   Food--absolutely outstanding. Service--Impeccable from the time you arrive until you leave. The only thing unfortunate is people that completely disregard any suggested dress code. Nobody cares if you're a Cowboys or Steelers fan nor wants to see you in your favorite jersey. Additionally, leave your damn hat at home.

   We had an amazing experience at flight for a celebratory dinner with a family of six. We loved the concept and enjoyed sharing everything. We loved every part of the dinner. Service was outstanding.

   Food and service was outstanding. Great menu with perfectly cooked meat and awesome presentation. The Service also was wonderful caretaking and super friendly. But the room had a freezing 🥶🥶🥶 temperature and was not welcoming at all. We had to let our jackets on. Even when they turned out the one AC in our corner we felt not welcome in the room due to the arctic freezing temperatures. The time was not enjoyable at all because of the cold temperature in the room. Very sad for the perfect experience in all other topics. Hope to see that change soon for other guests.

   Server Kolby was top notch. Pleasant and friendly. Main courses showed up sooner than I expected. The flight presentation is eye-catching. We all enjoyed our meals.

    First time at this restaurant and a definite stop next time visiting Memphis. Great dining concept and a very different concept. Food was excellent, service was excellent as well. I would definitely call this a neighborhood gem and highly recomment.
