Food was excellent, service was okay. Waiter forgot an item and it took a while before he came to take our order.
Amazing! Outdoors was awesome. Service excellent. Food great!
DELICIOUS food and drinks. Will definitely return.
The salad was not fresh, we informed them and they didn't charge us.
Also we smelled a very disgusting smell, it's kind of sewage! We asked to switch our table to another location, we still felt that but much better.
Waiting for almost an hour for the food. Much overpriced, but the food quality is not matched the price.
We have eaten here once before, and had a good experience, but last night was not very good. We arrived a few minutes before our reservations time, and were meeting another couple there. We were seated, but did not see a server again for at least 15 minutes. We were not given silverware or offered water for some time. Even after our friends joined us late, we still had trouble getting service. As a result our dinner lasted well over 2.5 hours. The food was good, when it finally came. The gap between ordering dessert and the arrival was at least 20 minutes.
My husband and I came here for drinks and dessert on a Saturday night. There was live music and it was a fun atmosphere. We had the Smoke Show drink which was like a smoked old fashioned...they use a cool method to smoke the drink in from of you. Only draw back is we would have liked the ice to have been a a single large cube or sphere, not small ice cubes. We also ordered the Ice Man, this was also a fun drink where they torch a large sphere ice cube which melts color into the drink which tasted like a fruity Lemon Drop. Both drinks were very good. We also ordered the Beignets flight for dessert, those were very tasty too. All in all, fun quick night out.
One of the best. We had lot of fun, love outdoor music and ambiance. Excellent service !!!
We haven’t been here for a year, and it was nice that they had a band, but it was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk and we were not right next to the band. I got the meatloaf as I’ve done in the past, and it was delicious, but the broccolini was cold when my plate arrived 40 minutes after we ordered. They were definitely busy. Staff was excellent, the ambience nice except for the loud music, and the flight of drinks were really good and poured really well. We will go back, but maybe on a weeknight when there’s no music. I love music, but it was just too loud. It’s not good to make food and music compete with each other.
Wait times are killing
I really liked the concept of the restaurant. You get to try a lot of flavors by just ordering one thing. The service was not that good though.
Service, ambiance and food were all great. Drink selection/creativity are top notch. A lot of fun
What a disappointing experience. I made a reservation for Friday night for indoor seating. When we got there was told the manager had just stopped seating people inside. Checking the opentable app - seats were still available for indoor seating. The receptionist told me the manager knew it wasn't set up right for 3 weeks but still had not fixed it. We were told a table outdoors was free. We said yes on the agreement that we'd get an indoor table once one freed up. We sat outside cold (the promised heater was shared by 3 tables - no one was warm). We ordered a bottle of wine from the wine list and was told it was sold out. We asked for water which came late. When a table opened up inside we asked our server, who was a nice guy, to move us. He went in and asked the manager, who said no. We left frustrated, cold, and hungry.
I had not been to Flights (previously Hult's) in a couple of years. The food remains absolutely out of this world. Unfortunately, I cannot help but think that they are understaffed -- a universal problem for restaurants these days.
Food was mediocre at best, service is slow, looks like they are short of staffing at the moment. Will not go back
We waited so long for the waiter to take our order. Not enough food options. No bread to offer while waiting for food. Waiter never checked on us on how the food was or if we needed anything. Workers keeps walking around and talking to them selves like there are no customers who can hear their conversations. Overall very very poor service, poor ambiance, decor needs to be changed or de clutter. Not recommending this place...horrible experience. Yuck!
The state of your ladies
Is... horrendous and a health code violation.
Please fix immediately.
Food and service was great! Drinks were outstanding - great value.
Really like this restaurant, great ambiance and food and the flight cocktails are tasty and super fun. This was our second time coming and both times the service has been lacking. Both times we made reservations and when we arrive, we have waited 5 minutes or so just to be acknowledged by someone when there is no line. Someone should always be at the front to greet. Also, once we were seated it is a good solid 10 minutes before anyone has approached to check in or bring waters etc. If they can match there service to their food and drinks, this will be a go to spot all the time.
