Waitress seemed distracted and wanting to be elsewhere. I always start with a potential 20% tip and work my way down. She ended up at 10%. Try smiling and at least faking enthusiam!
Wish waitress would have given us the real wine list...gave us the “house wine list” or so she told us after we saw great selections on the way up to our room at hotel. Wow, would have loved to known since I asked for WINE LIST. Everything was mediocre....
Always enjoy Flint. The service has improved so much and the food is good. It has become a go to place for business and social.
Flint is always wonderful and the staff is phenomenal.
The food was cold. The 3 egg omelet was less than 2. It took 45 minutes from order to receiving the meal. I really expected more. Quite disappointed in the brunch.
We had my mothers 70th birthday brunch here. They took such great care of us—all 10 of us! Our server Ashley was very attentive and took care of everything we needed. They even put our cake on a plate for us and provided a knife and lighter to light the candles. The manager was also very accommodating and friendly. The food was wonderful and priced well. Highly recommend!
Food was okay, nothing spectacular. Waiter was very friendly and manager came by the table after we sent one order back for additional cooking. Took an hour to get breakfast for 4 of us. Not as good as we have experienced at Flint in the past.
Amazing food and drinks! We will definitely be back! Thanks for making my birthday dinner special!
Great food and the staff was friendly and attentive. Good for before the Thunder games
A good meal, but rearrangement of tables puts everything closer to the very intense sound of the bar. Some nice tables for 4 replaced by high chairs. Good wine list, price too high, like most restaurants nowadays, infortunately. Wait staff a little too burdened, but did well. Medium good experience. Competent cuisine.
Friendly greeting by hostess upon arrival. Very prompt and courteous wait staff (Chad and Kevin). Great cocktails and wine by the glass to start dinner service. Burger arrived overcooked (ordered medium rare). When server notified, he apologized profusely and had another burger prepared which was delivered promptly, and cooked perfectly! Recovery was outstanding. Manager subsequently stopped by and also apologized. Item was removed from bill, which was very thoughtful and considerate. Overall experience was very good. Food quality was above average, but the service throughout the meal was impressive. Definitely will go back, and will recommend to friends and colleagues.
Menu was short. Would not make an item that was listed on Open Table menu as they said it was lunch only. Food was “meh” for the price. Not bad but not worth it either. Wait staff was friendly, but disappeared for quite a wile after meal was served. Took a while to get the the check.
Fantastic waiter George and Manager Nick! Met all of our dining needs with incredible service.
Overall, we had a great time, but our visit wasn’t a homerun. My date’s food was phenomenal, mine was okay, but definitely not worth getting again (the pork shank). I definitely loved the feel of the place, and it was a great date spot. We will definitely be back.
Very good brunch.
Flint definitely needs more team work! My girlfriend and I went there for our anniversary. We had our reservation set for days so we were pretty excited to try something new. And it’s sad to say that the only time we were acknowledged was when we walked in. We sat at our table for 25 minutes. Not one person stopped by to ask if we had ordered, or needed a drink and I thought about walking up and saying something but couldn’t find a server in sight. Walked across the street though and Mahogany made up for it!
With a reservation and better empty tables we were sat immediately next to the entrance. Server did not refill wine. Service was very slow and food eh. We typically love this place. Hopefully this is not a trend.
We went for a Saturday brunch and had a great time. Our server Tre was very sweet. The cinnamon bourbon French toast was spectacular, and the coffee tasted fresh and delicious.
Service was slow. Enjoyed the bar and appetizer. We had the pimento cheese which was great. Ordered the Spinach peach salad but couldn’t get peaches because they are seasonal ( I get that peaches are seasonal but then it shouldn’t be offered on the regular menu). The salad itself was like a bagged salad. Also had the grilled salmon which was decent but the risotto was too salty. Good atmosphere but overall didn’t live up to the hype. Probably won’t go back.
One of my favorites! Perfect date/special occasions/ girls go to spot!
