   Service was really good. Nice setting. Some odd selections on menu which was quite limited. We fell between lunch and dinner so this wasn't a set menu. Food was OK.

   Got there and they told us they don’t take booking from open table. They told me the booths were booked for other people, even though I booked a booth (so technically we are other people) and they were empty at the time. The waiter decided to walk off for our table before we had chance to finish our order. The seating arrangements meant that I couldn’t pull out my chair to get in under the table (I’m 6’3). Embarrassingly I had to pull the chair out sideways from under the table to sit in the chair and slide sideways to fit it. Not happy with the service at all. My date and I decided to leave, as we felt we were not care for correctly. A real shame.

   We had booked Fleur for our work Christmas get together. I have never been to Fleur before and only booked as it was close to the Junkyard Golf. My team and I were very impressed with the quality and taste of the food, the service and the overall experience we had at Fleur. We were never without a drink and the wait times between our meals was perfect. I would highly recommend dining at this restaurant, whether it be a group of friends/family, or a more intimate setting for a date, you could see they were able to achieve it. Lastly, just a further mention on the food, it is some of the best I have had for a while now and I like to eat well.

   Enjoyed our bottomless brunch, the food took quite awhile to come and didn’t have that many drinks as was hard to get a waiters attention however the food was amazing and it’s a beautiful place

   The food was good and decor was beautiful but customer service makes a big difference which was totally missing. After the food, we were left without drinks and water for over 40min. After asking a few times they brought more drinks menu when we already had one but noone came to take our order. Forget about checking on their own they didn't bring water when asked to. Gave us our food and forgotten. Waiters kept walking past you ignoring if you are waving or calling, we had to literally get up and go to get someone only to get no service in return. Our table was left with empty/dirty cups and glasses for ages. This was the situation when it wasn't even busy. After waiting for ages, we decided to just pay at the counter and leave. On explaining why we want to pay and leave much earlier than planned, the lady didn't even apologies just billed us with additional optional 10% service charge (which wasn't there) without even asking. The waiting staff was just useless, not friendly and attentive at all. Noone even smiled while talking to customers. Looking at the menu and decor, we wanted to come back again as we sat down but our opinion changed in a matter of 1.5hr. Not going back or going to recommend anyone to go there either. There are far too many places in Leeds with good food and great service.

   This was my first visit and certainly won’t be the last. Thankyou sooooo much for the excellent service and gorgeous food and cocktails. I opted for a large plate of the Fleurs spiced rice bowl for an extra £2.95 and it was worth every penny, as someone who also works within hospitality I can honestly say I’ve never tasted something so flavoursome, compliments to the Chef(s). I sampled Pink Gin Fizz, Mango Mojito and the fruit cocktail and was all tasty and went down so well. Thankyou for the free shot on the house too. There was some confusion with our meals at first but it was sorted out straight away and the very kind gent extended our bottomless time. Again Thankyou so much for a fantastic day. Very affordable would highly recommend to anyone.

    We chose to go to fleur to celebrate our birthday. Unfortunately the restaurant didn’t allow us to bring our birthday cake… Food was overall good. The menu is a mixture of brunch/breakfast dishes, Sunday roast and dinner plates. A bit confusing.

    Thank you for your feedback, it is has been passed on to the relevant departments. Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to bring in any food from outside the venue. Regarding the menu, we like to offer a variety of different dishes to accommodate all guests.