Management made an arbitrary change of tables, after which they needed to move all of the umbrellas around, which was silly. A spider in the umbrella caused some commotion and the hot sun roasted us. The meal was overcooked and just average tasting. The service was OK except with all the tables being moved the server had trouble getting to us. And, we had a dog and they never offered water or anything else.
They were not equipped for Mother's Day brunch. Food was not very good and definitely not worth the price. We got seated pretty quickly because we were there early. I felt sorry for the folks standing in the sun waiting for a table for a long time.
My party was happy in overall. Great food, presentation, and service. Cozy place for dining and drinking
Had a party of 8 for Mother’s Day dinner Saturday evening. Service was very poor but not the waitress, it was the time it took drinks, simple drinks like a kids Shirley temple to get to the table and then my sister’s salmon didn’t arrive until everyone was done eating! And guess what, no offer to not charge for it or even offer a free dessert?! Also we asked for medium steak and it was completely over cooked. Had to send it back and ask for rear for it to get made correctly.
The Salmon was good.
The Ahi plate was wonderful.
The desert was fantastic.
I made a reservation on this app for dinner for two. We arrived on time and we were turned away because they said the kitchen was closed
Super short. Service 10/10. Staff was fantastic.
Food. 1/10. Never in my life have I had that bad of a steak. But then 4/5 in our party had either an extremely sub par steak OR the fish…unbelievably fishy and also cold.
I hate to review poorly. I had high expectations. Had good reviews. But our meals 4/5 cases were truly some of the lowest quality meals I’ve had in many years.
The menu is varied so there's something for everyone. The beverage prices are okay but the food prices are a bit high for what you get -- presentation is nice but there isn't much to eat for the price.
The reason I gave it a better than fair rating was that there was a terrific jazz band playing outside so we opted to eat outside (they had to bring out extra 36" propane heaters).
Recommend to friends? Maybe -- it is one of the LG restaurants with nicer decor than most here downtown.
Had a lovely dinner on the patio. There was a jazz combo playing outside which was a great surprise. Cocktails were delicious, appetizer and mains were really wonderful. A rare night out for us since shutdown last year. Post vaccination feeling better dining out and had a really lovely night, “kind of” like old times...
Very good restaurant. The service staff needs to be much quicker. Some main course portions are better suited for appetizers (such as the scallops). Live music was a huge, huge plus!!!
Awesome spot at the end of DT LG. The food was yummy, the service was attentive and great, and we came on a Saturday and there was live music! Definitely recommend it, especially the patio area.
Really enjoyed the food. We order 3 starters and each a salad. Fantastic!
This is the 3rd time I’ve been here. The first 2 were not very positive unfortunately. Unfriendly hostess, rude server and long waits. This time was better- the waitress was very friendly and the drinks were great. The ahi tuna tasted fishy but the rest of the meals were fine. I really want to love this place but it’s just not the warm and friendly environment that many other places in town have.
Loved that Alex Hult brought back some of the favs from the Hults days.... The live music was a pleasant and wonderful addition to the evening.
noise was very loud, too loud
food was very mixed. great slider flight. very good fries flight. very good sweet potato ravioli, good scallops, margaritas flight was horrible, swedish meatballs were a total miss.
I ALWAYS have a great experience there.. LOVE LG Flights!!
Our eggs benedict were served so hot they were still steaming.
The kitchen was is backed up we were there 2 hrs and idly got our drinks and appetizers. We decided not to order food because it took so long.
Only for our waiter Jesse this would have been a disaster!!
The restaurant could not cope with drinks taking 30 minutes to come to the table. A lot of people were getting really irritated until Jesse flashed the lights, made an announcement and apologized for the wait to all the folks in the restaurant.
Well done Jesse!!!, no sign of the manger which seemingly tucked up in the office!
everything was great including the service. the drinks took a long time to show up and eventually the wrong drinks did and then the right ones.
The waiter was excellent very nice very helpful. The drinks took a long time to arrive to the table and the food took a long time. The prices are high and the french fries were not hot. But the salmon was delicious and the shrimp scampi a little salty but yummy.
