   One of the best overall meals I have eaten. Chef's Flight of steak filet, lobster, duck and kangaroo loin (yes, really) was cooked to perfection, accompanied with well-paired sides, and simple yet elegant presentation. Service from top to bottom was exceptional: maître d', waitress (Kate), bussers, bar staff. All of them were professional and friendly. The noise level was a little more than what we were expecting, somewhat challenging to have a quiet conversation, but that really means that all patrons were enjoying themselves and hard to complain about that. Would absolutely recommend Flight, no question.

   From the valet parking to check at the end this is a must. My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary. There is one spot upstairs in the corner by the window that seemed more quiet then the rest of the restaurant but I digress. They have certain “flights” that are paired together but I appreciate that you can mix and match your own. The service was amazing. I never had to ask for a refill and never felt rushed as you do in many other restaurants. When the food comes out, you feel you may need more to eat later but you come away more that satisfied. Overall, it is an amazing experience. Food, ambience, service were all top shelf.

    Flights is always superb. The service is also outstanding. Only disappointment was wanted to be seated in the wine cellar and it wasn't available. I couldn't book it on Open Table. This my favorite restaurant in Memphis. I highly recommend it.

    My wife and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary at Flight and had a great time. This was our first time experiencing the restaurant, and we were not disappointed. The server began our meal with 2 complementary flutes of champagne for our anniversary. Then she helped us understand the ordering process and was very patient. The food, oh my goodness, was amazing. This is easily the best meal we’ve ever had. It’s expensive, so we can’t go often, but it’s definitely something we will do again.

    I recently had my first dinner at Flight & couldn't wait to take my husband for a date night so he could have a small taste of the delicious food I had experienced. We had a wonderful dinner, the upstairs seating area is beautiful & the low light set the tone for a nice romantic date. The customer service was top notch, we went with our servers recommendations for food and were not disappointed! We will definitely be back!

    This was our first time coming here, and we can honestly say we enjoyed ourselves. Our waitress Harrison, I think that was his name, was everything. We appreciate him. He asked questions! We told him it was our first time and he ask did we need him to go over the menu which of course we did :). Oh! He even gave us a glass of wine to celebrate our 8th year Anniversary.!     The meal was outstanding and our waiter was excellent! He was able to recommend pairings and even suggested having the sommelier pair wines with the flight we created together.     Corey was the best server you could ask for! We love it when a server takes time to interact personally & actually seems interested. The egg & cheese Benedict with lobster & crab was perfect for my smaller appetite and so delicious! My husband had the wild meat flight & he thought each meat was prepared to its best potential. We would be regular customers if we didn’t have to move on with our trip. Also so nice to have valet parking right outside the door on a rainy night.

    Friendly, attentive staff; quality ingredients prepared well and a great dining concept! For entrees and desserts choose a regular sized dish or have a "flight" of 3 small versions of the regular dishes; fixed or mix and match. Wine flights too! A great way to sample different dishes / drinks if you cannot decide! A top notch white linen dining experience in comfortable surroundings.

    The restaurant is 2 levels, and we were at a romantic table (as requested) with a window view on the second level. The second level overlooks the first level with a view of the huge chandelier, the focal point of the restaurant. True to its name, the restaurant serves everything in flights of 3: wine, appetizers, dinner dishes. If you stick to the flight theme, the dishes are smaller and they all come in themes - for instance fish dishes, or meat themes. The wines also come in flights and are grouped by varietals, sparkling etc. choices. You are free to step outside the set flight trios and order smaller individual dishes or a larger main dish. We each ordered 2 small dishes as well as an appetizer of beef Wellington and found there was more than enough food. As it was a special occasion, the restaurant provided a complimentary crème brûlée for dessert. The food was delightful and the service impeccable. We were made to feel very comfortable and special. We highly recommend this restaurant.

    I had the advantage of having a gift certificate to Flight. Having eaten here a few times in the past it has been a while! It was a celebration for my mother and we requested patio seating as the weather appeared nice! We were immediately seated and Grayson took over! Very thorough with menu and concept. We were immediately brought 2 glasses of champagne for the celebration. I ordered a mocktail which was Excellent for those non imbibers 😀. Ordered the beef carpaccio and special octopus appetizer, INCREDIBLE! Had a flight of salad, so good. My mother had the surf and turf, elk tenderloin and Chilean sea bass - each one soooo delicious and cooked perfectly! I had Chilean sea bass, elk tenderloin and the diver scallop - out of this world! Before we received our meal it got windy and cold and we were immediately ushered into an inside table and finished service with Shelby. They even comped my mothers wine for the inconvenience (which really wasn’t a problem to us). What can I say, please visit here if you are on holiday or just passing through! And Memphians - don’t miss trying this local treasure! The service is impeccable, food amazing and we will continue to take advantage of such a great restaurant!!! CJ 🤩
