The wine was delicious and their flights were very reasonably priced, especially for the happy hour. I wish they had more food options, but we snacked on the crispy potatoes, and those were delicious!!

I had an excellent experience at Flight! The bartender was extremely knowledgable and made us custom flights based on what we liked.... very fun!

Menu was very limited and service was very slow. We ordered the fried chicken and it was burnt.

The wine selections were great. The food was good, but way too salty. Especially the tuna. In the future I would only order light meal and desert and focus on wines.

This is a great place to have a drink and maybe a small bite. I would not recommend for dinner or if you’re really hungry. The choices are very small and limited. I am not picky but still had a hard time picking something to eat. Food was just okay. Service was great and the waiters help you choose the right wine to suit your taste.

My son and I had a wonderful time. Our server Kathy was outstanding. She recommended some wonderful dishes. The Broad Beans that she recommended were exceptional. I will definitely be coming back.

Great spot for wine and a small but unique menu. All dishes we tried were fantastic. The fried chicken and the broad beans were amazing! Will definitely go back to try the pork shoulder and another flight of wine.

Server was great. The small plates we ordered were pretty tasty. Gave only 3 stars for food because they don't have charcuterie plates, isn't that kind of a wine bar staple? Were told they stopped offering them a while back.

Flight is one of my favorite places to take people near work. The wine lists are superb and they have the most interesting flights of wine to try. It never fails to spur great conversation. The service is excellent and the menu is always inventive.

Pre-show dinner and drinks. Owners (husband and wife?) were charming, attentive, and made perfect individual wine recommendations for me (a Chardonnay lover) and my husband (who is rioja obsessed). Can't wait to go back!

I found the service to be unaccommodating and shockingly rude. Throughout the evening my party and I were told that half of the menu was unavailable because the restaurant was unwilling to open new bottles of wine. This was quite confounding given that Flight is a wine bar. Even worse, while we were finishing our final glasses of wine, we were told that they were closing for the evening and we needed to leave. The manager even walked over to us to say that he turned the lights on because he wants everyone to leave. For the record, it was 11pm on Saturday.

I have never been disrespected or spoken to like this in a restaurant before, especially by an establishment that attempts to come off as sophisticated and elegant. The behavior shown to us was neither of the two, rather Flight proved that it was unprofessional, cheap, and undeserving of any business from patrons of Washington.

The wine was good and the flight options had interesting combinations, but there are better options in Chinatown. The cheeseboard was small for the price, but the selection was nice. I would recommend for a drink with a colleague, but it wouldn't be what I'd call a lively drinks-after-work spot.

Flights were great but the cheese with crackers were disappointing. The crackers tasted like theater style popcorn and were hard as a rock. The cheeses weren't bad.

This place is outstanding! The design and theme of the restaurant are subtle and flow well together. I highly recommend it for quiet happy hours, dates and general catching up. I strongly urge you to give control over your wine selection to the excellent staff. The flights they have are creative and amazing to explore.

Everything about Flight is solid. Service was pleasant, flights of wine were really fun, and the food was quite good, albeit not necessarily for foodies. It was a great place to grab dinner before a play. The room was a bit noisy, but not too bad. Good place to try different wines. Treat the dinner options more like tapas and share over some interesting vino and you'll have a fun night.

Perfect place for wine lovers! The selection of flights is extensive and the service was excellent. We loved our food, especially the farro dish which was sort of a risotto, quite unusual. Our only wish would be for a more extensive food selection although we did like what we had.

The wine selection was fantastic and we were pleased with what we ordered, but the flights come in glass ramekins, making it almost impossible to enjoy the aroma. After my flight, I ordered a wine by the glass to get a proper glass, but it came in a cheap glass tumbler. When I asked if I could have stemware, the server quickly obliged. However, it's disappointing that Flight serves such a great wine list in such poor glassware.
