and food and service was outstanding. Separate checks for each couple without complaint. We’ll be back!
I've been to Floga several times in the past and was satisfied.
However, this time, the food just wasn't up to par.
Overall I like the restaurant. This time I ordered a seafood pasta dish whci I found disappointing. It was mostly pasta, and very bland in taste. Origianlly I was going to order a salad or pizza, but decided to go with the waitress suggstion. The appetizer (Calamari) was delicios as was the desert (lemoncello pie). I would go back but would not order that dish.
We love Floga. The service is always outstanding. They have added a few new things to the menu, which were very good. As always it was an enjoyable experience.
Excellent service and excellent food. The chef accommodated changes to the recipe, which allowed us to have a seafood dish with red sauce.
The food is very fresh, well cooked, and beautifully presented. The tortellini was so delicious, rich, with fresh tasty broccoli and mushrooms. The salad is fresh and full of bright veggies and lettuce. The dressing is very tasty. The bread and olive oil are full of rich flavor.
Excellent service and excellent food. We ate here on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night.
Excellent service and excellent food. So good in fact we ate there Thursday and will be eating there again on Friday.
Know that this is a BYOB location. The food was fine but nothing unique. It was convenient to our hotel and acceptable all round.
Excellent classic Italian food with interesting specials. The service is always very friendly and attentive.
Highly recommend the seafood pasta dishes.
Had brunch at Floga Bistro. I had eggs benedict, partner had mushroom omelet. Both were very good, generous but not huge portions. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Setting was nice if a bit Olive Garden-y / fake Tuscan...but it wasn't distracting or awful. I would definitely go again and would like to try dinner there.
There must be a new chef. My favorite dish, penne puttanesca, was not very good. It was always my go-to dish at Floga. I will have to find another dish-of-choice now. :-( I guess I’m going to be eating pizza.
Very nice, great service, reasonably priced items.
This was our second time dining at Floga Bistro due to its proximity to Longwood Gardens.
Our reservations were for 6pm, and while we were seated right away, it did take some time before our server came out. Outside of that, she was friendly and very attentive. Out of the 8 meals that were ordered, only two were not good. Both of these meals were pasta and unfortunately smothered in a tasteless sauce; one being the Penne Putenesca, the other a Bolognese.
Enjoyable lunch with my friends service was excellent food worth the price.
Floga is our favorite restaurant in our local area. We chose Floga for our Mothers Day breakfast this year. The restaurant was full by 9:30 but there was a comfortable amount of conversation minus noise !! which is very hard to come by. They offered a buffet for this occasion but we opted instead for fluffy Mediterranean omelots that were beautifully prepared with luscious ingredients and served alongside crispy potatoes and a slice of crispy toast. We brought our own champagne and our server brought orange juice and champagne glasses for mimosas. Service is always personal warm and perfect. Five stars all the way fir this hidden gem!
Attending this restaurant was a recommendation. I would return here as well as recommend it to others.
Great breakast and good value. Eggs and pancakes were delicious.
We love going to Flogas. Their food is consistently great. They may not be as “hip” as some of the new places with a bar, but their food is much better.
Flora offers tasty dishes at reasonable prices. Their rolls are our downfall, we could eat a dozen. Salads are large with a good selection of dressings. The house dressing is very good. They have just updated their menu.
Very good Italian food for a reasonable price. Our waitress was very attentive. It was fairly quiet and we liked the fact that there were no T.V.s and music blaring while we ate. I accidently gave them a coupon which had expired and the waitress still gave us the discount.
Had the shrimp scampi. Shrimp was cooked just right as well as the pasta. Caesar side salad crisp and perfect size. Service was great. Can’t go wrong here, always have a good meal.
Good food good service reasonable price
It was a nice casual restaurant. My Italian husband was hoping there could have been a bit more flavor in his meal. The desserts were delicious!
Our server Neil was very friendly. Had a reservation and got seated right away. Nice selection of specials.
The seafood over linguini and eggplant parm over fettucini were very good. Friendly service and reasonable prices.
This was our first visit to the Bistro and the food and ambiance was wonderful. My husband and I have found a new restaurant to visit. Next time we will be sure to bring our bottle of wine.
My second visit at Floga Bistro. The last was shortly before Christmas, and it was really packed. Eating there on Thursday, I wondered if it was still as popular. It wasn't packed with customers, but for a week night, it was about half full. The wait staff was very accommodating. The food selections were fine. The food was served nice and hot. When I'm in the area, I will enjoy their food again.
Our favorite place to go, especially for breakfast. Great food and not crowded. Stacey is wonderful!!!
This is the 2nd time we've been to Floga, and both times our entree lacked flavor. The salad was great, made especially good by their house dressing. We had a party of 6, and the ambience (including low noise level) were perfect for us. Also liked BYOB.
Very pleasant waitress with a great personality!!
The food was delicious & service was just fine. But there was no soap in the ladies restroom, a big concern to me.
Everything was good - waitress got a little snippy towards the latter part of the evening.
Great food great staff
Local Italian BYOB restaurant with a variety of menu options and daily specials. The other thee diners at our table enjoyed the Veal Piccata, the chicken special served with rice, and the Angus Beef Burger. I don't recommend the Floga Special Panini - it was not as flavorful as I had hoped and all paninis are served on a warm Ciabatta roll, not grilled. I did enjoy the house made chips.
Excellent Food & Service, we did not know it was a BYOB.
