French Onion Soup
gruyère, braised short rib, puff pastry
7 Oz. Filet Mignon*
My husband and I dined at Fleur French Bistro a few nights ago. The ambience and service were stellar. The food however, was good, but not remarkable. My husband ordered the chicken and while the presentation tantalized with a mouthwatering display, sadly it was rather tough and a bit stringy and over salted. I ordered the Branzino which was done well, but again, a bit over salted. Would we dine there again? While the wait staff was eager to please and very accommodating, we would rather stop by to say hello to the staff while moving onto a different restaurant experience.
Love the food. Happy to see it's reopened. We had lamb chops n salmon, onion soup, delicious. We missed the oyster plate that used to be on the menu.
Great service, terrible food. So sad. I wanted to live this place.
Overall a good place for a last minute reservation. The food was generally good-I had the chicken and it was a bit over cooked but still very tasty. The waitstaff seem to be short handed.
This was probably, no definitely the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. I don’t know if they were just short staffed or simply rude but I cannot express or frustration with a three hour plus meal because the service was so bad
Nothing french on menu
Fleur was one of the best restaurant in Mandalay Bay, and a key cornerstone of French food in the area
The food is good; the service is horrible, any Mc Donald provide a better service.
We loved our dinner at Fleur. The service was attentive but not overbearing. The roasted beets on a spread of goat cheese was delicious, and the mashed potatoes were to die for! I had the filet which was done exactly as ordered and my dining companion had the lamb shank which she also loved. All in all a good choice for a reasonably priced dinner at Mandalay Bay.
Delicious food great wine. Good service.
We were greeted by very nice hostesses and seated right away. Our waitress came by, dropped off menus, and did not return until almost 25 minutes later.
I would have given this place a 5 star review when I was there in January 2019, but the food and menu changed since. The the portions seemed much smaller, 2 of our favorite dishes from 2019 were no longer on the menu, and the things that took their place were not nearly as appealing. Felt unfulfilled, and paid a pretty for it. Unlikely to go again
Very beautifully prepared meal
And staff was excellent !
Not the experience we were expecting. The food was mediocre and took a very long time to come out. The service was slow despite having an almost empty restaurant. Extremely disappointed.
We had the pear and endive salad which had a delicate but flavorful dressing. Waygu beef carpaccio was amazing as was the duck confit. Dessert was the symphony that had Grand Mariner soufflé, chocolate mousse, profiterole and an apple pastry. I’m not a big dessert fan because most desserts are way too sweet. It wasn’t the case here, good balance of flavor and textures. Our server Rachel was attentive, friendly and professional. Awesome dining experience.
Food was good but could have used a lit more seasoning. Service was really great.
Service was very good. Food was pretty average. Nothing special anymore.
The staff were attentive and accommodating, specifically they made sure the food and drinks were good and had the right balance of attention without being intrusive. Every course was amazing but the salmon was simply next level. It was skin on and the meat was tender, moist and succulent with the gnocchi and vegetables being a perfect compliment to the star of the plate. You will have a great meal at Fleur!
Great food great service
Wait staff was outstanding.
END OF AN ERA😢. Remember when there was pride of service and chefs tasting menu. Has now been reduced to a Roadhouse. Order an expensive bottle of wine and ur was
“Glugged” into my glass with no thought to perhaps tasting it. Food was marginally middle of the road. No sign any more of Hubert selling his cook books. Come on MGM. Time to blow this place up!
Precisely how we ordered and hot and tasty
Horrible, nothing on the menu, restaurant closing.
Great food and attentive service. Was our 2nd visit and did not disappoint. Will return!
Our server Jesus was absolutely outstanding and the reason I am taking to write this.
Nice find toward the back of Mandalay Bay. Great spot to get out of the hustle and bustle of the casino. We sat in back, as apposed to the open air front section. Made for a wonderful date night (before the show) meal. It's really a beautiful spot. Enjoyed the French onion soup. It was just a slight departure for your normal French onion and they were kind enough to split it for us into separate bowls. The lamb shank was very good, moist and flavorful. We'll be back.
Tucked away in a corner of the Mandalay Bay and round the corner from Aureole is this little gem. The quiet nature of the restaurant is a pleasant change from the norm of having to shout over the hubbub at most of the Vegas eateries. The food is delicious and the fixed price menu is very competitive. A good wine list and cocktail menu and very attentive and friendly service made it a truly delightful dinner. It could have done with just a few more people to bump the atmosphere up a bit but we were there on a Thursday so I'd expect it to be a bit busier over the weekends.
I went to Fleur while at a conference at Mandalay Bay Resort. It was elegant, reasonable and tasteful. I got the prix fix menu with the wine paring and felt like it could compete with other fine restaurants with bigger names in LV, at a much lower cost.
i can’t remember much about this experience. is that telling?
We needed to get to a concert and our server and the chef were wonderful.
I am Vegan and they concocted a special dish for me that was yummy. And got us our the door on time!
Excellent brunch. Fast and friendly service. Reasonably price considering the high quality and the location. Very clean bathroom.
This was simply a 5 star experience in all categories. Excellent service, menu on the smaller side but something for everyone, sleek decor with nice spacing between tables and private booth options. Don’t miss the beef carpaccio, the lamb shank and the diver scallops. Great wine list. Chef Keller visited the diners and that was appreciated.
The $35 dollar burger was medium rare which is good but still dry. The added foie gras made it more palatable but costing $70 plus was not worth it!
Fluer used to be an amazing place to visit. Food was not up to par and service was rushed when the restaurant was empty. No specials, no tasting menus. It’s time to replace this relic Mandalay Bay unless they can get back to what they used to be.
My husband came here on a business trip and raved about the flat iron steak. We are huge fans of flat iron and this was the best we have ever had! You can choose a sauce but the steak is so good that it doesnt need it. The fries were delicious too! Would go again. Only problem was the music from the bar as there was a music festival going on, but it's Vegas!
Great food and service!! The desserts are out of this world!
We went for brunch. Their food is quite good as is their service. We think the best item is the tasting plate which included small servings of light pancakes and French toast, and short rib hash Benedict over potatoes and a cheese with vegetable omelette for $28. Our total tab with coffee and tea and an extra egg over bacon avocado toast was about $70 without tip. The restaurant itself is conveniently located on the main floor, a short walk from the self-park garage.
Noise level was high hard to hear conversation at our table
Perfect place to bring clients for a business meeting. Everything We ordered off of the menu was excellent. Would definitely recommend!
Grilled seafood platter was delicious! Service was pleasant. Miss the tapas.
