Our dinner experience was great as we were pleased with both the attentive service provided by the wait staff and quality of the food and beverages. The catfish breading was light and crispy and we particularly enjoyed the carrot cake.
Very nice upscale dining experience. Terrific food, excellent staff, and elegant ambience. Great for a date night or special occasion. Moderately expensive, but within reason.
great food and a reasonable price. Outstanding service
Great food and ambiance. Will be back and recommend to anyone.
Outstanding service. Really interesting food choices )and tasty too) and drinks were awesome. Great selection of bourbons. Now my go to place in OKC.
Flint is elegant but not fussy. The service is always first-rate, and the food delicious!
Got to Flint 15 minutes before our reservation and was seated right away. We were seated in the back area which was very quiet. Found it interesting that they asked if we were celebrating anything and it was my birthday, yet did not do anything. We did order dessert but a chocolate covered strawberry or something special would have been nice or just don't ask if your celebrating anything. The food and service was superb and very clean.
Flint was a great experience! We'll definitely be back!
The wait staff was very attentive and the food was great. We will dine again.
The staff are amazing. Thank you for the wonderful time.
Exceĺlant service. Due to New Years eve, Flint had fixed limited menu. They steak although great flavor was not as tender as one would expect.
Disappointing. Service was quick. Server was friendly, but just did what was necessary. Food quality was poor, and not executed well. Quality was what one would expect at a casual family dining restaurant, but more than twice the price.
My mother and I each ordered the black angus ribeye. They both came out looking and smelling amazing. They both had a great flavor.
My ribeye was wonderful: perfect amount of fat for flavor, no tough parts at all. I left about a spoon size of fat on my plate.
My mother’s ribeye had quite a bit of connective tissue, which led to leaving about a half cup or more on her plate.
Other than the different cuts we received, the flavor, temperature, and sides were amazing. Our waitress was wonderful, and the restaurant itself is great. We have visited Flint for several years and will continue visiting.
The food itself was average overall. The BLT Salad with Salmon was very good. The Braised Short Rib Quesadilla not so much. Our server was outstanding.
Took my lady out for a belated Christmas dinner here at Flint. The service was incredible and the drinks we had, superb. The food ran a little slow but it was well worth the wait as it was delicious. It is a little pricey but a perfect date place nonetheless. I will be returning for their amazing looking brunch, and I recommend Flint.
Ambiance was good. My wife steak was good, but my order was terrible. I ordered some brisket, was very dry and asparagus was so oily. I couldn’t eat my food at all. Told server about it, and she offer only if I needed to get something else, after we already shared my wife’s meal.
I declined the server’s offer because we were getting ready to leave, but she didn’t offer a refund at all. Was charged the full price. This was first time there, but didn’t appreciate food at all.
Food was not that great, food came out at different times. One person in our group of 6 had to wait for his food 15-20 minutes after everyone else was served. I won’t go back and do not recommend eating there!
A wonderful brunch!
Everything was great! Waitress was outstanding! See ya next time!
Good food, great service and the hotel is beautiful.
We had a reservation for 1230, the meal took a hour to arrive 130pm. One entree was not correct, everyone was finished with their meal at 2pm and the last meal was still yet to arrive. The server was very nice and continued to express to us that the kitchen was the issue. Food temperature was warm at best. The mashed potatoes were starting to separate and were very watery.
Hard to recommend.
After an hour of waiting we had received a total of one iced coffee and one mimosa for our 4 top. Our waiter was nowhere to be seen. No manager as far as I could tell was anywhere on the floor. I don’t have any idea why it was so awful. I worked in fine dining for 20 years and have never had a worse experience. I threw down $20 and left. So very disappointing. Was expecting a festive pre-holiday brunch with friends who came up from Dallas. Instead we had to leave hungry and go to another restaurant to get actual food. Unbelievably disappointing.
