When you sit down to for a meal at Fleur De Sel, you will be treated to an array of tastes, aromas and beautifully presented dishes. With a focus on fresh, local seafood, award winning chef and proprietor, Martin Ruiz Salvador combines his love of classical French cuisine with carefully sourced ingredients to create unforgettable menus inspired by the sea.
Our aim is to provide all of our guests with a comfortable, yet elegant atmosphere as soon as they walk through the front door. We are focused on the details - from our sommelier-curated wine list and locally-inspired cocktail menu, to the carefully selected artwork found on the walls throughout the dining room. Our front of the house team, lead by co-owner and maitre’d, Sylvie Ruiz Salvador, will make sure that your evening is one to remember.
We have 4 wonderful menus for you to enjoy: 3 tasting menus and 1 à la carte menu. To book a tasting menu you must call restaurant directly.
