   Water server was inexperienced. Our server was friendly and professional. Deviled eggs were delicious but maybe would be better without the sweetness on the bacon. Fried chicken & waffles very good. Fish was over cooked and the dark parts were not removed (which makes it a fishier taste). We told the server about it… when we received our check, he did not charge us for that entree which was nice.

   The food, service and concept of Flight is tremendous. My only complaint would be that my wife and I came there to celebrate my birthday and with a 300 dollar bill they never did offer us anything for my birthday. I’m not sure if maybe management think a birthday gift or gesture is too gimmicky.

    Great concept for a restaurant, but some things fell a bit short of expectation. The Crispy Duck was not crispy at all, and the Bone Marrow lacked seasoning. However, the Elk and Chicken and Waffles were outstanding! Would definitely try again.

    Flight was recommended by a local tour guide, and I wish I could give her a hug, because it didn’t disappoint. The experience was incredible and so different than any other we’ve ever had. Every course can be a flight of three small dishes either selected by the chef, or by the diner. From my perspective, the chef knows best. My wife had fish plates and I had meat (lamb, veal and wagu beef). Couple with some wine flights and a desert flight, and we wound up with a tremendous variety of great food selections that we could try in a conventional restaurant. Finally, Devon, our server was a patient and knowledgeable guide to the process. He gave our flight experience wings!

    The manager was extremely rude. It was my boyfriends birthday and a friend had called him on facetime just to say happy birthday. The call was not loud by any means and no one else was around us but the manager came up and rudely asked to turn the phone down. The other employees also seemed to be in a bad mood. The bartender was complaining about taking customers when they first opened and was making smart remarks under his breathe. The food was fantastic and our server was great but unfortunately the other employees made the overall experience sub par.

    Excellent food, service and concept (serving flights of food so you can taste a little of each without getting too full). Our waiter Corey was also very attentive, friendly and professional.

    We enjoyed our visit. The manager was phenomenal. He was on point with providing great customer service. He was alert and aware of everything going on in the restaurant. He was everywhere serving, greeting, and making sure the restaurant ran smoothly. He was professional and friendly. We can't wait to come back. The food was amazing from our entrée to the desserts. We will be celebrating our daughter's entry into med school here.

    We went for our 3rd year anniversary….. our waiter was amazing ! We enjoyed our evening so much. By far our best trip. The food was delicious. Definitely will be back again.

    As usually Flights was amazing! The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. The waiters were fantastic and did an excellent job of catering to us and informing us of the specials going on that day. My wife and I went for a late Valentine’s Day celebration. We always come to Flights for special occasions. The food was phenomenal and well prepared. The only thing that took me by surprise was the bill. Flights had always been a pricy restaurant for good reason, but I feel that the prices have raised dramatically since the last year we visited. Still not as expensive as Capital Grill, and the food is just as good.

    Server Nick, Manager Stuart, and the ENTIRE staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful, and polite. We noticed that the staff was not just courteous and pleasant to the guests, but also to each other. The food was varied and outstandingly delicious. I mean…DELICIOUS. We can’t wait to return to Flight in our next Memphis visit.

    Kids’ bday, great service. They gave us candle lit crème brûlée for free to celebrate. Tried the Vegetarian flight—> the ratatouille contents and the “side of vegetables” were the same! Kinda disappointed. Croquet and mushroom ravioli were very small quantity considering the rest of the flight was minimally sautéed veggies. Can do better with it.

    Our experience was amazing. Our server caught things my wife would suggest before she even made suggestions. It was her birthday and they made sure to tell her happy birthday and even bring her out a dessert with a candle.

    Spectacular food. Amazing concept, executed to perfection. Great flavor range on the menu from start to finish. Even a level of customization that's very rare for such a fine dining experience. The service also exceeded normally high expectations for such an establishment, Japhy was one of the most charming waiters, spectacular Service.

    I had the surf and turf the ribeye with lobster, the ribeye had too much fat. The lamb needed more seasoning. The chocolate flight was amazing
