    Stopped in Memphis for an overnight stay at the Sheraton downtown. Found Flight on Yelp and thought it looked interesting. Once the concept was explained (food as well as wine and was served in flights) we made our selections. The selection of wine was outstanding as was the food. Each small plate served was delicious. Will definitely come back to Flight next time we pass through Memphis.

    Great place for dinner! You get to try a variety of dishes with great portions! Ordered the Surf ‘N Turf…the scallop on the filet was amazing, the shrimp and lamb were incredible and the lobster tail was great! For dessert you must try the bread pudding and the blueberry pastry! I love that you can sample 3 different wines and can pick whatever you want! Perfect place when you can’t decide and want to try everything!

    The food was really good we expected small portions for everything but it was actually decently portioned. The wine flights were night and the staff was great at giving recommendations if we wanted to make a change to any part of the flight. Overall great experience.

    Always a fabulous dining experience unfortunately not this time! We reserved months in advanced did not get the table we requested. Just a sorry when we arrived by the lady maitrdee Blond ! A party was seated at the table just minutes before our arrival and we actually called that day to confirm our table and they said to us that it was in the notes and they would be on top of it. We where put at a table close to the bathroom and the kitchen doors that we felt we where be toppled over and bumped in by fast moving servers. The champagne could not be opened then even trouble on the second bottle. Delayed all the service at our table for nearly 20 mins , the food orders where continued to have mistakes ! We always tell everyone about your restaurant and staff how fabulous however it was very disappointing this time. I was going to email Stuart to tell him how disappointed we felt about our experience!!! We normally organize our trip around dining at Flight. If we decide to come back I hope we will have a much better experience. Sincerely Michael

    I had the most incredible experience at Flight last night, starting from the ease of the reservation through Open Table to the moment we left. The valet was perfect and easy, so we were able to go right in. We were immediately greeted and shown our table, which was lovely. Service started right away, and the table was cleared and made appropriate for our party which had decreased by 1. Malik, our server, was so nice and knowledgeable about the menu, and made fabulous suggestions. The wine was amazing, the food was simply divine, and I loved that you could try small plates of the food as well, not just the wine. We loved everything we had, and they presented my friend whose birthday we were celebrating with the tastiest Crème Brûlée with a cute little candle. I truly had the best experience and can't wait to return.

    We had a fantastic experience. Atmosphere was great, service was phenomenal. And the food was wonderful. All of it except the fish flight. Fish was cooked well. But all the belly fat and skin was left on the Chilean sea bass and the redfish which made for a very “fishy” taste. I know that sounds funny considering it was fish!!! But def made the dish very undesirable. But the red meat and seafood dishes were amazing.

    If there is a better dining experience in Memphis I have not found it. Perhaps one of the most attentive staff team I have ever encountered from the time we stepped to the door until we stepped out. Food is wonderful and the portions are about right for the flight experience. Good selection of wines from around the globe. A great place to celebrate, but life is short so why not just celebrate the day and go anytime.
