Great! Everyone working did a perfect job!!!!!!!!!!
Great food, great service, no idea how I havent been here before! Don't skip dessert!
My husband and I have been wanting to visit Flint Creek Cattle Co. for some time, and I am happy to report that our experience lived up to our expectations. Service was great from the time we walked in the door, and the timing of our drinks/meal was perfect. Highly recommend the cocktails- the Western Sun was refreshing and delicious. I had the roasted boar shoulder with gnocchi, and my husband had the pork chop with grits. Both dishes were excellent, and I really appreciate that FCCC sources a lot of their meat from WA.
I was a little disconcerted with how close we were all sitting. I felt like social distancing wasn’t being followed. Also, one of the bartenders was not wearing a mask while preparing drinks.
FlintCreek Cattle Co. is an excellent restaurant! Durham Ranch Bison Hanger Steak is our favorite and highly recommended dish.
A+ experience. Pork was cooked perfect. Will definitely be back
The food here blows us away every time! Everything is perfectly cooked and flavored.
Love flint creek! The food, drinks, and service are all excellent. We felt very safe with the precautions they’re taking.
Great food and great drinks. Had the Salmon, mussels and Filet Mignon
Dessert was amazing
Missed Flint Creek so much! Happy to be back. Food was great, safety protocols were observed. Service is always good.
Food was absolutely delicious!!!!!
Everytime we have been there we have been seated up stairs where there is NO atmosphere. We won’t be going back again. Don’t appreciate always given a crappy table...bye bye!
Great selection for covid menu. Paired flavors that you wouldn’t normally think would go well together but ended up being delicious!
It was wel worth
Things are obviously a little different right now with Covid, but the service was great as was the food!
I always love this place. Great ambiance, delicious food and cocktails, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Superb food, excellent value. Service was a little rough, though. Probably just the coming back from Quarantine.
One of our favorite responds and so happy they were able to re-open with modified Phase 1. Still a great experience from start to finish, especially considering what everyone has been going through.
My friend and I had a great experience
What a great experience for our 1st meal out in 3mos!!!! Throughly lovely.
Wonderful first time experience. Hanger steak and wild boar were fantastic.
Lovely service and fabulous food! Never disappoints - and it's so good to be able to patronize FlintCreek again:-)
Everything we ordered was amazing.(3 of us) The dry aged steak was sooo tender!
This is probably our favorite restaurant in Seattle. Love the ambiance and creative food options. Great cocktails and dessert.
We went there for our 2nd anniversary dinner the same day they opened after the shutdown. Perfect choice!
The service and food, from appetizers, sides, steaks, and dessert were fantastic! Such a pleasurable food experience! We definitely recommend the squash, grits, carrots, sausage, steaks (no need for steak sauce or horseradish here), and the banana split dessert were all scrumptious!
Overpriced for sure, and the service staff is amateur at best. It looks like a freak manager hired a bunch of their freak friends to work the floor. Openly conversating while customers wait, on their phones, etc. Also, the "bartender" doesn't know how to make basic drinks, and doesn't bother to google recipes, just makes them wrong...in 2020?
We came with another couple on a quiet Tuesday night, but FlintCreek was actually busier than expected. We had a few drinks first, as we weren't in any rush, then ordered the squash with burrata and lamb tartare. Both were exquisite. We also ordered a few steaks, the lamb neck, and the duck confit, accompanied by sides of carrots and brussel sprouts. It was a feast, but so good we finished every last bite. This was our second visit to FlintCreek and perhaps even better than the first. Highly recommend.
Great food and presentation and not too loud! Creative options for vegans vegetarians and meat eaters.
Wonderful restaurant and the food was well worth the price. Definitely be back again
Great take on the traditional steak house. The food was very good.
My steak was far over cooked. Everyone else’s was wonderful. All sides were perfect.
Awesome culinary experience!
Their small plate selections are worth a try. We ordered grilled baby eggplant, which was very unique in taste, glad we ordered it. We also ordered the house ground Beef Kefta. We highly recommend trying this dish, it was fabulous!!!!
For main dish, we shared 21 day aged Filet Mignon with caramelized Brussels sprouts. Which turned out to be excellent as well.
We ended our meal with molten chocolate cake as per our server... great choice!
Overall, it was a great experience. Except for the parking, which was a bit challenging and the next time we will try getting a table downstairs 😀
Very "energetic" ambiance on a Friday evening made conversation a challenge. This was more than compensated for by the food and service. The hangar steak was delicious and prepared beautifully, the sides of brussel sprouts and carrots were equally well prepared, and the IPA was cold and delicious. We'll go back.
Our server had the bluish green hair and she was amaaaaaazing!! Every bite was to die for!!! Loved every minute of it!
We had a delicious meal on Sunday. The only complaint is that it was at least 10 minutes before we got water, and even longer before someone came to table so we could order drinks. Once server did arrive, she was great, drinks and food came in a timely manner and we had a wonderful tome. We will be back!
Overall it was a fantastic experience. The food was great - the 32 oz wagu dry-aged rib chop was fantastic and prepared medium rare as we requested, the carrots side dish was the hidden gem, and the starters were great too. Drinks were tasty, expensive as they are in Seattle. Ambience was very nice too. Chatter was constant but never felt like we had to raise our voice, the music was barely audible without conversation.
The food and service were great. My group did not like the bloody Mary's. They had an odd flavor. I recommend taking that off the drink menu. Other than that, great spot!
Our wedding anniversary is Leap Day...and we chose to spend our once-every-four-years night at Flint Creek. It was our first visit and it was outstanding. Sure--it's a bit loud but the food totally makes up for it!
