   They no longee take Open Table reservations, which we weren’t told until we arrived. Poor customer service. Food took forever and came out cold.

   It’s not what it used to be. It’s been a few years since I have been here for dinner. The ambiance is more like a Cheeseburger Bobby’s. Use to be much nicer and felt more like a boutique. The service however was on point and the food came out in an appropriate amount of time.

   Overall it was good. Burgers were awesome. Service was great. The AC didn't appear to work and as although there were portable cooler blowing air, it was still a bit warmer than my comfort level.

   Great food! Really good burgers! Had the same waitress, she was great again. Ambiance fits burgers.

   Food and service were great! I dined in the restaurant twice over the past week (lunch and dinner) and each time the food and service were outstanding.

   Good selection of toppings. Fun shakes. Nice sides (best part of meal). Ambience trying to be cool but a bit too forced. Red wine served too warm - for $12.50/glass. Burgers lack flavoring and a bit over cooked. Service was fair - about the same you’d expect at a chain like Applebee’s. The “make your own burger” was offered as an option if we were “picky”

   The turkey burger was grilled to perfection. It just didn't get to my table fast enough. The taste surely did make me overlook the wait. My husband and I were even greeted by the kids in the booth next too us. Who I wasn't an issue for us. Little hellos and shy waves are always welcomed. I will suggest this as a nice casual date night for anyone. Outdoor seating also looks inviting.

   Really enjoyed the farro and quinoa salad with chicken, and LOVED the roasted cauliflower with feta and capers. AC wasn't working, so it was stuffy, but will definitely come back.
