Food was fine. Portions were very small.

The experience was great. Food and wine were both excellent and the service was incredible. The staff were not only very knowledgeable, but extremely friendly and made for a great evening.

Flight Wine Bar is in a unique position as it offers a wide selection of wines from around the world, as well as domestic spirits. Just on the end of Chinatown, it’s not the kind of place you’d expect by an entertainment center and cultural epicenter, but it manages to bring a nice balance of small intimacy and laidback decor. The flight options are pretty extensive, but slightly overpriced in my opinion (three 2oz pours for $18).

Place is kind of a joke as a wine bar. The wine selection is not well known, but lot of sub $20 vintages that they sell for $16 glass or overpriced flights. And what’s with the sandwiches? Weird

The staff was really great. They have a great selection of wine. The food menu is small but delicious, with a good variety.

Lovey experience with outdoor dining - plenty of space and heat lamps. Fiona recommended a gorgeous white that paired perfectly with shrimp. Hope to be back again soon!

We made a reservation for Saturday 2/13 at 6:30pm to have some wine before a dinner reservation. I wish I could remember our servers name she was EXCEPTIONAL! So friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the wine. I can't say enough about her. The bar was beautiful. We were offered hand sanitizer and distanced from other tables and felt very safe. We'll be coming back for certain. Thank you!

Outstanding service, selection, price, atmosphere—the only thing lacking was food but you shouldn’t really be going to a wine bar for amazing food.
Fiona, the waitress made our night. Her knowledge of wine is phenomenal and her kindness was just as great.

Flight was a great place to get the evening going, with fun and unique tasting sets to try. Wait staff was attentive and very serious about today's precautions and contact tracing.

We had a lovely time sitting outside on the patio last night. Fiona was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job. COVID has made many things hard but she made our experience safe, enjoyable, and fun.

During COVID its hard to get out and enjoy a restaurant. However, Flight has handled the social distancing, food, and service with so much class and especially cleanliness. The service is wonderful and so is the wait staff. Our food came out on time, and we thoroughly enjoyed the wine recommendation. Looking forward to coming back in a few weeks.

The service, wine, and food were all fantastic. We each had a wine flight and shared a charcuterie board that was wonderful. The tables were spread out well, servers were thoughtful ands safe during the entire meal, and we felt comfortable enjoying our time there from beginning to end. DEFINITELY recommend a night out at Flight.

One of my favorite go to places! Finally was able to bring my boyfriend here and we had an awesome time. Per usual, Fiona was amazing - definitely recommend!

My go to! Absolutely love the people that work here, the atmosphere, and the wine of course! When their full menu comes back, definitely get the chocolate mousse-it’s to die for! Wonderful COVID accommodations clearly laid out, gave us hand sanitizer, and they even included alcohol wipes to wipe down our cards after we paid! Couldn’t recommend Flight enough!!

Really great spot for some casual drinks at a reasonable price. Flight concept is very fun and let's you sample a wide variety of wines.

If any suggestions I would just say to look at expanding the menu for both wines and food. I think people come for the opportunity to sample diverse wines and would appreciate the increase in options

What a fun night! Sat outside on the sidewalk, wait staff was on top of hygiene. Super friendly, knowledgeable Fiona made the night. Get the smashed potatoes. Or don't, because the olives and the blue cheese are also outstanding. Thanks for a great experience.

Best wine bar in DC! Amazing selection and incredibly knowledgeable staff. Whether you’re looking for classic favorites, upstart locals, or delicious novel wines, they have it at Flight! The bartender will find the wine (or whisky) to suit your desires. We had several tastes and settled on a lovely bottle and accompanying charcuterie plate. Definitely planning on returning.

This was the first time I'd been here and I have to say, it was FANTASTIC!! Other than the weather being way too HOT (my date felt more comfortable sitting outside in the 100-degree temps due to COVID, but inside - when I used the restroom - seemed very safe, empty, and very clean to me), everything else was perfect! The server made the recommendation for my wine flight and after having some ice cold water to help with the heat, I had the nice rose - one sparkling and the others flat and he told me in what order to drink them .. the BEST I've had. And the food was absolutely AMAZING!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Fabulous service!!! Called ahead to let them know my reservation was for a friends birthday. They happily arranged a bottle of sparkling wine be delivered to the table upon our arrival and when they did they wished my friend a happy birthday. Just amazing service over the phone and at the restaurant, super friendly, nice, attentive, and accommodating.

We sat at the bar and had wonderful service from Fiona. She was attentive and made great selections for our flights of wine. The food was also excellent. My only caveat is that there are only 3-4 happy hour food items. Wish there were a few others.

Arrived right at 5pm they open and sat at the bar with my sister. Few people were already waiting outside and since it’s kinda small, would suggest getting there early. Nice wine selection and prices for HH. Snack for HH limited but full menu with some great options.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner and drinks for a friend at Flight Wine Bar Saturday evening. We arrived early for our reservation and was shown to a table in an area we requested. The variety of wines and thoughtful groupings to make flights was impressive! We had a few tastes of certain wines to help us decide on the combinations we liked, and each of us ordered a flight. It was fun to learn about new wines and enjoy old favorites. Also ordered dinner, each ordering a different entrée and everyone was pleased. I had the faro and cauliflower entrée and it was truly a delight! The faro gives a wonderfully rich flavor, and the prep make it cream almost like a risotto. While I would cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces, it was nicely grilled. My companions had the salmon and a shrimp dish and we all enjoyed it. Dessert was another flight of wine.

Our waiter, without our prompting, applied a discount to our tab as a courtesy for those attending a performance at Shakespeare Theater (we had just seen The Amen Corner, also wonderful). We appreciated his thoughtfulness. Great wines, service and food. We will definitely be back!

Valentines Day - excellent 4 course dinner with wine pairings. Our service was excellent too. I always enjoy the vibe of the place and have a great time.