First time to Flint for a work Christmas party. My husband had the ribeye and really enjoyed it and I had the blackened fettuccine which was just ok. The service left alot to be desired. The restaurant was half full and after we were seated it took someone 20 Minutes to take our beverage order. They forgot to bring my salad and forgot drinks throughout our dinner.
Celebrated my Mom’s birthday in grand style! It was a family affair with four generations in attendance. First time visiting and the ambiance, food and service were fantastic. We’ll be back!
The Dips Trio was excellent. The entree of blackened chicken fettuccini and blackened pork were below average and not worth their price point. Sent my meal back for only the second time in my life. The booth was not completely cleaned when we were seated. Satisfied with the service but the quality fo the entrees were disappointing.
Great ambiance, fantastic service, and very good food that's not priced over the top. The dip trio is an excellent appetizer and the mac and cheese is delicious.
We waited at least 30 minutes before anyone came to our table, despite there being few patrons. The food was slow once ordered, the chicken and salmon were dry, and no one refilled drinks. When asked about dessert, the waitress said she would bring a sample. Instead she brought one small dessert (on the house, which was nice) but with only one fork (5 of us at the table) and no one else had the opportunity to order dessert.
I booked for 3 with 2 friends. The service and attentiveness to our needs was excellent. The food served in a timely manner, but I found that most, if not all the dished were seasoned with too much salt .
The bartender helped me with my wine choice and could not have been nicer.
I like this location and have dined here in the past., Flint is a nice place to eat and I was happy to find the valet parking was complimentary.
We had a great time at Flint! Such a pretty restaurant with great food, service, and ambience. Our server was very kind. It was a date night for us and to celebrate my husband's birthday. We really enjoyed the food and would recommend it to others. We also saw lots of groups there so it would be a great place for a larger reservation as well. My husband's cocktail looked yummy, I was able to get some hot tea since I'm pregnant. They also accommodated my request to not sit at a high top but every table there is a great spot around the restaurant!
I love the service! Erin was so sweet and made my event beautiful. The manager was also nice. I will go again.
Great ambiance - festive atmosphere-our favorite" happy place"
The appetizers were fair at best however the main courses we had were delicious, cooked to perfection & well presented. They also have a nice wine list.
Otis the server was fantastic and very attentive.
The entire experience was great. All staff members were personable and kind. The lighting and atmosphere were great to make it not too noisy inside. Overall great experience!
Found about Flint through OpenTable and it was a true hidden gem. We dine downtown/midtown very often but never even saw this place. We got very lucky with Kevin as our server. He’s fantastic. Super personable and knows the menu like the back of his hand. Wish there were more servers like Kevin out there! I don’t throw this type of stuff out often but they might have the best macaroni and cheese and old fashioned in OKC.
Excellent experience - fresh, delicious food and beautiful setting.
It took awhile to get a bottle of wine to the table and then awhile for the food to be made. When the food did arrive, it was luke warm like it had been sitting awhile. The chicken was dry and was only seasoned with salt and pepper. The pork porterhouse had a good flavor, but the cream corn highly lacked. The restaurant itself didn’t feel or look that busy, so it was curious that it took a long time to finally eat. Our server was nice, but overall, he was not that personable or highly knowledgeable about the menu. Will not return.
Normally the food and service are great. Service struggled a bit tonight.
Nice ambiance right from walking in and excellent service from start to finish. Creative cocktail menu, every one we ordered was on point. The best Mac and cheese possibly anywhere I have been. Overall broad menu to cover any palette. And a very nice dessert sampler to finish up. Definitely wi be back if travelling through OKC again.
It was busier than expected but it was also a thunder game night. Mekhai (sp?) was our server and was very attentive and knowledgeable with great recommendations. The food was a little slow coming out but it was VERY busy, and quite honestly the food was soooo delicious that it was worth the wait. The seared statler chicken was amazing, sweet potato fries were wonderfully seasoned and crunchy, mac and cheese was rich and creamy, and the oaxacan cocktail was one of the best drinks I’ve had in town.