I made this for 2 friends and they didn’t like the place
We have dined here several times before Thunder games and it has been good. This time was completely different. It took approximately 45 minutes to get our food. We could see the window and the burger in our order sat there for a minimum of 15 minutes before our waitress even checked on it. When it was delivered, the cheese was burnt on top from sitting under the heat lamp for so long. When we questioned the waitress about it and the fact that our food took so long, she was indifferent if not rude asking, “what do you want to do, I can cancel the food if you like?” We asked to speak to a manager who came 10 to 15 minutes later and was equally indifferent/rude. “The customer is always right” does not apply to this staff. We felt that they really didn’t care if we were happy or not. We will find other places to eat from this point forward.
Discovered by chance looking for Sunday brunch. Great vibe, live band, outstanding flavor.
Great experience for brunch! The brunch menu was a little confusing though. Several dishes were under a section that it appeared all came with a side, but only some do. I got the red beans and rice and it was good, but the sausage was a little more burnt than I like. Overall, I really enjoyed everything else about the meal and wonderful service.
Enjoyed a fantastic brunch before a mid day Thunder Game. Aspen, our waitress took exceptional care of us from start to finish. Drinks stayed filled throughout the dining experience. The peanut butter pancakes were scrumdiddlyumptious as was the entire dinning experience.
I went to Flint with my wife for dinner and we had an amazing time. The service was very good and polite. They have good a very good choice of wines and the food is very good. Totally worth it and I will be back for dinner again.
Had we spent $75 instead of $120 we would have been perfectly happy with the place. My husbands Salmon was not a $28 piece of salmon. My pork shank was delicious, but feel like it was also overpriced at $26. Bourbon Cake dessert was only part of meal that was worth the price.
Have been here several times...but not in a while because i wasn't that impressed. Went back again reluctantly and was pleasantly surprised. Service was outstanding. Great wait staff. Food was excellent. Hoping the changes are permanent and I'll become a regular!
Everything about this place is top notch. We were dining for my birthday, before attending a Thunder game. We were seated promptly, the service was excellent, and the food was very good. The only thing that was subpar was the desert was brought to our table without silverware, and because it was a very busy Friday night, it took a few minutes to get someone’s attention. Otherwise, well worth the visit.
they do not mention that between 2& dinner they only serve appetizers and salads. it’s their “snack time”
I was sadly dissapointed for the price. Food was not that great and I sampled mutiple entrees. The atmosphere was good though.
It seems the restaurant is set up more for burgers and sandwiches than a nice dinner. Service was very slow (even though the restaurant was not busy), and much slower than those ordering burgers. The food was not that special, and while pleasant, the server didn't seem really interested in their position. There were more servers than patrons.
The service was slow we waited to order, waited for our food, waited for our check. Had less than 15 minutes to eat when we got our food. We were 30 minutes late getting back to work. Would not recommend eating here when on a time schedule.
We had an amazing experience at Flint last night. Our server, Daniel, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We started out with the charcuterie board and a glass of rosé and then we each had a burger for dinner. The burgers at Flint are one of a kind and there are SO many to choose from. In addition to our burger we each got a side of chips. These creole spiced potato chips are hands down my favorite chips in okc. They don’t disappoint! If you’re looking for a gourmet burger, a steak, incredible apps, or even dessert, Flint is the place to go!
Service was sub-par. Had to search for waiter to remind him that we requested the check (20 minutes ago). Was late to subsequent engagement as a result.
Promptly was seated to wait 15 minutes to be able to ask for a drink menu (from an obnoxious female server) and then wait another 10 minutes until we just left. Plenty of people working and not even half of the tables were full.
The host made a big deal about us wanting a booth, but not having made that specific request in our reservation. There were a few seats open, and they made it clear to us that we had not specified a booth, told us what we noted on our reservation, and then moved us to a booth. It's as if they were trying to make us feel bad for wanting a booth. Very unprofessional. The food was great though and so was our waitress.
Service was good. Food was mediocre. One portion was small (catfish) while other portions were large (Pork shank). I don't recommend the pork shank. Nothing special about it.
My husband loves their rib eye steak. I've had two very good meals as well. We like the atmosphere. It's quieter than some other places, so it's a great place to go with friends for conversation.
