Ate here for Mother's Day dinner and it was absolutely fantastic. We had a reservation but the restaurant was busy so we had to wait maybe 20 minutes for our table. Recognizing the inconvenience, the hostess was profusely apologetic and ended up comping several items from our bill. We had the kale salad, crab guacamole, buratta salad, and parma mussels. Each dish was to die for. The buratta salad had 6 pieces of the best shrimp I've ever tasted. Highly recommend Flex to anyone looking for a unique and delicious dining experience.

Drinks, service, and food wonderful. Only complaint was that my salmon was cold when it arrived. Ate it that way because the restaurant was so crowded that I knew it would take quite some time to get it back. Drinks took a while to arrive but they were worth the wait. Puddle Jumper was excellent. Aidan, our waitress couldn’t be more pleasant. She was knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive.

I love flex muscles..the food is really good. The service is nice. I sat at the outdoor patio with my friends. It’s not the ideal ambience and we were in the corner a little smushed. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Amazing as always! Food… yum…. Staff yay! The calamari is perfect! Oysters! 🦪 wow and the sliders were amazing for no seafood friend! Happy hour rocks!

Thai mussels we so flavorful and my friend liked her parma mussels. We highly recommend and plan to return - well worth the trip from Westchester County.
